Heroic New Era: New Beginnings
Chapter 15: Majorita and Goldion
The group returned to the Pocket Dimension as now the goal shifted entirely. With Fralto and his forces dealing with the Lost, the Lost were no longer seen as the target, but Fralto and his army. Using assets from the Golden Blaze, as well as Siege insisting and getting clearance to deploy some members to protect Elma to allow Zeabolos's other Overlords to join the fight, the army was getting primed and ready to try and save Goldion, as well as, perhaps regretfully, Void Dark.
"So, let me get this straight, Goldion is Bloodis, and Bloodis is Goldion, right?" Mokou asked Zeroken and Killia.
"Yeah, that's the gist of it… All this time, I've been trying to save him, when I could have just asked for you guys to help from the start…" Zeroken remarked, before he then bitterly chuckled. "Some apprentice I'm supposed to be, unlike Killia."
"I've been his apprentice for a while. If only I was there, I might have recognised his moves…" Killia spoke grimly. "The wound on his chest was a result of what might have happened back then. And then there was the fact that Void Dark brainwashed him to work for him as Bloodis. I owe Goldion for what I have done to him, born in a life of bloodshed and tyranny. He taught me control, even though all that was on my mind before then, was to defeat him by all means. So the only way I can ensure that he can come back is through the Final Skill, which is known to wipe all malice from someone with the power behind it: Avidya Holy Waters. I never mastered it, because it was the same skill that scarred Goldion."
"Yeah, but perhaps… if you two compared each other, you might be able to find something to complete that then. Not like we have much time to do the best we can." Kaguya remarked, her expression fairly worried. "Perhaps the Final Skill is not something that can be performed by a single person, perhaps it's meant for the power of two…"
"...That might be the answer, but whatever it is… If this Fralto intends to kill him… then we have to undo his brainwashing, in order to save him." Killia answered back.
"I do have some purification magic I can perform if need be." Magina offered. "So if you two cannot perform the Skill together when it counts, I can be a backup service."
"Popol sensei! Mistress Heiwa!" A kitsune yelled as she ran into view.
"Hm? What is it? ….Where's the rest of the scout team!?" Popol yelled.
"Wiped out… I was the last survivor…" the kitsune said. "And there is grim news. Although… in a weird manner I suppose. Void Dark has been slain! He fell to Fralto a short while ago…"
"...What?" Richard remarked, as he heard those words, as he paled immediately. "...Oh, this is not going to bode well…"
"...I gotta find Majorita… I need to know where she is now!" Rutega yelled in a panic as she began sensing for her. "If I know her mentality she'll attack Fralto in a fit of rage, and she will die!"
"Yeah, that's just one of the problems that Void Dark's death causes." Richard growled, before turning to Zeabolos. "Zeabolos, I need to know where Majorita is. You can detect whether she's present in any Netherworlds, so it should be easy to figure out where she might be!"
"Please… I can't let her die!" Rutega pleaded to Zeabolos. "If she dies… When she can be helped… I… I…"
"Get yourself together!" Kaguya shouted at Rutega harshly, shaking Rutega by the shoulders. "There's no damn way in Makai that I'm letting that happen on my watch! Even if we have to plough through every single division of that bastard's army, we'll get to her, and we're going to damn hug her to our side if that's what it takes! So stop feeling sorry for yourself, and screw that fear into courage!"
"Yeah… yeah okay." Rutega nodded.
"I found where she is located… and Bloodis as well." Zeabolos answered back. "...It seems that following where the scout came from… Fralto launched an attack on Dark Demise, Void Dark's personal Netherworld. I am worried that Fralto has the army to challenge Void Dark on his own turf, much less succeed in assassinating Void Dark. However, that means that he surpassed Void Dark as a threat. Every measure has to be taken in order to ensure that Fralto will not destroy the rest of the Netherworlds."
"Then it's settled." Richard remarked, preparing his blades. "...This may be the decisive battle for the Netherworlds. And we sure as hell ain't losing it, no matter what that magician throws at us!"
"I'll head through first. Majorita is not dying on my watch, catch up when you can!" Rutega exclaimed as she used Instant Transmission to teleport to Dark Demise.
"No, Rute- Shit she's already gone…!" Siege cursed. "Granted I admire her courage to save Majorita, but going in alone isn't a good fucking idea either!"
"Zeabolos!" Richard shouted with desperation in his expression and voice.
Zeabolos quickly created the portal to reach into Dark Demise, as the army quickly entered through it, as they found themselves encountering a massive horde of Duel Monsters.
"...I will take care of these creatures." Zeabolos remarked, as he stepped forward, followed by his Overlords and the rest of his army. "The rest of you, continue ahead."
"Zeabolos…" Gus remarked.
"...I will join you to fight Fralto when this fight ends. Right now, I can only entrust my hope in your hands. Magina... ensure that victory comes to our side." Zeabolos answered back, as he summoned Blood-Calibur to his side. "I have watched enough loss and suffering in my life as the Great Overlord. I will not allow more to be created by a megalomaniacal magician!"
"You have my word Zeabolos. Onwards!" Magina declared as the group rushed forward… to see a heavily bleeding Rutega standing in front of Majorita, as Fralto laughed, staring down at the both of them with a wicked smile.
"Majorita… run… get out of here…!" Rutega yelled at Majorita. "...I'll… I'll be fine…"
"No, you're not!" Majorita remarked, as she was in tears with disbelief in her voice. "Why…. Why do you have to save me!? I only care about avenging Void Dark, even if it means killing you! Why do you save me, when I'm such a vile person who never thought of you as a person!?"
"...Because I used to think the same way." Rutega said which caught Majorita off guard. "I was an orphan… like you, once… I killed so many people… because that was all I could think of… all I could think of was doing something… anything… to null my pain… I… I did so many bad things… and yet… people still went out of their way… to save me… so why shouldn't I do the same for someone else who was like me…?"
Majorita then collapsed on her knees, as she was struck with emotion, as she quietly sobbed. "Now I understand…. Now I understand what this feeling inside me is… I always tried to ignore it… But it never disappeared ever since you saved me back then…" Majorita remarked. "It's the acceptance of love… For the first time ever since I was born into this cruel world… I felt like I was truly loved. At least if I die here, I can feel like I died happily… Hahaha, all I have done, felt like nothing, compared to this moment…"
Rutega, smiling back at Majorita, soon gave her a hug. "Perhaps now we can both die… together in this feeling of compassion… we've both done incredible amounts of sins… I suppose it's time for karma to pay its dues…"
"Hehehe… how touching. Indeed, I do believe it's time for the ending. Prepare to-" Fralto was about to say, when Magina's spell was fired, as Fralto shrieked and dodged. "NOT AGAIN, NOT AGAIN!" Fralto yelled and fled, as Blue Eyes White Dragon and Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon flew into the area.
"Deal with the Duel Monsters! I'm ending this with Fralto!" Magina yelled as she dashed after Fralto.
Richard then stepped forward, as Siege did the same. "...You better have a power-up form stocked up. This isn't the time to be pulling punches." Richard answered back. "Fralto toyed with us back then… but this time, we'll make sure that this is settled, when he takes all of us on, no holds barred.."
Richard then let out a roar of power, as a silver aura appeared around him, before his hair and eyes turned silver, and magical power flowed from his body like streams. "Come at me, dragons, I'll see if you prove yourselves worthy of your titles." He declared, raising his blades for battle.
"I suppose this is where the knight and dragon story actually goes in favor of the knights." Siege joked, before he roared in power, powering up as he transformed in white aura, looking holy in nature, as his hair turned white, and his eyes turned into a holy shade of red, as his aura sparked. "Time to slay some dragons! The rest of you, go forward and find Goldion! Make sure Fralto doesn't kill him! Usalia, stay with Majorita and Rutega!" Siege yelled as he dashed to attack Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon.
As Richard engaged the Blue Eyes White Dragon, with the two leaders engaging their respective dragon, Usalia could only watch as the two of them fight fervently, as elemental magic and ki blasts flew across the entire battlefield, and the two of them were giving no quarter to their enemies, relentlessly assaulting.
"...So this is what their power is like…" Usalia stated, before she then turned to Rutega and Majorita, as the former was being healed by Magina at a fair pace, who had managed to actually dissuade Fralto enough to come back and heal Rutega, while Majorita was sitting with her back turned, arm crossed over legs. "...Rutega… Majorita…"
"Don't worry about Rutega, Usalia. I can ensure that she'll make a quick recovery. I would be more concerned about Majorita. She seems to be emotionally distraught from the recent events." Magina assured Usalia.
Usalia nodded back, as she walked over to Majorita.
(This will be a fairly long conversation,, so let's leave that for me to write later.)

As the conversation between Usalia and Majorita winded down, with both sides being more accepting of each other, Siege and Richard were dealing the final strikes to the dragon, which were both considerably damaged.
"Declare Spell Card! Wind Sign 'Great Gale'!" Richard declared, as he fired a massive spray of sharp wind projectiles onto Blue Eyes White Dragon, cutting through its scaled flesh and defeating it, as it disappeared in wisps of energy.
"How about this, you overgrown lizard!?" Siege yelled as he charged his own ki attack, as it looked like one hand was charging a beam, while the other made movements to a similar attack. "EAT THIS! BURNING KAMEHAMEHA!" Siege yelled as he fired the mix of Burning Attack and Kamehameha at Galaxy Eyes, as it was obliterated, being evaporated by the attack.
"Tch…" Rutega growled as Magina finished healing her, as Magina flew off to find Fralto once again. "Granted… I did have every intention to save you, but look at the three of us, you two." Rutega growled, talking to Usalia and Majorita. "Here we are, sitting here at the bottom of the ranks, getting our asses handed to us by Fralto multiple times, well, mainly Majorita and myself… but still… I'd like it if we weren't so damn useless."
"I know, plip… But you're not the weakest at all…" Usalia responded back. "You managed to save Majorita, and also fight off Fralto long enough for the others to come. That's not weak at all."
"Besides… I can't believe that Void Dark lost to him…" Majorita answered back, her eyes looking away. "Void Dark could even stop time to allow him to simply gut that magician. So how could he lose… is Void Dark outclassed even with that kind of power at his will…?"
"...No, I don't think that Fralto is too powerful, or he wouldn't fear Magina, plip." Usalia argued. "He can be defeated, I know he can. Because as long as we believe in victory, and find the way, we'll definitely win."
"Hold it." Rutega said, having a thought. "You three ever wonder why out of all of us Fralto targets, he never targets Magina first. He could have started with any Netherworld other than Toto Bunny. Yet, at both Toto Bunny and other places… he targeted us first. The three of us were always his first targets. Now think, why would he be targeting us unless he saw us as the true threats? Why would he attack us unless he saw something in us that really made him afraid?"
"...If there was… then how come we couldn't access it?" Majorita answered back. "Wait a minute… what Usalia did… That was her making progress on it. She accepted herself, and thus she was able to tap into her potential… is that what you're implying that we do…?"
"Exactly." Rutega said. "But Usalia still has some doubts here and there about herself, even if she has accepted herself. She's only gone through the first phase of this locked away power… What we all need to do is share the willpower of wiping this corrupt magician off the face of the planet. Accept ourselves for who we are, realize we could have done better… and have no doubts that from here onwards… we'll only get stronger. Better. Stronger than anyone ever thought us to be before. Perhaps if we all do that, and share that will with one another… then that's what we need to truly access our true powers. Even now I sense it in all of us, that power welling up in our souls from my speech. Focus on that, concentrate on it. Don't deviate from it…" Rutega continued, as she did so herself. "And together… we'll end Fralto, without the use of Magina's spell."
Usalia and Majorita were silent, as they closed their eyes and slowly got in touch with their inner desires, focusing on the idea of working towards a better self, in both mind and body, as they could feel energy coursing through them, while Majorita was slightly slower and more shaky… although from time to time, Rutega lended her own hand to help keep Majorita on the right track, and assure Majorita at the same time, as several spectators to their deeds were quite intrigued at what was going on.
All the while, Team RWBY, and yes, they were calling themselves that, after a conversation in the Pocket Dimension that hadn't been touched upon due to the focus shifting somewhat, watched the power of the trio rising, as Yang smirked.
"See? We should be more like them, guys." Yang said. "Who cares if we're from different universes and worlds? We're still all connected by a similar bond of friendship!"
"It's sad that you lost your version of all of us…" Weiss said. "...I suppose that's why I have such a feeling that I need to grow stronger with each and every one of you."
"Same here." Blake said. "...I have a feeling our friendship will take us places."
"Yeah! I think so too!" Ruby said with a smile. "Okay then, I'm not seeing myself as an Overlord anymore, I may have the power of one but I'll be your friends! Your best friends!"
"No, no no no no!" Fralto yelled as he saw Golden light emanating from Rutega, Usalia, and Majorita.
"Let's put it to the test gang!" Yang said as Fralto was charging. "We gotta buy them some time! All out attack, here we go!"
RWBY Combination Attack: Shared Hope, Different Worlds
"Let's go!" Yang yelled as the trio unleashed a Salvo of gunfire on Fralto, empowered by Ruby's Overlord powers, causing Fralto to stumble back as Weiss soon formed 4 sets of glyphs, as they all used them to rapidly assault Fralto with up close attacks.
Blake made shadow copies of everyone, to increase the power of this assault, before the group fired massive explosive shots on Fralto, before shifting to individual skills. Blake started in first, using her knives and guns she used in the Enemy Within universe to attack Fralto. Weiss was next, slashing Fralto with her claws and using her special Brute Lynx move, a rapid amount of slashes, ending with a neck slash.
Silent Execution/サイレント実行
Ruby used her Overlord powers to rapidly slash Fralto with her sword and scythe, as she dashed back in lightning and petals, before Yang stepped in, her fist coated with fire.
"EAT… THIS!" Yang yelled, as she hit Fralto, sending him flying back.
"AAAAAARGH!" Fralto yelled as he crashed into a crater.
Suddenly, from behind, three sets of golden lightning struck. The Netherworld began to shake, a golden aura erupted into the air, as a massive crater stood where Rutega, Majorita, and Usalia had once been. Three beings soon stepped out of said crater… as it was the aforementioned trio. All of them had golden hair, shimmering more brilliantly than Super Saiyan. Their eyes stayed their original colors, as golden aura encapsulated them in a similar fashion to Ultra Instinct.
Rutega: Ascended Instinct
Majorita: Ascended Revelation
Usalia: Ascended Future
Fralto looked in fear at the trio, as he began trying to retreat. "What is this…!? Wh-what is this!? No… no… you three have…!"
"Ascended?" Rutega asked with a smirk. "Indeed. Catch a glimpse while you can, Fralto." Rutega said. "This is the bond we now share, going into a future that you helped to pave. In a way, we should thank you. For making us realize we had this much power."
"This is my future. I don't know what you want from all of this, but I'm not gonna run away anymore! With this new power, I'm going to defeat you, plip!" Usalia declared with determination.
"This time, I'll make sure you're the one begging and screaming this time!" Majorita smirked cruelly. "For making me shame myself before many people, I'll make sure that you're going to die here!"
"So prepare, Fralto! It's time…" Rutega said, before the trio powered up at once, their aura growing even brighter.
"TO MEET YOUR END!" The trio yelled at once before all of them seemingly disappeared, causing Fralto to look around in fear.
Rutega, Majorita, Usalia Combination Attack: Ascended Bonds
Rutega soon appeared in front of Fralto, beginning to pummel him with multiple blows before kicking him high into the air, as the three of them jumped towards him.
"I've got you now!" Majorita declared, before she then summoned several dark blasts, as they honed onto Fralto and hit him rapidly, before she then summoned a massive black misty void, as a giant zombie dangled out of it, as it grabbed Fralto, before then squeezing with crushing pressure, and then letting go and releasing a massive barrage of swipes that smashed Fralto across the air, before then clapping its hands together on Fralto, and firing a massive eye-beam that scorched Fralto, as the giant withdrew into the fading void.
"Usalia's turn!" Usalia declared, before she then spun around, throwing a massive stream of cutlery that seemed to be enhanced by her power, as the horde of silvery pelted Fralto from all angles, before she then summoned her Prinny Mount, launching a salvo of bombs onto Fralto, before she then rushed over and slammed Fralto onto her Prinny Mount, as she pulled out her hammer, pounding Fralto at mach speed, as the final blow blew Fralto into the air further.
The trio then were above Fralto, charging up a trio of beam attacks.
"KAMEHAME…" Rutega yelled as she charged a golden version of the iconic beam attack in her hands.
Usalia immediately resummoned her Prinny mount, loading countless bombs into it, until it was literally a bloated sphere, as she prepared to strike it and release the collective explosive energy inside of it. Meanwhile, Majorita smirked, snapping her fingers, before countless zombified demons appeared from the array of misty voids behind her, as they charged up magic, with Majorita concentrating the magic at the tip of it.
"HA!" Rutega yelled, firing the massive golden beam, which was the signal for the other two to unleash their attacks.
Usalia smashed the hammer onto the Prinny mount, as it fired off a massive beam of fire that surged towards Fralto, while from another angle, Majorita created a massive magic circle, as it fired off a massive purple beam of energy, as the three beams converged into a spiraling mix of orange, gold and purple, heading towards Fralto. Fralto was hit by the beams, yelling in agony before he realized he was going to die.
"...Heh… I… I have one… regret…" Fralto said as he felt himself beginning to evaporate. "I… just… wanted… to prove to Magina… that… I could be strong… I… never meant any harm… My Duel Monster Servants… they… simply got out of control… Magina… I… I'm…. Sorry…" Fralto said before evaporating to nothingness via the combined beam, as the trio of Rutega, Majorita, and Usalia slowly descended to the ground, as they all reverted back to base form, with their base forms benefitting from the transformation, making them stronger still… but Magina was left with a heavy heart, as she had heard her student's words.
"...Fralto…" Magina said with a solemn face.
"...Things can happen to people that makes them go down a dark path." Richard remarked with a solemn expression. "...I guess this is what you're afraid I might become one day, since my initiation, Magina… That's what I'm going to ensure that I never become, to corrupt myself so darkly over simple desires… All I hope is that Fralto gets a better life the next time around."
"...We won but… why does this feel so hollow…?" Ruby asked.
"Because we're not done here…" Reisen remarked. "We still have many things to do. And Goldion is one of them."
"That's not what I meant! I meant regarding Fralto!" Ruby yelled at Reisen.
"My apologies then, for my lack of empathy on the topic." Reisen answered back.
"...Well… I suppose it's another incident like Majorita and myself… he went down a darker path than he intended…" Rutega said. "...But he did have a semblance of humanity to him after all… like we all do…" Rutega added solemnly.
"...You're not wrong, plip." Usalia answered back. "He did seem to be… regretful for a moment."
"...I suppose we will hold a funeral service at one point." Siege said. "After all he was very close with Magina before he turned… but mourning and what-ifs will have to wait… we do have to change Goldion. Goldion is our last obstacle… before our job here is complete."
"Then let's finish this once and for all." Rutega said. "We'll finish this with the Lost, and end this war at long last!"
"I have the purification spell ready." Magina stated. "Just get me an opening and I'll take it."
They soon continued forward, as they found that Goldion was waiting for them, still in the black armour that defined Bloodis, although it was severely damaged, as if he finished fighting a great battle just recently.
"...So this is where my final battle is to be waged." Goldion remarked. "You are not responsible for the army that devastated this Netherworld, but the one who ended it. I see that there would seem that there is no more reason to fight… yet, the Lost Army does not die until the last Demon General falls."
"...Tch, there he goes again." Majorita clicked her tongue. "Trying to always show me up. But then again, it's not like he can do much else. He's a puppet after all for Void Dark, a strong one, but only that."
"...Demon General Bloodis." Richard remarked. "...I will offer you something. I wish to give you what would seem to be a honourable death. There is no value in overwhelming you with both numbers and power. I wish to give you the fight that you believed that you didn't need."
"...Speak then." Goldion answered back.
"Killia… Zeroken. The two of you will fight Demon General Bloodis." Richard stated firmly, turning to face both of them.
"But what about me, Richard?" Rutega asked. "After all, Bloodis established quite the honorable rivalry with me."
"Honourable rivalry… Hmph. That is not wrong." Goldion remarked back. "Very well then, the three of you may come at me. I may be wounded, but my strength at the desperate moment… only grows yet stronger!"
Goldion then grounded himself in a fighting stance, as power flowed from him.
"Woah… Goldion is really serious about fighting this one. You think we can handle this, bro?" Zeroken asked Killia.
"We don't have a choice. And don't forget, Rutega will help us fight. As long as we do not let our guard down and keep on chipping his defences down for the final strike… We will prevail." Killia answered back. "...I will defeat you, Demon General Bloodis, and bring back Master."
"One thing you guys… it's not gonna be just me throwing the punches here…" Rutega said. "I can only muster Super Saiyan 3 due to the energy I used from that last battle…"
"But I know that it'll be enough." Killia answered back.
"Yeah, this time, I'm going to be the one saving Goldion!" Zeroken remarked.
Zeroken and Killia immediately rushed down Goldion, as they began to launch a series of attacks, as Goldion was blocking them fairly well, returning his own blows. The two demons worked in sync with each other to wear down Goldion, while Rutega was using her power to fire blasts from afar, occasionally rushing forward to help Killia and Zeroken break down his guard and damage him further.
Rutega soon powered up to Super Saiyan 3, charging up an attack. "Alright, let's see how he enjoys this! BIG BURNING BANG ATTACK!" Rutega yelled, moving her arms in a pattern before firing a large explosive blast at Goldion.
Goldion was blasted back, before Zeroken and Killia immediately rushed forward, as Killia launched a powerful flaming projectile from his fist, which exploded, sending Goldion further back, as Zeroken dashed below Goldion, before launching a barrage of fire with machine-gun kicks, and then jumping into the air and smashing Goldion with a flaming fist.
"Grgh…" Goldion growled, as he struggled to stand up.
"Zeroken, now!" Killia remarked, as the two of them stood side-to-side.
"...The power of two… It's the only hope we got, bro…!" Zeroken responded back with hope in his expression.
The two of them drew back their fists, as energy gathered in their hands, turning into a pink vortex between them.
"Ultimate Demon Technique! Final Skill…!" Killia started, as the energy vortex grew between them, turning red.
"...Avidya Holy Water!" Zeroken shouted with determination.
In synchronisation to each other, they threw their fists forward, firing off a massive beam of white energy, with red and black energy streaks inside, as it hit Goldion at full force.
"Urgh… What is this power…!?" Goldion growled.
"What's wrong, Zeroken? Is this all the power, no, all the feelings you have towards Goldion!?" Killia shouted.
"Of course not! I've got more to show! Take the culmination of my will, Goldion!" Zeroken roared, as he inputted more energy, as the beam grew considerably in size. "Please, open your eyes, MASTER!"
The beam washed over Goldion for a moment, before it then dissipated to reveal Goldion kneeling, as dark wisps of energy emanated from his body, fading to nothing.
"The miasma… Is that the corruption inside of him… Did… Did we do it?" Zeroken asked, fairly worried.
After a while, Goldion immediately stood up again, as he seemed far less threatening than before, although the action did startle some members of the group.
"...To think that you would have been able to unleash the Final Skill, Killia. You have grown at last." Goldion remarked.
"G-Goldion…! Are you back to normal!?" Killia exclaimed.
"...Only because you managed to succeed in the technique. It seems that you needed a helping hand. You were the same one who asked me a long time ago to train you." Goldion stated, turning to Zeroken. "You have grown from your formerly repressed state to become stronger than before. I have taught you well, even if you were never my official disciple."
"I…" Zeroken answered back.
"I would have asked that you kill me to absolve myself of all of the sins I committed as Bloodis. But that's not a option at this point, is it…?" Goldion responded back. "I can recognise the mark of Falboro's grandson, Zeabolos, among your group. It must be fated that my past would catch up to me right here and now, and free me from my sins then."
"...You knew Zeabolos?" Killia asked back.
"...You must have forgotten. Back when you were still Killdia of Cryo Blood, you and he fought once before." Goldion answered back. "Falboros himself came down to break up the fight. For once, I was surprised that you were evenly matched by someone who seemed to be the same age as you. Both of you were bloodied beyond recognition, and yet you both lived. Had it not been for Falboro's word otherwise, I would have taken him as an apprentice right then and there."
"...So that explains the look he gave me back then… He knew me, and he never told me." Killia muttered.
"...It seems that you have not truly come to terms with your past. And thus, the pinnacles of the Ultimate Demon Technique remain sealed from you. But worry not, I will help you overcome your inner darkness, and guide you better." Goldion responded back. "It is the least I can do after being graciously saved."
"...Master." Killia answered back.
"That is the first time you ever called me Master. You gained excellent allies, ones that will help you grow further." Goldion firmly declared with praise and respect in his voice, before turning to Rutega. "As for you, you are a fitting rival to me, the one to stop me from committing more atrocities. This redemption is partially done by your hand as well, and you have my gratitude for it."
"It was nothing, Goldion." Rutega said with a smile. "Perhaps this all comes from the fact I'm friends with people of various backgrounds… they helped me when I was going down the wrong path… why not do the same for others to thank them?"
"A noble mindset. I suppose that I should take my leave from this war… but this war is already over since Void Dark is dead… I never thought that my son would have gone down such a dark path. I may have considered Killia my son, but Void was no less my dear son either." Goldion remarked with a solemn tone.
Majorita was about to argue, before the look from Killia and Richard stopped her, as well as some thoughts about her own actions.
"...We're not done here." Siege said, looking around. "I sense something coming…"
Richard looked towards Siege, as his expression turned grim and serious, his eyes cast down to the ground.
"...Everyone who is not prepared to face what might be the next greatest threat compared to Void Dark and Fralto… leave, except for Killia and Goldion." Richard declared with a tone that had a strong sense of finality in it.
"...I'm not leaving, Richard." Gus declared. "And that's final."
"I know what you're going to do, Richard." Kaguya stated.
"Ditto." Mokou shrugged. "What's one more fight compared to all the others?"
"I'm not just gonna sit back!" Ruby yelled.
"Neither are we." Yang said as she stepped up with Blake and Weiss.
"...I'll back out. I'm still recovering." Rutega admitted as she backed away.
"Beloved, let's stay out of the way." Popol said to Heiwa. "This is a very concerning matter…"
"...As much as I want to know… Curiosity may kill the kit." Heiwa responded back with a nod. "I shall remain behnd."
"If Master and bro aren't backing down, neither am I!" Zeroken declared.
Usalia and Majorita looked towards each other, as they seemed to back down.
"...I think that it's better that we let the others handle this one, plip. Something tells me that it's not the strength we need to worry about." Usalia stated with a foreboding expression. "I feel like… that there's misery in the air."
"Then the rest of you… I take your silence for a no." Richard answered back. "It's better this way, trust me. All of you, follow."
The group that chose to continue walked after Richard, as they followed Richard.
"...Goldion, Killia… Do you remember a girl named Lieze?" Richard asked them, as they walked through the desolate grounds of Dark Demise.
"How did you…" Killia asked with shock in his voice.
"...It's not important, but I know where she is… And in fact, what went on with her all this time…" Richard stated. "Goldion, do you recall even a bit about Void Dark's plan?"
"...I remember that Void Dark intended to conquer the Netherworlds, for something… A Overload…?" Goldion answered back.
"...That's right, he ran all of this for a single Overload: . With Brigante Eclipse… He stole Killia's original Overload, Alma Ice Sculpture. Think about it. Why do you think that he took that skill from you Killia?" Richard asked Killia, staring at him deeply. "...You know how it works. It doesn't work enough to make him invincible as it may seem."
"...Alma Ice Sculpture takes an immense amount of power to trigger it to stop a living organism for even a few seconds." Killia stated. "It's not effective for combat, like you have said. But if it's to stop time for anything else, it can easily do that for extended periods of time."
"And how does this relate to Lieze? You talk as if-" Goldion stated with worry in his voice.
"...Because all this time, Alma Ice Sculpture was used for one reason: to preserve the corpse of Lieze." Kaguya stated bluntly, which shocked everyone else but Richard and her. "That's right, a corpse doesn't count as living, so it can be controlled like a slightly more complex object."
"But that would only mean…" Killia remarked.
"...Had Void Dark gained the chance, he would have used Brigante Eclipse to take one more Overload, the first of the two keys to his master plan: Devouring Kris, an Overload that can consume energy from the defeated. It can even extend to Netherworlds in a more powerful case." Richard continued, as his expression turned yet darker. "Now imagine, once again, what could he do with such immense power? What power could reverse the dead into the living?"
"Only the power of Gods." Siege answered. "Stuff like the Dragon Balls, or the Bifrost. Godlike items."
"Close, but not quite." Richard answered back. "Why, it's extremely simple. The second key… is none other than Majorita. From the start to the end, Void Dark only took Majorita because she had that one Overload that could revive the dead: Blood Faith Magia. It works by controlling the blood of living beings. Dead or alive, she can control the flow of blood, which is how she commits her necromancy, with some added powers included. With enough power… Void Dark believed that he could revive Lieze as a proper person."
"Then what you're saying is…" Killia muttered, before Richard then flared with killing intent, before he then smashed the wall of the corridor they were in, creating a massive web of cracks, surprising Killia and the others for a moment.
"...All this time… All this time, I have been repressing my absolute hatred for Void Dark." Richard spoke with a cracked voice that emanated hostility and anger. "The Lost were nothing but a means to this power for him. Majorita was a means to a power to him. Everything that was bad after Void Dark fled from Goldion, was by his own design, all for this one stupid FUCKING purpose! Millions of lives, Killia, Siege and Goldion! MILLIONS INTO BILLIONS! All for one fucking thing he won't own up to! You and I know that Lieze died because Void Dark was a conceited piece of shit that killed his own little sister for a absolutely stupid reason! He caused all of this suffering and misery for nothing at all! It's not even the greater good! It's not even justified extremist work! It's just fucking SPITE! FUCKING USELESS SPITE! Every moment I hear his damn name, I wish deaths upon him that I wouldn't wish on anyone else, and it is barely the fact that you still care for him, Goldion, and that I need a proper base of power to even come close to wringing his neck myself! Even if I couldn't kill him, I will smack him until his brains metaphorically hit the ground! When I'm done with him, he'll be crippled for fucking eternity when I am done!"
After the outrage, Richard was left panting heavily, gasping for air.
"...I suppose Fralto did us a favor then." Siege said as he sweat dropped at Richard's outrage.
Richard then calmed down, before turning to Killia, having returned to calmness once again.
"I'm sorry that you had to see and hear that." Richard answered back. "...This is one of the few times my rage boils to the point that I thrash out without any control. Goldion, I don't blame you for anything. Perhaps Void Dark could have been better, but regardless of the moral consequences… I cannot forgive him at all, not after what he had done, because this is a different matter compared to Usalia and Majorita, the means and ends are disproportionate. Before I go ranting again, let us save Lieze. Hopefully, this will be as easy as I hoped."
They soon reached a large room, with a massive staircase leading down into the depths of the room, where they found on a large altar, with floating diamond crystals on the corners of it, and upon it… was Lieze's corpse, still stained with the same hole in her chest that Void Dark's attack left her, as she wore a blue dress, had long flowing blonde hair, and a blue ribbon on her head.
"How do we save Lieze, exactly….?" Siege asked as he saw the body.
"LIEZE!" Killia shouted, as he sprinted down the stairs, while Goldion was left stunned at the situation.
"...My son… what have you done…?" Goldion grimly stated.
The group followed after Killia, who caressed Lieze's corpse in his arms.
"Lieze…? Is that really you?" Killia remarked.
"...Siege, do you think that you can revive her…? Considering Void Dark's shenanigans… Her body counts as fairly warm and recently deceased… Give or take a few days."
"I could sure as hell try." Siege said. "Or rather… she can." He said as they turned to a new figure.
"I figured we were dealin' with death when you called me." Towa said, coming into view with Tenseiga in hand. "You got your backup plan in mind?"
Siege pulled up a direct portal to the Bifrost. "You bet."
"Okay… let's give this a go then…" Towa said, as she drew Tenseiga and entered the spirit realm version of the area she stood. "Okay Lieze… make this easy for me now…"
The spirit realm of the area didn't seem to be much different, although Towa could see that there was a glowing soul just nearby Lieze's body, as it was her own soul, looking down at her own corpse, with a sad look in her eyes.
"Hey." Towa said to Lieze, walking up to her soul as spirit guides were closing in on her. Towa glared at them, causing them to back away in fear of Tenseiga. "...You seem to be in distress."
"...Why did this have to happen?" Lieze asked herself, at the verge of tears. "I only wanted for brother and Killia to get along… I didn't think that it would have gotten this bad… My brother was just too selfish to understand Killia. Killia never cared about being the top disciple at all… Why can't Void understand that…? I don't want to die… knowing that nothing has changed."
"Good news for you." Towa said with a smirk. "I take out the spirit guides coming for ya and you're free to re-enter your body. So just stand here for a moment and don't get dragged off on me, kay?" Towa asked, before beginning to slash the spirit guides charging for Lieze, making sure not to hit Lieze with Tenseiga.
Lieze looked towards Towa for a moment, before she then looked at her body again, as she slowly walked over to her body, as she slowly began to glow, sinking back into the body, while in the physical realm, Richard was cauterising the wound on her body, with Siege using some healing arts to undo as much of the damage as he could.
"Heh, might wanna get in that body soon!" Towa shouted to Lieze. "I can't kill these guys forever!"
"Whoever you are… I don't know your name… but thank you." Lieze answered back, giving one final warm smile, as her spirit finally re-entered her body, as she slowly sprung awake with a mighty gasp, causing Richard and Siege to back away.
"...She's alive again." Richard answered back.
"Kill… ia?" Lieze remarked softly, as Killia turned to her with great emotion in his expression. "H-Huh…? Where am I…? Killia, did something happen?"
Towa finally returned to the living realm, as where she was in the spirit realm caused her to land on Siege.
"Ow…" Siege growled as he was landed on.
Killia didn't respond, as he walked over, and held her in a tight embrace, with a relieved smile, and tears on the corner on his eyes. "K-Killia?" Lieze blurted out with a embarrassed expression.
"There's a ton of things I want to tell you, but I can't find the words…" Killia stated softly. "What matters is that you are safe."
"It feels like I've been in a dream for a while…" Lieze answered back. "No, a nightmare… It was of you and Void Dark fighting, and then I…"
"It's alright, nothing is going to happen. We'll go back and live happily." Killia assured Lieze.
Richard and Siege then took the moment to walk forward, as did Goldion, as Lieze noticed them and the rest of the group.
"...Hm? Who are you all?" Lieze asked them.
"...I'm one of Killia's allies." Richard warmly responded back with a friendly smile. "He has been looking for you for quite a while, Lieze. I'm glad that the two of you are together. Many things had happened to him while you were… out of his life."
"Ah… I apologise for the inconvenience I caused." Lieze stated with a slight frown and an apologetic tone.
"No need." Siege said. "Siege Sukui, I am glad to meet you in your… living flesh, Lieze." Siege introduced, as Ruby smacked him. "Ow! It was a joke!"
"Joking in a moment like this… where are your manners!?" Ruby yelled at Siege.
"Oh… I see." Lieze answered back, before turning to Goldion. "...Do I know you…? You seem… so familiar."
"My daughter… you are alive and well once again. Do not worry about your brother… He has done his best to try and save you." Goldion answered back. "Come… let us return home. You must be truly tired after all of this."
"...Father? Why...Why are you clad in such terrible armour…?" Lieze asked back with worry in her voice. "Killia… Father… Where's Void…?"
"...Your brother… he…" Killia struggled to answer.
"Your brother died fighting a great evil, and sacrificed his life to restore you." Richard lied firmly. "...As much as it hurts, you must live on, that is his last will."
"Void… I…" Lieze muttered, as she was in sorrow.
"Don't touch… my sister!" A male voice rang through the room, as Richard, Kaguya, Goldion, Killia and Lieze froze up upon recognising the voice, however distorted it was.
"That voice… Void…!?" Killia exclaimed, backing away from Lieze.
"No… No no no... " Richard answered back, as his expression turned frantic. "Don't tell me…!"
"I won't let you have my sister…! I WON'T!" Void's voice rang out again.
"...It's coming from Lieze…!" Siege immediately declared, realising where the dark feeling he was sensing was coming from him.
Lieze then suddenly backed away, as she let out a gasp of pain, as the former wound began to leak purple miasma.
"Krgh… Hah… K-Killia!" Lieze coughed.
"Lieze!? What's wrong-" Killia tried to reach Lieze, only to be stopped by Goldion.
"...Something is trying to take control of her…!" Goldion remarked. "And it is something terrible indeed!"
"Damnit… DAMNIT! We have to purify her…! WE HAVE TO-" Richard screamed.
Suddenly, Lieze screamed in agony again, as she let out a massive shockwave which knocked the group back a little, as she was being hefted mid-air as a purple aura surrounded her.
"I-It hurts… Killia…!" Lieze whimpered in pain.
"LIEZE!" Killia shouted.
"But Void Dark shouldn't have enough power to even manifest this at all…!" Kaguya shouted.
"...It's the negative emotions." Mokou realised.
"...Say again?" Kaguya asked Mokou again.
"...Void Dark definitely didn't die a fair death. To have his plans gone to the shitter, must have caused him immense grief, despair, rage and the enitre lot of negativity." Mokou stated. "Considering how damn strong he is… those emotions are no less powerful combined."
Siege looked at the scene, as he growled in anger, clenching his fists as he began sparking with power, stronger than the Ultra Saiyan form he had shown previously. "God… God damn you… Void Dark…!" Siege yelled as he was transforming alongside Lieze. "I'll give you one chance… get out of her… or I won't guarantee her life will be spared." Siege spoke in a malicious voice.
"BE SILENT!" Void Dark shouted. "It's because of you-"
"No… YOU BE SILENT." Siege yelled at Void Dark, as suddenly his power rocketed to even higher levels, as his aura became a blood red color. "ONE. FINAL. CHANCE. GET OUT OF HER. OR I WON'T MAKE GUARANTEES SHE'LL HAVE THE LIFE SHE DESERVES."
"H-holy shit… Siege's power… it's… it's…!" Yang said in shock before Magina shook her head.
"...This is one side of Siege I had hoped you all would never see… he is able to keep it contained for the most part… but do you remember, Yang? Why do you think I told you Siege sometimes cracks to the point he is in touch with hell?" Magina asked Yang.
"...I do recall you saying that." Yang said.
"If Void Dark doesn't take the hint… we're about to see it." Magina said in concern.
Richard stepped forward as well, as the animosity on his face was truly evident.
"...Void Dark, don't think that we won't do it." Richard stated with an icy tone, drawing his blade out. "Had you only stayed dead like the bastard you are, Lieze would have lived the lie that you died fair and square, and that you were still her brother. But no, you had to come back and cause all of this. And now… you're using the same person that you were meant to save. How depraved have you become to commit such a thing… Lieze deserves none of this, everything that you caused. If she lives past this… I will make sure that to her, Void Dark never existed in the first place."
"Richard. Stay back." Siege said in his malicious tone. "When I snap this far, I don't always recognize friends. So for your safety, get back."
"...As much as I like to say that damn my safety, when I have the chance to get as close as I can to wringing Void Dark's neck myself… We both would regret it, if I let myself do something that stupid." Richard answered back, with a slightly shaky tone, retreating back. "...Make him pay with my share. I will consider half of the agony that you deal onto him… as my own hypothetical share. If you can retain enough control after you beat her down… I will find a way to excise what remains of Void Dark's putrid soul… and cast it right to the depths of oblivion myself."
"You do that. One question before I ask him again, Richard. Would you prefer skewering his head off with a Lance or brutalizing him with an axe?" Siege asked, bearing some sadism in his tone.
"Brutality will do. I do not usually enjoy watching people get eviscerated with extreme effort. But for this case… I will make an enjoyable exception." Richard answered back.
"Don't… DON'T MAKE ME LAUGH!" Void Dark declared with insanity in his voice. "Everything I have done… My own ambition… My own army… My very revenge… All thwarted by the likes of you! I am the one to dominate the Netherworlds! Even if I have to destroy it all in ashes, just to live with Lieze!"'
Lieze then transformed, as several worm-holes appeared below her, as red sectioned blades erupted out of them, wrapping around Lieze, before with a mighty burst of energy, Lieze was turned into a darker version of herself, with her eyes blood-red, her hair white, black tattoos on her body, and black armour only around her limbs, and a ring of sectioned blades behind her.
"...Siege… Killia… Kill me…" Lieze croaked weakly. "Now that I have become one with Void… I finally know… why you all lied… His anger, his sorrow, his pride… I never knew what ailed him, because I foolishly pretended everything was fine… If it would stop all of this from happening again… I already died once… and I would gladly die again forever, if it'll save everyone that Void hurt… So please… Siege, end me…"
"...I'll do you better, Lieze. I refuse to allow you to be separated like this." Siege said. "Void Dark… this is your end."
Suddenly, Siege snapped his fingers as himself and the newly transformed Dark Lieze shot up through the area they were in, ending up in the skies of the Netherworld, as an arena of red cubes formed, along with actual sukimas forming for all to watch.
"Ah, so you weren't lying when you said Yukari trained you with this form… hopefully she helped you with control, Siege…" Magina said as they watched.
Siege powered up fully now, as his hair became red with power, and his eyes gained purple pupils with red irises, giving him a murderous look, as the aura around him was red. He drew Dyrnwyn, which sparked with blood red energy, as sukimas formed around him, giving him a secondary blade, Demon Blade - Florid Sakura. For Richard, he summoned a Devil Axe from one of the sukimas, as the black-haired leader snatched it, letting the curse flow through him. Out of the other three he summoned a demonic looking Lance, a grim reaper type scythe, and a large battle axe.
Bury the Light Deep within….
"Allow me to enlighten you before you die, Void Dark. This form of mine only a select few people have seen. I'm not exactly all good all around. I am not simply a warrior of light…" Siege began to say.
Cast aside there's no coming home…
"I have taken many souls. Many lives of the damned for judgement. This demon you see before you is when I finally have had enough, and decide to finally give them the judgement they deserve. Only it never affects their body… but their souls… albeit, that is not to say the body goes through hell." Siege continued.

"Feel honored, Void Dark… prepare to face the might of the Soul Reaper. I. AM. SIEGE!" Siege yelled, as he readied himself, the weapons around him preparing as well.

~BGM: Bury The Light (Boss Edition)~
Siege slowly circled around Dark Lieze, murderous intent in his eyes towards Void Dark's soul.
Void Dark, now taking control of Lieze's body, immediately threw his hand forward, as a series of the red sectioned blade rushed towards Siege, intent on both cutting and impaling him.
Siege merely blocked the blade with Dyrnwyn, as the blades shattered upon contact. "Hmph. Even your own weapons are feeble to my own." Siege commented.
"Rrrgh…!" Void Dark growled, before he then threw a flurry of dark blasts at Siege, repeatedly firing them, destroying the environment around Siege.
And yet… Siege calmly batted aside any blasts coming his way with his blade, and let the others go wide.
"This is a truly pathetic display from the mighty Void Dark. You take the vessel of your own sister and yet you cannot even harm me. Truly it shows how weak you are." Siege said. "And the weak, especially those who are evil, deserve to be purged."
"SHUT UP! Don't you dare look down on me!" Void Dark screamed, before he then teleported mid-air, as he then let the sectioned blade run rampant, as they encircled around Siege, trapping him in a dome, as multiple blades rushed from him on all directions.
"You talk so tough, and yet the fear in your soul is evident." Siege said as he saw Void Dark's attack and once again he blocked the blades with a circular slash of Dyrnwyn and Florid Sakura, breaking them all.
"DIE! JUST DIE!" Void Dark remarked, before he then charged up energy, as he then creative a massive array of blades that grew in size, before they then shot out towards the many corners of space, as each blade pierced into a planet each.
Siege immediately noticed the danger from the attack, as he let his aura flow, before then disappearing from the battlefield, and severing each and every chained blade at a light-speed pace, before Void realised his attack was negated.
"Was that supposed to do something?" Siege asked Void as he was now before him, as he slashed twice. Once from Dyrnwyn, another from Florid Sakura, as the weapons he summoned from the sukimas let loose, slashing Dark Lieze rapidly and although the body was taking punishment… Void Dark's very soul was being assaulted. The reason Lieze's soul was unharmed was due to an enchantment Siege cast before the fight, protecting Lieze's soul. "Do you really think that I'd let you take more Netherworlds down with you? You've only sped your demise, Void Dark."
"Im… possible…" Void Dark remarked, as his own voice was cracked and distorted, as dark purple mist emanated from the fairly unscathed body of Lieze, representing the countless wounds inflicted to the insane demon's soul.
"I only have one question for you, Lieze." Siege said. "Would you prefer to keep such a form of an empowered body, so you may be able to fight alongside justice and peace, and be more resistant from the clutches of death?"
"...This body… Is it my own…?" Lieze asked, as she regained control for a moment. "...Somehow, despite all of the corruption within it… It feels… strangely warm... I… I believe… that if it's to help everyone… I will tame this power for the better."
"No need. All this needs is some purification and there will be no requirements of taming." Siege declared before reaching near the body, and pulling out Void Dark, as a demon was formed to host his soul, as the darkness left Lieze's body, as her hair and eyes turned back to normal, and her armour turned to a purified silver, as the sectioned blades shattered into white energy, which reformed into several forms of blue-hilted blades, as Void Dark was sealed within the demon Siege had summoned, turning into a shadowy torn mockery of his original figure. "Enjoy my gift to you, Lieze. Now, as for you." Siege glared to Void Dark, before sending him soaring sky high with a slash by Dyrnwyn. "PREPARE FOR YOUR DEMISE!"
Siege Ultimate Skill: Soul Reaping Omni Aether
Siege leapt up after Void Dark, as he began to slash him rapidly with Florid Sakura and Dyrnwyn, while the summoned weapons assaulted Void Dark on all sides, as his soul and now his torn body were becoming even more torn and wounded, as Siege slashed him multiple upon multiple times, before dispelling the weapons and sheathing Dyrnwyn except for one weapon, the scythe, as he soon aimed himself where Void Dark would be sent to Richard. "You wanted to throw him in hell? By all means, Richard, let him suffer endlessly!" Siege yelled as he slashed, sending Void Dark flying towards Richard, who was right in front of Void Dark's fortress.
"By all means." Richard smirked cruelly, before he then leapt up, as the Devil Axe Siege had summoned, now in his hands glowed ominously and brightly, before he then landed a critical blow with the axe, as it temporarily split the space before him, splitting the shadow that was Void Dark into two, as he then launched a series of crushing blows, with the trails of various elements with each swing of the axe.
After Void Dark was cleaved to hundreds of pieces, Richard stepped back, as his eyes slowly changed to purple, as a massive sukima appeared before him, as countless clawed hands appeared, as they grappled each and every piece of the diced up Void Dark, slowly dragging him into it.
"No… NO! I refuse to die like this! I am Void Dark, the demon who will stand atop all! I will not be defeated and dragged to oblivion by the likes of you! I AM-" Void Dark screamed.
"...And now you're nothing but a bad memory." Richard responded back, as he snapped his fist shut, as the sukima closed with a rending sound, forever sealing Void Dark into the void.
Lieze then slowly descended down back to where the altar was, as Killia rushed over to her, before she then touched the ground on her feet, as her transformation was undone, as she collapsed… right into Killia's arm, as the demon moved her into a bridal carry. Siege also descended, as the arena he created above dissipated, as his form reverted to normal, panting some as Magina tended to him.
"Killia…" Lieze whispered softly.
"Let's…" Killia remarked, as he looked towards Goldion and the others, as a hopeful smile graced his face. "Let's… go back home."
The two of them headed to leave the shrine room, as the rest of the group followed after him, joining up with the rest of the group, who were left behind, including Zeabolos, who managed to finish up the rest of Fralto's army.
"It seems that it's finally over." Richard remarked, looking towards Killia and Lieze. "The source of all of this has been resolved, and many people have grown to be better because of it."
"As far as the concern for rebuilding everything goes, I can replenish most of the structures." Magina stated. "I will send in many of my disciples to help finish what remains of the rebuilding process."
"As for you all… we give each and every one of you a formal invite to join us." Siege said. "After all, it's not just here we deal with threats this large. There are many worlds beyond this multiverse… worlds that need people such as you all to help. However, considering your statuses as Overlords… I'm guessing some of you have no choice but to stay here."
"...Sorry if I couldn't be of much help, and that I super need to go back to my home-world and make some amends for some things that the fire-chick pointed out for me, while you guys wrapped this up nicely…" Red Magnus answered back, rubbing the back of his head. "Either way, you don't need to worry, because I'm super going to ensure that I'm going to keep the peace!"
"...Funnily enough, Zeabolos left me quite the wealth… and he even gave me a lecture about my ways." Seraphina stated. "Although it's bad that I'll never be able to get with him or Killia… I think that it would better that I find a proper man that I can love and get loved in return for. Still though, I'm sure that you'll be hearing about me much when you pass by the Netherworlds, because I'm going to make Gorgeous even richer than before, hohoho!"
"...As for me, I think that it's better that your goddess, Magina, tell you." Christo admitted. "I cannot openly admit what my future is going to be, but I'll be in a fairly high position, thanks to her recommendation, and all of this has changed many of my world views. "...It wouldn't be fair that I would stay to succeed Toto Bunny, plip…" Usalia answered back. "After all, you made me even stronger, and got Toto Bunny and my parents back. I'm still inexperienced, but I think that if Reisen, Weiss and Rutega are with me, then I'll learn a lot of things and become even better than just an Overlord."
"...Usalia…" Reisen remarked with warmth in her voice.
"Argh, I suppose that there is nothing that I can do about it then." Majorita responded back. "Void Dark is dead, my former purpose is gone, and you have helped me a lot already, far more than everyone else in my past combined. I won't say that I turned a full new leaf yet, but I think that 'kill and recycle' is a stupid desire now. I might still work with the dead a bit, but only to help people feel a bit better. Maybe one day, I might actually learn to properly resurrect someone with my Overload. Until then, I got a lot to atone for, and I'm not slacking. I hate being left in debt, you know. And besides, I think that Usalia might become the first true friend in forever, like Rutega becoming one as well."
"What about you, Killia?" Gus asked. "What will you do?"
"...Where Goldion goes, is where I'll go as well." Killia answered back. "I will not be able to fight much, but if you have a place for us to recreate home, then we will gladly live and help. If Lieze can learn how to fight… then the tragedy of her death will never happen again."

"...I'm coming too." Ruby said. "Not because of what Killia has done for me either… I… have a new reason for coming." Ruby said, looking at Yang with a smile.
"D'awww…" Yang said, tearing up. "Come here you!" She added, bear hugging Ruby.
"Ack…! Too tight! Too tight…!" Ruby gasped for air which raised some laughter.
"...Well, my beloved… what do you say we should do?" Popol asked. "I understand that Izuna was named Overlord of Dragon Fang in our stead, but we could return and go back to being Overlords there."
"But you have seen the threats that they had to face. The Lost didn't even compare to them, and we almost lost Dragon Fang to them. We need to have allies willing to prepare us for that and more." Heiwa answered back with a slightly solemn expression. "Besides, it's high time that Izuna takes her place back. Her mother was the Overlord before me, and I only got my title because her father considered me more worthy over her. Even though she never resented me and accepted it nicely, it burned my heart, because she is my dearest friend. Drumdawn deserved to have her daughter continue his wife's legacy. I won't stand in the way of that. Besides, who's to stop us from coming back to check on Izuna from time to time? I bet that she might do a better job than us managing this Netherworld, or maybe she might make some fumbles that we might have to help her with, heh heh."
"Well, I happen to have an idea for something that you all might enjoy hearing." Magina spoke up. "I'm planning on placing portals here in this world, to connect the O.I.M. and the OSA Golden Blaze directly to this world and all connected Netherworlds."
"Huh, better!" Heiwa grinned back.
"So, I suppose that our work is done here then." Mokou remarked. "What about you, Zeabolos?"
"I will have to remain behind. Considering that I need to ensure that another Void Dark does not rise again…" Zeabolos answered back. "But that does not mean that I will be unable to aid you in your time of need, you would have done the same regardless."
"Oh! Before we forget." Siege said, looking at Zeabolos. "Elma. You mentioned taking her with us."
"That is indeed right." Zeabolos nodded, before he then created a portal. "Elma, come over here, there are some people that you should meet."
From within the portal, a white haired demoness appeared, as she seemed to be more or less the same age as Usalia and Majorita, wearing a red dress with a black and white skirt, and red horns on top of her head.
"...Uncle Zeabolos… Are these, the people that you said that I have to join?" Elma asked with a gentle voice.
"Indeed, they'll be able to train you and teach you many things that I cannot teach by myself." Zeabolos answered back.
"Oh… It's a pleasure to meet you all." Elma sofly responded back, as she did a soft bow to the group.
"Pleasure to meet you." Siege said with a smile.
"She's a fairly meek one, ain't she." Richard chuckled lightly. "Don't worry, Great Overlord, we'll make sure that she'll be taken care of like one of our own."
"I have no doubts." Zeabolos nodded back. "After what I have seen, my choice was made long before now."
"Well… after all of this… I'd say it's due time for a nice break." Siege said.
"I'll agree there. I must return to the O.I.M., but to my knowledge there isn't any threats on the horizon. And I do believe I have a suggestion for you all for a vacation spot." Magina said.
"Oh? And where will you be sending us?" Siege asked.
"You'll see. I'll actually be sending you to two places. But the first place is where you'll need to register. For those who want a break, decide now before I send you all over." Magina stated.
"Well, who wants to come with us?" Siege asked as he looked around.
"I'll come. I need a break…" Rutega said with a small chuckle. "I wonder if Majorita and Usalia will be my cheering squad…" Rutega joked.
"I'll join you, Siege." Allison answered from the Golden Blaze's comms.
"Me too!" Kiana chimed in.
"Whaddya say, Ruby? Let's go chill out and relax together." Yang said to the Overlord.
"Teehee! I think that's a wonderful idea!" Ruby said with a bright smile.
"Count me in." Kaguya answered back. "I could use some time to see what you have in store."
"Might as well come. Actually I might find a pet of my own, considering that Kaguya got her own beast." Mokou chuckled.
"As much as I rather want to manage some other things… I think that relaxing for this moment is better," Gus stated.
"Like Allison has said, I'll be coming. A rare occasion to enterain oneself while peace is still lingering… I'll enjoy myself for now." Rachel added through the comms.
"...Raiden's been pestering me to go on vacation, says that I need some loosening up." Sakura said through the comms as well. "And Kiana seems to be eager to take the trip with me as well."
"Yep!" Kiana beamed.
"It looks like everyone is ready." Magina said with a smile. "Alright, I'll take you to where you'll be participating first. Then we'll see about getting you all what you need." Magina said, as she opened a portal and led those wanting the break, through it.
