Tragedy strikes during a war between the kingdom of Niles, and kingdom of Sokyo, everyone was devastated to have so much loss, especially Prince Tadashi. The actual plot starts on Chapter Three!

What if Hiro was in the fire, not Tadashi? And, what if Hiro was saved by Professor Callaghan, but only to be held as a hostage? Based off several Tadashi alive fics I've read, but with a twist of my own. I do not own Big Hero 6.

After his death, Tadashi became a ghost whose sole purpose is to protect Hiro and follow him wherever he goes, keeping him out of trouble. Hiro is having strange feelings like someone is there with him but he can't see anyone. Soon, he starts seeing the ghost of his brother and tries to adjust. Hiro realizes that he's not alone, and he never was. Tadashi was here, and now he knows.

This is a story that follows the plot of the movie, though it goes a little different. Tadashi survived the fire, but it ends up with Hiro majorly injured. So now, while figuring out who stole Hiro's microbots, Tadashi still needs to look out for Hiro. What if something goes wrong during the chase after Yokai, and ends up with Hiro being permanently injured?

ok so i made this story because I'm in denial about Tadashi's death. it's been about three months since Hiro formed big hero 6 and he is visting the hospital to get a check up when he notices a man on his way out that seems kind of strange because he cant remember anything. the next day he meets the man but is in complete shock to find out who he really is. Crappy summary sorry.

SPOILERS FOR MOVIE: Tadashi was there the whole time. No one could see him. Did he die? No. was he a ghost? No. He was in a coma and no one knew it. (sorry I suck at summary better than it sounds) Based on the movie "If I stay".

Getting a younger brother is just another bump in Hiro's already difficult life. Just how different would the lives of the Hamada brothers be if they had been born in the opposite order? Hiro's time reversal ray gun gets out of hand, turning half of the team back into children, including himself into a baby. Really, Hiro didn't see it coming. Not with it being a year after Tadashi's death. He had moved on; he had accepted circumstances as they were and had gone on to do better things. He was the hero of San Fransokyo now. But after this sudden twist in fate, Hiro's not sure if he wants to go back.

When two dangerous men interrupt Tadashi and Hiro's night home alone, uninvited, Tadashi knows that he and his brother are in for a dreadfully long night. He also knows that if he and Hiro want to survive until morning, they're going to have to play it smart, for they soon figure out that even the smallest things could set these sinister intruders off. Tadashi didn't die in the fire, but he emerged from the ashes as a whole new person due to mysterious circumstances. Hiro learns this the hard way when he manages to knock the mask off of the person who attacked him and his friends; and when he manages to get himself kidnapped by the person he used to call 'brother'. A small twist of fate can change quite a lot about a story. But, in the end, a brother still grieves.
