The Phantom Express, surprisingly, carried on just fine, even after the Phantom Airlines came back into existence. As it turned out, there were still plenty of souls that preferred the unparalleled thrills and horror of the Express over the speed and convenience of the Airlines.

But the doctor was able to salvage the robot's CPU, which still had its soul dwelling inside. He plugged the CPU into a small, self-flying drone - which, while much smaller and less impressive, still provided the doctor with all the companionship he wanted.
