Ryan shot on his arm where handcuffs were tied to the bed, cursing cops who had placed them there. When he arrived at the hospital, they had transferred him to a room flanked by two policemen at the entrance to his room, and another one inside so he would try nothing on the doctor who was treating him. The bullet had crossed his shoulder blade but; the wound had only to be cleaned and closed. He knew that he was handcuffed and monitored; he had no chance of escaping, except if he was a relative of the Oudini family, but while being cared for he was already planning his escape plan in his head.

The anger he felt towards Oliver Queen was palpable but he had missed his chance to kill him; he had not been fast enough to block him, and this crappy drug had not done its job. And then Queen's partners saved his 's muscles contracted because of the rage that he was experiencing, he had never been a mean man. To know that this Robin Hood was with the woman of his dreams made him hate him even more. He thought again of what his enemy had told him, his goddess had not died he had not lost everything. he would recover her soon but he had to be more cunning. He fired again at handcuffs groaning at being tied like a lion in a cage.

"Soon we will be reunited, my goddess," he said in the empty room.

After a few hours, wondering when he could run, two policemen returned and tied his arms in his back with handcuffs. Jones knew it was in the next five minutes that he could escape, otherwise if he let his chance pass after that moment, he would be in a cell at the police station. He had to act very quickly.

Arriving in front of the elevator waiting for the doors to open, he feigned pain in the shoulder because of his injury, and the position imposed by the wearing of handcuffs. The stupidity or humanity of the policemen made them remove the handcuffs. Then, after entering the cabin, Jones escaped just before doors were closing, leaving the policemen inside, fleeing quickly before they can't catch up with him.

Two months passed since Felicity returned from her one-week exile protection against stayed with her day and night to protect her from the sick man who had fled from the hospital. To say that the archer had been furious was an understatement. Lyla wanted to put the young informant back safely with Billy again, but Oliver had been adamant that he would protect her. It was out of the question that someone other than Oliver protect her, and especially not this detective.

The first week they stayed in the den, him sleeping on the training mat, not wanting to rush things between them, and her in the bed. But at the end of those seven days, the young woman went crazy, so the archer quickly looked for an apartment, not wanting to leave her alone in his. After a few days, he found a loft in the city centre with large glazed berries overlooking the city and its lights the night, reminiscent of the thousand and one nights.

The open kitchen overlooked the living room, which had a beautiful fireplace where he would see himself with Felicity, when she would be ready to be intimate with him, making love all night in front of that fireplace fire. Their relationship had developed since they had confessed their feelings but had not yet passed the stage of intimacy. Not that they didn't want to, but the young woman wanted to go slowly, Oliver understood perfectly, and told her he would wait for her to be ready.

Felicity had fallen in love with this spacious loft and did not know if she was ready to leave after Jones was caught again. She loved living with Oliver, working together in the bunker to find Jones, eating the good little dishes that he prepared for them, sitting on the couch watching episodes of Game of Thrones. Even though Ryan was still on the run, she loved her life with the man she loved.

During those two months, Jones found himself an insignificant hiding place in the Glades, healing his wounds and taking his time to create a plan that would destroy the archer forever, and take the woman he loved away from Starling City, by force if necessary. He always intended to love her body, but for Felicity to also love his soul so she may be him forever. Because of his computer skills, He created a plane ticket showing his escape to New York. The police so far thought he had fled from Starling, while still in the Glades.

An hour ago he received a call from Ryan to tell him he would be in his apartment waiting for him. Oliver opened the door to the loft slowly, praying that the sound of the opening didn't alert the sick man who was still making them suffer. He entered the inside of the loft quietly ambling like a cat in the entrance not to announce his presence. He knew he had to be smarter than Ryan, to surprise him. He waited for his eyes to get used to the darkness of the room, which was usually lit by the lights from the outside, but not this time because the windows had been covered with some kind of black paint to prevent the moon from illuminating the living-room. He walked into the room and remembered the events that happened a few hours ago.

Last night the archer had to patrol alone, Felicity guided him from the loft. Diggle was with Lyla for a few days and Roy was still in Corto Maltese with Thea. Roy finally had the courage to tell her about her feelings towards her, which she obviously shared. After the difficult patrol, in which they had avoided two rapes, three robberies anda drug exchange that went crazy where several shots were fired at the archer and he had to escape on a roof The vigilante had returned to the bunker with a level of adrenaline that would have burst a thermometer.

Deciding to let off steam on the training dummy before he goes home. Felicity told him she would go back to the loft to relax in a bath. He hugged her, kissed her, said words of love and let her go home to the loft alone, reminding her to be ready in time for their breakfast at Alfredo. After two hours of intensive training, he fell asleep from fatigue. He planned on lying down for a few minutes but woke up seven hours later.

Oliver was annoyed at himself for letting Felicity alone so long, he quickly got ready to meet his girlfriend at Alfredo. When Felicity was half an hour late, the archer really started worrying. He already tried to call her several times and sent a number of messages without a response. Knowing Felicity would not show up without calling, he drove his motorcycle to the loft then Verdant.

When he arrived at the bunker, he found no one and worried even more. It wasn't at all Felicity's habit not to warn him in case of impediment, if there was any change, especially since the last time. They had promised themselves at the beginning of their relationship that they would never lie to each other again, nor hide any problem. He began triangulating his signal in the city to locate her, as she had taught him, but the tracker on his phone did not appear on the map which angered him even more.

He thought of calling Captain Lance, but he knew that he would not start looking for her until forty-eight hours had passed, which was too long. He called someone he had never seen, but he knew he had been there for her, protecting her for a week in the Argus hideaway. Felicity told him that the detective had just been transferred to Starling.e had not been very happy but he had absolute confidence in his partner. After a few seconds the man picked up his call."Detective Billy Malone"

"Hello Detective. Oliver Queen. I called you to see if you have any news of Felicity"

"No ! have not since the day before yesterday. Did something happen to her"

"She's gone, I've done several searches all over the place but she's nowhere to be found, I think it could be Jones even though the police believe he left town."

"I will do some research on my side and you know. Don't worry we will find her."

"Great. I will continue looking on my side, too. "

"I'll warn Lyla too.I know she left for a few days with your friend."

"Yes, They are on vacation, even if we contact them they will not be there for days. I would not stand idly by while the woman I love is gone."

"I understand, Mr. Queen, but Lyla has resources you don't know."

"I know, and I'll let you do it, thanks Detective"

"No worries. She's also important to me, you know, even though I know she's in love with you"

"I love her more than anything," says the archer.

"I know that and I wouldn't make him any advances, don't worry. She's become a great friend and I'll always be there to her."

"I trust in you Billy... And I know she wants you in her life as a friend"

They hung up as the archer continued his search with the location software, getting angry when no place appeared on the screen. Frustrated, he trained on the salmon ladder. He was interrupted after a few minutes by the ringing of his phone and answered without looking at the identifier. Oliver heard the voice of the woman of his life.

"Oliver I. I..." She was crying on the phone.

"Felicity where are you? My love, answer me, Felicity." he shouted.

But it was not she who answered his questions. , The archer heard a voice that he would have rather not heard.

"I just wanted you to know that she's alive and well."

"Ryan!"

The muscle in the vigilante's jaw had contracted so much he was trying to contain his anger before speaking. "If you hurt her, there will be no place in this world or you can hide because I will hunt you down to kill you".

"It's not her I want to hurt, she's my goddess. She's just the bait to get you to come to me so I can finish what I started two months ago."

"Okay, no problem, tell me where you're hiding and I'll bet here soon."

"You don't make arrow rules. we will play my game according to my rules. You have an interest in following them to the letter because although I may want my goddess, I can also kill her."

"As soon as I find you you'll regret attacking me and the woman of my life," said the clenching teeth archer.

"That's what we will see Oliver Queen... The game starts now," says Ryan laughing like a madman.

Jones had run the vigilante all over town all day, calling him from. He had planned everything so that his enemy would not have time to call his partners to the rescue; he knew that neither was in town, Ryan preferred to have Oliver alone.. The last call he gave P;over indicated the young woman's location in their loft. Oliver took a cautious step forward, his gaze scouring the main room for a potential danger. He wondered where this sick man could hide. He walked down the loft and found no one. He walked up the stairs and gently climbed the steps, avoiding cracking the wood.

When he found nothing upstairs in their room he wondered where the sick man was hiding Felicity.. As he peered through the room, the bathroom door opened and he could see Jones appear partially in the doorway, his right hand holding a pistol, his left hand still hidden in the room where he was standing.

"And that's the Robin Hood of the modern days," says Ryan, feeling very confident and smug. "It took you awhile to get here, you took a brief walk around town."

"Drop the gun and come and face me if you can. The last time that I was drugged but I beat you."

The man stepped into the room flexing his left arm, dragging Felicity into the door opening with him. He held her by her ponytail, forcing her to stay close to him. While looking at the archer, he moved his right arm and positioned his pistol on Felicity's side, which shivered with fear.

"You can always come and attack me but I think right now you have no choice except to stay where you are," he says with a smile. "Because you see as long as I hold her by my side, you won't try anything to risk hurting her."

Oliver clenched his jaw, trying to control his anger, his first concern being to keep the woman he loved safe even though she was still held by the other man. He simply had to stay calm to be able to find a plan quickly and get his partner out of the hands of this madman. The archer looked Felicity in the eye and could see that she was terrified for herself as well as for him. She was very brave; he had no doubt, and with Diggle's defensive maneuvers she could get rid of Jones' grip on her in any other situation. The man had had his gun pointed at her, one move and he could kill her instantly. For his part he was still too far away from her and by the time he moved Ryan would have fired, killing her. Far too many variants were at play at the moment. He had to wait for Ryan to make a mistake to attack him.

"Let her go, Jones. It's between you and me. You want to kill me, so go ahead but leave Felicity."

"It took me years to find her. I will not let her go now, she's mine, she's my goddess," he says, pulling a little more on her hair to bring her face closer to her cheek making her shiver again.

-"Felicity is neither yours nor to me, she is her own person." said the archer angry to see this man hold and touch his love.

"You're wrong, she's mine, she's my goddess, and I will make her forget about you, her body will belong to me."

Oliver was afraid for Felicity, the man in front of him was getting more and more crazy. He was tightening even more of the woman's hair he was loved, and he could see on her beautiful face the pain she felt.

"When she was with me in college we loved each other, you know, we shared tender kisses, sweet caresses and if she hadn't left me our nights would surely have been fabulous, wouldn't it be my love?" he says in Felicity's ear. " I could have got her back a year ago if you hadn't been in the picture," he angrily told the vigilante.

Oliver thought he had to do something quickly to defuse the situation,.Jones got out of control, he had to connect with Felicity one way or another so that they would be in sync to disarm this sick man. He saw Ryan take his hand off the young woman's hair putting it to her waist rubbing on her hip sensually. The more excited Ryan got, the angrier Oliver felt.. She made him understand with a glance that she was willing to do anything to get out of her grip and Oliver knew how to crack this sick to turn against him and let his partner escape.

"If you knew Jones how much you missed something wonderful with Felicity. When we have sex every night, it's so passionate and fabulous. She can bring a man up to the seventh heaven with her mouth and her tongue," he said, wanting to distract Jonesso that he let go of the young woman.

"When she's in my arms it will be me who would give her a lot of fun," Ryan retorted. "It will be my name that she will shout and not yours," he said staring at the archer with a black look.

Oliver had made him angry, but Ryan still held Felicity young so tightly. The vigilante understood that he had to bait him even more, to annoy him, to make him even more jealous so that he would let go of her completely. He looked intensely at Felicity to make her understand that she had to be ready at all times. The young woman blinked to show her that she understood.

"You may have her body, but her soul and heart will always belong to me. Every night when you sleep, she will join me in my dreams thanks to the bond we share, and we will make love passionately and that's my name that she will scream. You will never be anything to her like when she left you to go to MIT, but I will forever be her true love, nothing will change that, especially not you who is so insignificant."

During his speech the archer could see the change of expression on Jones's face, the anger, the jealousy that intensified with every word spoken. His confidence was gradually crumbling. Jones was so focused on Oliver, his anger growing more and more that he had pointed his pistol at the archer no longer paying any attention to the young woman, his hand even loosening from his grip on his hip.

When Felicity felt that Ryan's fingers were relaxed at her hip, she knew it was the moment that they had waited with the vigilante to get away from her stalker. The young woman elbowed in the solar plexus of the man, followed by a heel blow in the kneecap which caused him to completely let go. The young woman ran towards the archer who took her in her arms an instant before pushing her towards the door.

"Now get out Felicity, get out of the loft."

"I'm not leaving without you, Oliver, I'm not leaving you with that lunatic."

She took his hand, and they ran down the stairs as quickly as possible. The archer wanted to access the front door so that he could bring his love to safety. Arriving in the middle of the living room, a gunshot caused them to stop.

"You will not take it away from me, Arrow. As I said she is my goddess, no one will take her far from me," Jones said as he approached the two people in front of him, the gun pointed on them.

When he almost reached them Oliver threw himself at Ryan grabbing his right arm hitting him against the pillar by his side several times until the gun fell out of his hand while Felicity went to hide behind the kitchen counter. Meanwhile Jones punched the vigilante in the stomach to make him let go, and he received an uppercut from Oliver, who knocked him to the ground. The archer turned to look for the young woman, hoping that she might have left the apartment, while Ryan stood up behind him.

At the sound of movement the vigilante turned towards him and did not have time to react to the lamp that hit his him to lose his balance. Jones retrieved his weapon from the ground and directed it at the on the ground, a little shaken by the blow. He saw the end of the gun barrel on him, Jones staring at him with a manic smile that proved to him he would not hesitate to shoot him.

Oliver thought of his girlfriend, of his love for her, of the strength she had been inflicting on him for over two years. He watched his enemy's eyes blacken, and in a last impulse threw himself upon him to try to disarm him again, but Jones shot at him. When he fell down, the vigilante heard Felicity's cry of his life, seeing her appear beside him, kneeling at him crying.

"Please, Oliver, don't leave me," she said, placing her hand on her wound in her abdomen.

" Hold on to me.", she grabbed the blanket on the couch and pressed it on his body.

"I love you, Felicity," said the archer in a breath, "I had two months..." he's hardly breathing, "wonderful with you"

"No no no no...my love, doesn't say that, we will have years together," she said sobbing, "I forbid you to leave me Oliver Queen."

"Get out of there, my goddess, so that I can finish the job," Jones said, pointing the gun at the vigilante again.

"You'll have to kill me first," Felicity says, leaning over the body of the ;love in his life to protect him, "never will I be yours."

"I haven't had my reward yet, I haven't loved your body yet," he said, pulling her by the arm and lifting her from the ground. "I'll see later if I have to kill you, for now come here," he pulled a little harder, the young woman clinging to the archer's body.

"Don't touch her," Oliver yelled, trying to get up even with the bullet in the belly.

"Don't worry, Queen, I'll take care of it," Jones said, preparing to shoot again, "but you won't be there to see that."

Felicity closed her eyes, not wanting to see this while trying to get out of the arms of her former School buddy to position herself in front of the archer when she heard one shot and then another. She screamed when she was dragged to the ground, and she heard her name.. She had no time to touch the ground as she was caught by two broad arms, which she immediately recognized as Diggle's. When she opened the eyes she could see Jones on the ground with a bullet in the head. When she turned she could see Lyla at Billy's side holding his chest, blood flowing between her gun that had killed his stalker on the other hand, he smiled at her before he began to collapse to the ground.

"Fe-li-ci-ty," said Oliver in a breath.

The young woman rushed to the ground towards him, again placing her hand on the blanket, sobbing more beautiful when she saw his pale complexion. The archer raised his hand and placed it on the cheek of his soul mate.

"I love you.. more than... all my love," he says between several breaths.

"I love you too.. more than all. Stay calm, breathe slowly before help arrives." She looked at Diggle, who nodded that they were being called.

"You're... My angel... for", he took a deep breath..."eternity."

He gave her a little smile, gently lowered her face to kiss her lips gently while closing his eyes. His arm left his cheek and fell to the side of his Body.

"Not! Oliver! NO" shouted the young woman laying her face in the neck of the man of her life crying ever louder. "Please don't die. I love you so much."

A cacophony was suddenly heard in the apartment when the police arrived, followed by paramedics who looked after Billy and the vigilante. They started immediately first aid on the archer, intubated him and placed him on a stretcher quickly leaving the loft. At the sight of the face that one of the paramedics gave to Diggle who was standing holding Felicity sobbing in her torso, there was no not much hope that Oliver Queen would make it alive this time.

#############

It had now been a week since the confrontation between Oliver, Ryan and Felicity had occurred in the loft, the young woman was in Starling Cemetery in front of the grave of this wonderful man who had returned to her life one day, tears flowing profusely. She looked behind her and could see Diggle and Lyla glued to each other wearing dark glasses so that one wouldn't see their tears. Focusing again on the grave, she crouched down and gently placed the flower bouquet on the ground.

"I'm so sorry. You should never have come into my life. You wouldn't have died today protecting me". She paused for a moment, having trouble breathing. "I hope you're not alone up there. Maybe you are reunited with your parents, I hope with all my heart," she wiped away her tears, "and that you are finally happy, we will miss you so much. Goodbye," she said, caressing the headstone.

She rose gently wiping her eyes, laid a kiss of her hand on the grave, said a final farewell and then left without turning towards Diggle who had also lost a person who meant much to them.
