Felicity watched the city through the floor-to-ceiling windows of her bedroom, her gaze lost in the distance, her thoughts going back to what had happened a month ago in this loft. She could have sold it, gone to live elsewhere, but she had not had the courage, too many good memories lived here. After the paramedics left with Billy and Oliver, the forensic investigative team began their work gathering evidence to analyze and diagnose what could have happened here. Lyla presented her Argus government agent card, explaining that it was Detective Billy Malone who shot Ryan Jones because he pointed his gun at Oliver Queen when they got to the loft.

When the captain asked her how she knew there was a risk that Jones would be there when he was supposed to be in New York, he explained that Detective Malone warned her this morning that Miss Smoak may have been kidnapped. He confirmed the information when the Argus plane landed at Starling after receiving a message from Oliver Queen, who was heading here to save his girlfriend. By the time she arrived at the loft with the detective and her companion John Diggle, Jones had successfully shot Oliver and had taken Felicity hostage. He pointed his gun at the young man and was ready to shoot again to kill seeing the scene in front of him when he entered the apartment, Billy Malone knew action must be taken immediately.

After Felicity's statement, Lyla, John and the young woman had been allowed to leave the crime scene and go to the hospital where Billy and Oliver had been transported. When they arrived, they had to wait several hours in the waiting room, due to the serious injuries suffered.. When the doctor confirmed Billy was being placed in his room assuring Felicity he was out of danger, Felicity stayed in the waiting room waiting for the same good news for Oliver She closed her eyes and hoped that the bond that united them would help her, asking him inwardly to fight for them, for their love. John and Lyla were gone for a while, leaving her alone to see their comrade-in-law's son. When they returned to Felicity, they had to wait another hour before another doctor came to see them. It was with her trembling legs that the young woman got up, helped by Diggle, to approach the man in the white coat.

"Mr. Queen's injury was quite significant and his heart stopped"

"No ... No ... I'm begging you," shouted the young woman, feeling her legs slide, and she would have fallen to the ground if John hadn't been there to hold her tightly in his arms.

"Is our friend dead?" asked the former soldier.

"No, we got his heart started. He seems to have a great desire to live."

"Yes, he has a great desire to live," Diggle replied, looking at Felicity.

"But the next few hours will be crucial, he is in a coma for now," continued the doctor.

"Can I see him?" Felicity asked wanting to make sure he was alive.

"We have to put him in his room, so you can go see him. A nurse will come and get you when everything is ready," the doctor explained before leaving them.

"I want to be with him John," the young woman had cried in the arms of her friend. "Tell me he's not going to die. Tell me he's going to survive."

"He's strong Felicity, and he loves you, he's going to do everything he can to fight and come back to you," he said, trying to calm her down as best he could while looking at his wife whose face showed sympathy..

Felicity was relieved that the detective was still should have gone to see him, but all she can think of is Oliver.. She hadn't been sure she could handle it if Oliver didn't come out of a coma, or even die. She wondered at that time how Oliver could have endured his alleged death. She understood much better why he had been so mad at her for not telling her about the plan. Because she had felt a very strong pain in her heart when she saw him on the ground in the blood. Then she understood that the vigilante's pain must have been a hundred times worse, because he hadn't known why she had been shot. She blamed herself for making him suffer so much, and while she was waiting to be by his side, she promised herself not to lie to him anymore.

After fifteen minutes of waiting, a nurse came to pick her up and took her to Oliver's room. When she saw him lying on this bed, threads dotting his body, she felt guilty for having put him in this state. It was because of his past that he had been injured. She approached him gently, took the chair next to his bed and sat down taking his hand. She had stood like that, looking at him, stroking the top of his hand with her thumb while waiting for him to wake up so she could see his beautiful blue eyes again.

"Please Oliver, if you can hear me, fight for us. I can't lose you when I just found you," she said sobbing. "I love you so much, don't leave me, my love."

She put her face on his arm, crying over and over again, hoping that luck would finally be on their side. She was surprised a few minutes later by the hellish beep of the machines. She was removed from the room by a nurse while her colleagues were doing everything in their power to save her vigilante; her love. When she heard the doctor scream that he was losing him, she stuck to the wall in the corridor, screaming a cry of agony. Her legs gave way under her and she collapsed to the ground feeling her heart break. She had repeated the same sentence over and over ... Don't take him from me.

Felicity was in a cemetery a few days later, tears running down her cheeks. It had been a few days since he left, dead on this hospital bed. She was so angry with Ryan Jones for making her life a living hell, for taking the life of the man who had protected and saved him. She knelt on the grass and laid the flowers on the grave.

"I'm sorry," she whispered, stroking the name on the grave until she heard footsteps behind her back, stood up slowly and turned to John who positioned herself next to her.

"He is a hero," she said to her friend.

"Yes, just as his father was," Diggle replied. We have to go back to the hospital, he's waiting for us.

"I'll be here in a minute... Go join Lyla in the car... I want to be alone to say goodbye to him."

"I understand, take the time you need," he said, gently squeezing his shoulder before joining his wife towards the car.

She looked at the grave again and thought about all the times she had spent with him. Her laughter, her cries of anger, her pain when she told him that nothing would happen between them. That she was in love with another man. Billy Malone had suffered a hemorrhage a few hours after his operation. Her heart had stopped, and the doctor had failed to revive him, she learned a little later. It happened at the same time that the archer's restarted. A coincidence or a gesture from God, she did not know. She was sad that the detective succumbed to his wound but glad that his vigilante was still alive.

Billy was buried with honors, thanks to Lyla, in the cemetery of Starling this way she and Diggle could come to visit him Billy Since Billy 's parents were dead and no members of his family alive, he would at least have visits to his grave.. She had lost a friend in this battle, and Felicity would always have a thought for the detective who had put her life on hold to help and protect her. She said goodbye to this man who had protected her, as he had promised the day of their meeting, and left to join her friends to see their friend the archer in the hospital.

Oliver was discharged from the hospital two weeks ago and for the past few days had slowly resumed training with John. He also visited the grave of Detective Malone thanking him for saving his life and that of the woman he loved at the expense of his own life. He knew that Felicity was mad at herself for causing his death in some way, but he and John had explained to her that the only culprit was Ryan Jones. When the archer woke up from his coma, his girlfriend's beautiful eyes greeted him. He thought at first that he was dreaming, having felt at one point that he was dead. But she confirmed that he was alive, with a long kiss.

She explained to him that she had prayed very hard for him to come back to her; he replied that he had felt it, their bond had united their souls and their hearts. He Felt that he couldn't die, that he couldn't leave her alone, he had to come back to her and had fought to do it when he felt attracted by a white glow. She had admitted to him that she was really afraid of losing him, that when his heart had stopped, hers had done the same. And that she didn't know how he could have endured this intense pain when he thought he had lost it. He hadn't answeredjust looked at it intently, then kissed her quite simply.

They had slowly resumed their lives. John taking the place of the archer until Oliver gets back on his feet, and his sister Thea returns to live in Starling with Roy. When she learned that he had been injured, she returned very quickly from Corto Maltèse. After her return, Oliver told her the truth, not wanting any secrets between them.. He learned firsthand that lies do more harm than good. Oliver was relieved when Thea told him she was proud of him. Oliver was finally happy. Everyone who was part of his life was present in Starling City, and that was all that mattered to him.

Oliver was lying on the living room couch trying not to think about his beautiful girlfriend alone in her bedroom. They still hadn't crossed the threshold of intimacy. At first it was because he just left the hospital and was waiting to heal.. Now, after two weeks, he was waiting for Felicity to take the first step. He wanted her, wanted her very much, but wanted to make sure Felicity was ready. Hearing no noise from the room, he decided to go upstairs to check that she was okay. He knew she was still bothered by Billy's death.

When he reached the door, he opened it very slowly and looked towards the bed, but surprisingly it was empty. For a second, his stomach twisted in fear until he saw her standing in front of the window, looking at the city all lit up. Her head and left shoulder were pressed against the window frame, her arms crossed over his chest. She was wearing one of her shirts which covered only a small part of her body, the garment indeed ending just at the start of her thighs showing her wonderful legs. For a moment, his thoughts on how much he wants to discover the hidden treasure rush over him but instead he coughed gently to let her know of his presence, but also to find out if he could still get a sound out of his dry throat. She jumped at the noise and turned around, her cheeks flushing, when she realized that she was wearing only a shirt in front of her boyfriend. She met the eyes of his satisfied to see desire in it.

"Did I make a noise when I got up," she asked.

"No, my love, you made no noise, I just wanted to check if you were fine," he said, still distracted by the vision of the young woman in her shirt.

"I couldn't sleep so I got up to look out the window. I love this view so much, I love this loft."

"I knew you would like it when I chose the apartment, as soon as I saw the view we have of the city here, I knew that you would appreciate it,", he said, moving behind her to breathe the smell of the soap she used on her skin and hair. "Your happiness has always been my priority, I want you to be happy."

"Oliver," she whispered.

Turning to look into his eyes, she approached his body, pressing against him. The vigilante took a deep breath, disturbed by the sudden proximity. Felicity rested her head on his shoulder, gently caressing his back up and down, giving the archer chills who felt his desire for his girlfriend growing inside him.

"Do you need something before you go back to sleep?"

"No, thank you, I'm fine where I am right now."

"Why can't you sleep, baby?"

"I know you and John already told me, but I still feel guilty about Billy."

"I know and I also feel guilty because I called him at the start to tell him that you were gone."

"You have nothing to do with this, Oliver, it's not your fault. It's mine ... Because of my past"

"Nothing that happened is your fault or mine, my love. Jones is the one and only culprit," he said, lifting his chin and looking at her intently. "It was because of him that we lost Detective Malone. He was the one who shot us first."

"I was so afraid that he would kill you, I love you Oliver. I love you so much.. I would not have survived if I had lost you"

"I love you too baby, I'm so in love with you. You are my always."

He brought his lips to hers and kissed her gently, a very soft kiss, filled with tenderness and love for her. When Oliver walked away from Felicity, she grabbed his neck and pulled him towards her, kissing him passionately. He pulled her towards him for a strong and moving kiss, to which she responded impatiently. He pushed her gently towards the window. Oliver could no longer control his desire for her, he covered her face, her lips, her neck with several kisses. Slowly, he began to unbutton her shirt, planting kisses on her newly exposed skin. Felicity lowered her hands down his chest, put her hands under his t-shirt, and began to caress his that if he continued, he could not stop, Oliver walked away from her. The young woman looked at him and, as he started to explain to her, she put her index finger on her lips.

"I want it. You're the man of my life, and I'd be horrible to keep you waiting."

"I want to give you all the time you need to be ready. "he says kissing him gently on her lips before he withdraws.

"I don't need time anymore, I know what I want... What I want is you, now"

Felicity put her arm around his neck, looking him in the eyes with a smile as she leaned to taste his lips bit Oliver's lower lip before plunging her tongue into his mouth. Breathless, they parted, Oliver Carefully Carried her to bed, laying her down reverently. He quickly unbuttoned the buttons and pushed his shirt off his shoulders. He kissed the valley between her breasts, stroking a nipple awake through her bra.

Felicity felt her pleasure overwhelm her. She encouraged him to take more of her. The young woman used both hands to remove the archer's t-shirt and caressed the skin of his abdomen. They looked at each other understanding each other without talking they knew what the other was thinking, and with perfect synchronization, they ended up undressing without ever letting go of their eyes. The archer placed himself between her legs, one arm above his head unwilling to crush her, and his other arm surrounding her waist.

"I love you," Oliver whispered as he entered her, pushing slowly into her privacy. "I love you," he said again, pushing deeper and deeper until he was completely inside.

"I love you too," said Felicity, meeting each push with one of hers.

Together, the two lovers were swinging, bringing to the other, a pleasure that each did not think existed. Very slowly, they gave themselves to each other, without looking away. They climaxed together, shouting each other's names, their bodies finally reunited, as their souls had been during their dreams.

Felicity was lounging in Oliver's arms, absorbing the heat she felt on her body as well as in her heart. The love they had just shared by connecting intimately had been stronger than what she had known before. With the archer, the young woman had discovered a part of herself that she did not know, with him her confidence had grown, with him she felt stronger, mentally and emotionally. "That's real happiness," thought the young woman with a smile.

The archer was huddled against her body, adapting perfectly to her, his fingers gently caressing her hip. What he had just shared with the woman in his life was unknown to him. With Felicity, Oliver finally knew what it was like to make love - a union of two bodies and two souls. With her, he had found an equal, a partner in his professional and personal life. With her, he had found a home that he had always sought and wanted and that he did not think he had the right to have. "That's real happiness," thought the young man with a smile.

Felicity and Oliver spent hours exploring each other's bodies. The archer had kissed or caressed every square inch of his girlfriend's skin, but he still felt he couldn't get enough of it. Its taste and smell were its own - a combination of pink flowers and vanilla. His heart had never been as full as when he had shared his love with the young woman. Their love was passionate, intense and sweet, certain moments that they loved to discover slowly, taking their time, other times it was intense, fast.

Oliver watched her sleep in her arms for a while, happy to have known how to wait for her to be ready. That first night together was a foretaste of all the nights he would spend with the woman of his life. With his heart filled with love for this extraordinary woman who had saved him in every way possible, he fell asleep knowing that his life would never have been the same without her beside him, and he thanked inwardly Walter Steele for leading him to her.

A few months later, Lyla gave birth to a little boy whom she named Billy, in memory of the young detective she had called to help him with the Felicity case, and who had unfortunately lost his life. Several challenges awaited the four friends in the months and years to come. Ra's al ghul, Damien Dark, the arrival of William, the archer's son, of whom he had no knowledge, Prometheus and many others. But at each stage of their life, at each obstacle, Oliver and Felicity could always trust their bond, making them stronger and strengthening their love. In addition, their team, always at their side, was welded at all times, with their friends, their family, new allies, they continued to fight together, to keep their city safe.

##########################

Oliver stood in front of the fireplace of his house, looking at the images that dotted the wooden outline, several moments in their lives shown to all who returned. Her marriage to Felicity two years after the event with Ryan Jones, their three children William, Mia and Tommy. Photos of their friends John and Lyla with their two children, Billy and Rose, of his sister with Roy and of their children. All the evidence that his life was better than he had hoped.

In recent years, he had ceased to be the archer, letting the next generation take over, led by Billy Diggle, who had become the new green arrow. He preferred to enjoy his grandchildren, his wife and the simple things in life. He felt her presence before she even wrapped her arms around her waist, it had always been like that since the first moment when their bond was created in their first dream.

"What are you doing here alone, Oliver?"

"I was thinking about our life, our good and bad times," he said, putting his hands on his arms around him.

"Yes, for sure our life has been full, and we still have a lot of time with our grandchildren," she said kissing him, "I saw you talking with Tommy earlier, has a problem with Team Arrow. "

Oliver smiled at what his youngest son had asked him, this conversation had brought back many memories.

"No problem, he wanted advice from his old father," he smiles, "he's a little afraid to confess his feelings to his girlfriend Rachel, with his work with the team and his role as mayor."

"Like father, like son, as far as I can see," smiled the young woman behind his back, "What did you say? He must run in the opposite direction"

"It would be better to pronounce the words now, before risking seeing her leave with another man one day," he said, turning to look intently at his wife. "That he shouldn't think of" ifs "or" maybe "because of his role as a vigilante. That he must confess his love for her, his secret, before losing her forever. "He must not have made the same mistake, which his father had made almost all these years, with his mother."

"This is very good advice my love" she put her hand on her neck to lower her lips "I love you forever"

"I love you more than anything," he said before narrowing the distance between their lips.

The kiss was sweet at first but became passionate like every time they kissed, even after all these years. Tommy entered the living room to speak to his father again, but he saw him and his mother kissing by the fireplace. Since he was little, he had seen their love show through and shine around them, and he wanted to know this unconditional love. He took his phone from his pants pocket, took a deep breath, then dialed the number of the woman who could be his big love. He looked again at his parents, then left the living room when the young woman answered.

"Hi Rachel, it's me ..."

A few months later, Tommy realized that Rachel was the woman of his life, when she found herself in a coma after a car accident and he saw her in his dreams, reassuring him that she was fighting for him return. When he had explained to his parents what he was going through, they had told him about their love story, the bond between them, and Tommy simply knew that Rachel, was his soul mate forever.
