Mary Jane was at the apartment; she was sitting on the sofa watching the news. The Mayor, Governor and the President has declared an emergency in New York. She was beginning to worry about Peter as he was out patrolling the city as Spider Man. Suddenly she hears a sound coming from out in the hall, she goes to the door and sees a little boy sitting in the hallway. The boy appears to between 5 or 6 years old. Mary Jane goes over to talk to him
"Hey there what are you doing out here?" she asked
The little boy looked frightened to the point that he was almost frozen.
"My name is Mary Jane what's yours?" she asked trying to get the little boy to open up
"My name is Toby." The boy responded
"Where are your parents?" Mary Jane asked
The little boy went silent again.
"Hey why don't we go inside my apartment and try to find your parents." Mary Jane suggested as they go inside the apartment. Mary Jane served him some cookies and milk. Suddenly there was a knock at the door, Toby got up and clutched Mary Jane's waist as began to get frightened again. They walked over to the door and answered it and it was two Marines standing at the door.
"Excuse me ma'am we're here because an evacuation order has been given for all the residents in the city so we're here to get everyone in this building out." said the Marine
"I have to wait for my husband." Said Mary Jane
"I'm sorry there's no time you and the boy have to leave." Said the Marine
"This boy isn't mine and I can't find his parents." Said Mary Jane
"Don't worry we'll find them, but in the mean time you have to move." Said the Marine
Mary Jane didn't have a choice, she and Toby followed the two Marines out in the hall, they get halfway down the hall when suddenly a Xenomorph comes around the corner ambushing the two marines stabbing one with its sharp edge tail and grabbed the other one by the throat killing with its tongue which also has teeth. Mary Jane grabbed Toby and ran the down the hall to the stairwell. She climbed the steps desperately trying get away from deadly creature. It was hard because she was carrying Toby as the little boy held on to her for dear life. Finally, they made it up to the roof, Mary Jane closed the door locking it. The Xenomorph crashed through the door tearing off the hinges. Mary Jane with Toby in her arms were trapped with nowhere to go when suddenly Spidey swings in kicking the Xenomorph off the roof sending it down to the streets where waiting Marines gunned it down killing it. Spidey takes off the mask and runs overs and hugs Mary Jane, the two embraced as Mary Jane cries tears of Joy and relief after seeing her life flash before her eyes.
"Who's this little guy?" Peter asked noticing Toby
"This is Toby." Said Mary Jane Introducing the two
"Toby? That sounds like a movie star name." Said Peter
"Are you really Spider Man?" Toby asked
"Yes, I am, but this has to be our little secret okay buddy?" Peter asked
Toby nodded head as Peter gives him a fist bump. Peter puts the mask back on takes them down to the street where the Marines were evacuating the residents loading them onto convoys. Suddenly two voices were calling Toby, he recognizes the voices
"Mommy! Daddy!" Toby shouted as his parents come running towards him and grabs him and hugs him.
Toby waves goodbye to Mary Jane and Peter as the Marines escort them to the Convoy.
"I think you better go too." Peter suggested
"You're not coming with me?" Mary Jane asked
"I can't I have to find a way to stop these aliens." Peter responded
"How are you going to do that?" Mary Jane asked
"I think I know where to start." Peter responded
"Go get em Tiger." Said Mary Jane as she lifted his mask and kisses him on the lips.
