Liz and Doctor Connors were at the lab. They had spent the last week trying to figure out the science behind the Xenomorphs. Connors has written notes on the board and Liz was looking at some fibers with a microscope.
"You know Elizabeth, the more we learn about this creature I noticed it has some similarities to some of the insects here on earth." Said Connors
"How so Doctor?" Liz asked
"For one they leave Larvae." Said Connors
"You mean like when Flies leaves them and they hatch into maggots." Said Liz
"Exactly Elizabeth. Like any other larvae they hatch into early adult similar to caterpillars turning into butterflies which explains the rapid growth of these creatures." Connors explained
"Very good Doctor." Said a male voice
Liz and Connors turned around and see Charles Bishop Weyland standing with a group of mercenaries.
"Charles Bishop Weyland. What are you doing here?" asked Connors
"I'm here to require your help." Weyland responded
"What do you know about these Aliens?" Connors asked
"I'm afraid I can't divulge that information." Weyland responded
"Look, if you want our help you have to tell us everything." Connors suggested
"From what I read about Weyland/Yutani is that you people deal in technology and robotics how do these aliens come to play?" Liz asked
"Wait a minute the space shuttle that crashed in the park, it belonged to you." Said Connors
"Our company's motto is building better worlds. So, we built a space vessel and put together a crew to explore the solar system looking for an uninhabited planet so that we can expand the human population. The ship landed on a planet that we thought uninhabited, we found what we thought was a cave, but it turned out to be a hive and unfortunate one of the Aliens got on the ship and killed the entire crew.
"You're the reason these monsters are terrorizing the city!" Connors
"Yes. Our gross miscalculation caused this." Said Weyland
"Gross miscalculation Is that what you're calling this?" Liz asked
"Miss Allan why don't you ask Doctor Connors about making gross miscalculations. His turned him into a giant Lizard." Said Weyland
"I'm cured now." Said Connors
"Look I am here because I need your help in destroying these Alien before more loss of life occurs." Said Weyland
"How can we help?" asked Connors
"As you figured out earlier these creatures are very similar to insects specifically bees and ants." Said Weyland
"I see, these aliens that we've seen so far are just drones which means there's a queen." Said Connors
"Exactly Doctor, and also like ants and bees they live in colonies and hives." Said Weyland
"Which means that they probably built a hive somewhere here in the city." Said Connors
"My guess that it's somewhere under the city." Said Weyland
"We have to find it." said Connors
Suddenly they're interrupted when the mercenaries enter the lab dragging Ned in.
"Sir we caught this man outside." Said one of the men
"Get your hands off me! I am Ned Leeds from the Bugle
"Should we get rid of him?" asked one of the men
"No. In fact, I think we'll bring him with us." Said Weyland
"Bring me where?" Ned asked getting scared
"We're going to find the Queen." Said Weyland
"There's a queen of these Aliens? Talk about story of the year what are we waiting for let's go!" said Ned with enthusiasm.
Spider man was swinging through the city, when suddenly his Spidey senses started to tingle, he lands on the roof across the street from Connors's lab. He sees Connors, Liz and Ned being led out by Weyland and his Mercenaries
"Where are they taking my friends?" Spidey asked himself
"Well, I guess I better follow them." Said Spidey.
