Been a long time fan of Harry Potter fanfiction, reading many fabulous works over time, and have now decided to put the metaphorical pen to paper. I've never written before so I thought I'd try and bring to life a little esoteric gem that's been rattling in my mind for several years. Harry Potter: Djinn Awakened Summery In order to save Harry from his fate, Lily uses a wish from a Djinn to save him. A wish that will have repercussions for Harry. Now, as his fifth year closes, he must learn to control his new and dangerous powers. Making new friends while dodging new and old enemies, he will learn secrets lost in time, a millennia old war where the lines of good and evil were blurred, and become entwined in another fate and prophecy that will echo across dimensions. Post OoTP, slash, some swearing. There will be references to Lucifer on occasion and a cameo or two. Since the actual series takes place in 2011, Lucifer will still be in hell. I hope to get a chapter out once every 2 weeks while I'm still on furlough.
