Officer Eustass Kid has been chasing a criminal known as the "Surgeon of Death." He follows a strong lead, but ends up handcuffed in a bar with the Surgeon himself straddling him for a fun tease.

Law is the young son of the noble Don Quixote who has never seen over the protective walls of the mansion's garden.
