It's been almost five years since the tragedy which rocked Tulsa. Ponyboy returns home from his first semester at college, hoping that things would feel different. As it turns out, they were just the same as when he'd left. - One-shot

At 16, Ponyboy thinks he's in the clear - he's wrong.

Ponyboy and Darry have been getting along since promising Soda to stop fighting, but a few thoughtless words change everything. Can their relationship survive this and what consequences do they not see coming?

Relapse isn't so uncommon, but it was the timing of his that had the potential to take everybody down with him. Turns out part of him is still trapped in that jungle, though he returned from war years ago.

Ponyboy knows there's something not right about the way he's been feeling lately. It was easy enough to hide in the house and pretend it wasn't happening over the summer, but with school starting back, it gets a lot harder to act like he's not choking on the anxiety that gets caught in his chest.

That one time the gang went to church and raised hell. One-shot.

Soda convinced Steve to let Ponyboy help work on the truck. Things went wrong, someone is hurt, and now a life hangs in the balance.

It started out as a simple favor. But Ponyboy should have known that nothing was simple when it came to helping Curly Shepard, and now they're all in over their heads. 16 year old Ponyboy has been in an accident...a strangely familiar accident that someone won't walk away from. Pony himself isn't unscathed. He's hurt, in more ways than one. Based loosely on the song Teen Angel by Mark Dinning.

Ponyboy and Darry try to get through today in two different ways, but both coming to the same conclusion. It's not fair.

It was oddly calm once the carolers had moved on to the next room. The same kind of calm that Sam always felt on Christmas Eve. Like the world was still for a change. Peaceful. "You don't get it," Ponyboy moans, pale face bright in stark contrast to the lingering darkness. "You don't understand." Oh, Pony's wrong about that one. He understands, alright.

Soda recognized the signs of what was about to happen just before it did. He realized that he really should have seen it coming the moment the guy walked in the store, but he just hadn't been paying enough attention and at this point he had no time to react. All of a sudden Soda was staring down the barrel of a handgun that was pointed directly at his face.

The three Curtis brothers have just been through a horrible tragedy: both of their parents were instantly killed in a terrible car accident. Now Darry must step up in order to keep what is left of his family together. The weight of the world is on his shoulders. But what can he do when Ponyboy starts having terrifying nightmares that he can't even remember?

This is my idea of that happened with Sodapop and Darry then Johnny and Ponyboy ran off after the Soc gets killed. No slash, no weird changes to the story, I stayed true to the book! Do not read if you haven't read the book!

Five times Ponyboy was slammed into, thrown through, or pinned against a wall, and one time it was he who was slamming someone else. Oneshot. Please read and review!

A wreck brings the threat of death back to the forefront of the Curtis family.

Ponyboy found that he needed to write something else before he could get started on his essay that night. Something else had happened when the brothers had made peace, something important. One-shot.

As days go by and things slowly become as normal as they will ever be, Ponyboy remembers some of what was said while he was sick after that fateful night.
