("I'm sorry Mew, but this has to be done. This is our chance, and I'm not about to let it slide.") Arceus thought before bringing his focus back to the task at hand. "Uhh… what's going on here?" Mark asked. "ATTACK!!!"

Arceus ordered and almost every pokemon fired a powerful attack towards Mark. As his stress levels build up everything around him starts to slow down and all the attacks suddenly become easier to evade.

Mark then began to dodge every fire, ice and electric projectiles, even giant laser beams. However he was still grazed by the many attacks and came out with a few minor scratches and burns. As the blasts hit the back of Mew's room, it created a hole in the wall, exposing the outside.

Mark looked at the hole in the broken wall and saw an empty void of nothingness on the other side, with only a few white dots which Mark just assumed were far away stars. "Is that... outer space?" Before he could think some more he was still being attacked, but none of the pokemon seemed to want to get near him.

They all kept their distance and kept shooting Mark. He eventually got closer to the hole and could feel it sucking him up. ("Oh no. They're trying to push me into outer space! And they don't seem to wanna risk being dragged in with me.")

Mark grabbed a nearby pillar for support to prevent himself from getting sucked in. Unfortunately, the Legendaries noticed and destroyed all the nearby pillars holding up the Judgement Hall. Mark got sucked into the void and half of the Hall, including Mew's entire room, collapsed due to the lack of support and collateral damage.

The hold was blocked up by the rubble, so the pokemon inside the Hall was safe from the void. But some were concerned, so one of the pokemon being Victini asked Arceus about the situation. "Excuse me, shouldn't we go after the human? He is in your domain after all."

Arceus thought for a moment before responding. "There is no need anymore. The Multiverse Void is no place for any simple life to survive. He will eventually run out of vital necessities to survive for long." After hearing this, many pokemon felt reassured.

"Well good. It's what he deserves for what he did to Celebi." Victini replied

After that, all the pokemon then went off to do their own thing, putting off repairing the damage until Mark was confirmed dead.

Meanwhile, in the Multiverse Void

Mark was floating around in a black void filled with stars. He looked around for any way out but there was nothing. He even looked back and the entire Judgement Hall seemed to have vanished, leaving behind only a small floating white orb.

("Huh, where am I and how do I get out? Huh… oh no") Mark held his neck with both his arms and realized that he cannot breathe. He desperately looked around trying to find anything that could help, but there was nothing.

His face was slowly turning blue as he started to tear up and choke from the lack of oxygen. Stress levels are rising, and with little time left, Mark feels like he is about to pass out. ("No! This cannot be how it ends! It can't! I don't wanna… go out… like this…")

Meanwhile, back with Shiny and Mew

"Mmm… I think it's this way! Come on!" Mew called out to Shiny as she traveled towards a random direction. "Hey Mew, are you sure we're going the right way?" Shiny asked. "Well according to Arceus… wait, I don't think he told us where to go."

"So you actually don't know where you're going?" Shiny asked.

"No… I guess we should go back and ask Arceus where to go. Ohh, this is a bit embarrassing." Mew said, covering her eyes. "Hehe, well I guess you're right. Hey! Let's bring Mark along with us! I'm sure he would like to help!"

"Of course! That's a great idea Shiny! I can also use that as the excuse for coming back as well, hehe." Shiny and Mew then fly back towards a deserted area to prevent being spotted, then teleported back to the Hall.

"Hello!" Mew greeted Arceus and all the other Pokemon apon entry. This started Arceus who was surprised to see them back so soon. "Your back? Already?" He asked.

"Yep! We had the great idea to bring Mark with us! Can we bring him to help us with…" As soon as Mew turns around to check on Mark, she notices that her entire room has been completely destroyed. "What... happened?" Shiny also notices the damage as well and begins to breathe heavily.

"MARK!!!" Shiny yells as he makes his way over to the rubble and looks for him under all the debris. "SHINY STOP! Don't reopen the hole to the Multiverse Void! Are you trying to get us sucked in!?" Shiny stopped digging upon hearing Arceus's command.

"But what about Mark? Where is he?" Arceus looked down, as trying to appear upset. "He's gone Mew. He was sucked into the Void, and he did not survive. I'm sorry." Mew couldn't believe what Arceus was saying. "After everything, Mark is gone just like that!? I can't believe it, I REFUSE to believe it!" Mew said with tears in her eyes.

"I know it's hard to hear but it's true, what did you expect, he was only a mortal human." Mew just didn't say anything to that, and Shiny just curled up into a ball. "I know it's hard losing a friend but look at the bright side. Since the human is gone, he'll no longer be a threat to all pokemon."

After hearing this, Mew looked at Arceus in rage. "You did this? You killed him!?"

Arceus was about to say something, but Mew didn't let him. "You didn't care about him, all you cared about was eliminating him! *Gasp* You didn't even know or could even properly prove whether or not he was innocent! You just wanted him gone because you think your 'All Powerful' *Gasp* YOU'RE JUST LIKE MEWTWO!!!"

"Mew" Arceus said with a bit more anger in his voice. "He was a human. They're lives are insignificant to us! We all have jobs in this world! We pokemon are important, reinforcing the laws of nature and keeping this world together. The jobs of humans are just to live and die, that's it. And this child was interfering with that!"

"But Arceus-"

"No buts! Either you pull yourself together and just move on, or I'll have no choice but to replace you with another mew!" Mew was shocked by Arceus's words, as well as all other pokemon who heard everything. Mew has never felt so betrayed by her own creator before.

Every part of her body made her want to punch Arceus in the face so hard, but she knew the consequences of going against the God of all pokemon and she didn't want to be replaced with another mew. So she held back and flew away, emotionally broken.

"Mew? Are you okay?" Shiny asked meekly. Mew didn't even look at him. She just grabbed him by the paw and dragged him with her. "Come on, let's go somewhere else." Shiny agreed and they both teleported away, back to the Hidden Lands.

Once they made it, Mew immediately fell to the ground and had tears running down her eyes. She hit the ground with her tail in anger, causing the ground to break apart. "He lied to me! He betrayed me! I thought he was someone I could always trust." *Sniff*

Shiny flew over to Mew and tried to comfort her. "I'm sorry Mew, I don't know what it's like to have something like this happen but, I assume it hurts a lot." Mew got up and wiped her tears away while Shiny kept stroking her. She then takes a deep breath. "It's alright, at least I still have you."

Shiny then began to tear up as well. "B-But I miss Mark so much. I didn't think this would all happen so fast." Mew leaned over to give Shiny a comfortable hug. "I miss him too Shiny." Shiny then realised that Mew accidentally dropped a photo. "Mew, what's that?"

"Oh yeah, that's the friend photo we took back when we were in the Hidden Lands with Mark. I wanted to show this to Arceus and all the other Legendaries after this whole crisis was over but…" Mew didn't finish her sentence and just picked up the picture.

A red marker then appeared on her paw and she opened it up. "Mew… What are you doing?" Shiny was confused on what Mew was gonna do with the red marker. "I now understand why Mark drew over his loved ones on the old pictures he got."

She then proceeds to cross out Mark's eyes in the picture and a frown over his mouth. She then puts the picture and marker away and flies inside the cave to get some rest while Shiny follows her and does the same. But when the two enter the crystal cave, they hear some voices.

After checking, they met with the Lake guardians, Azelf, Uxie and Mesprit. "Hey!" Mesprit rushed up to them and gave the two a big hug while Uxie went for a more formal greeting by calmly approaching them while Azelf kept his distance far away. "Hello, so this is where you two went."

"Yes, we decided we wanted to take a break after everything that happened today. Right Shiny?" He nods in approval in response. "I see. *Sigh* Look Mew and Shiny, I just wanted to say… I'm sorry. Ever since what happened... happened, I felt like I could've done something for a better outcome."

"It's alright Uxie, I had a feeling that this outcome would've been inevitable anyways. But I gotta move on, it's not like there's anything I can do anyways." Uxie moved a bit to the left and made way for them to pass. "I guess you're right. You two need some rest. We'll let you be for the meantime."

"Thank you." Shiny and Mew flew past the trio and summoned a bubble for a place to sleep.

"Come on Mesprit, don't disturb them, they have been through enough." Mesprit looks back at the two mews before following Uxie. *Sigh* "Alright then"

Azelf stays behind and examines two. Uxie notices this and decides to talk to him. "Hey Azelf, is everything alright?"

"Huh? Oh uh yeah. I'm just confused, that's all."

"About what?" Uxie asks curiously

"Although I admire their willpower to go to great lengths to protect their human pet, I just don't understand why they would try so hard to preserve life that doesn't mean anything to us." Mesprit hears the conversation, and is disappointed with what Azelf said. "Do you not understand the concept of friendship?"

"Of course I do, it's just that I've never had a human in my life ,so close to me that I would consider them a friend." Uxie puts an arm on Azelf's shoulder. "It doesn't have to be a human specifically. Think of us as an example. We are a trio and we look out for each other all the time." Uxie then points over to the mews.

"They had their own trio, their own little group of individuals that they trust and value. That is why they are so devastated by this loss." After hearing this from Uxie, Azelf started to think about it and began to understand, feeling as if he was now able to sympathise with them.

"You're right, they need some rest after what they have been through." Uxie smiles and the lake guardian trio leaves the cave, letting Shiny and Mew sleep.
