What's there to tell? I love a good fanfiction, and on a rainy day in May of 2013, I decided to have a stab at it. I started out focusing on Drake & Josh, Warehouse 13, and Teen Titans, before coming to where I am today.

For the longest time now, I have been involved in the fandom of the show RWBY, and have been writing for it since the other half of 2013. This interest will continue for the foreseeable future as I write fanfiction projects of various natures. I see all this writing as experience-building, because I want to write some novels of my own in the very near future. I have ideas, and they need to get out there.

I live in Australia, but I do try and cater to the fact that a lot of people on FFN are American, in terms of language and time zones. I draft everything in British/Australian-English, but I now edit and post things in American-English, and my upload times are all in consideration of an American audience.

Different Shades of Life (RWBY) (Compilation)

Ever wonder what the characters of RWBY got up to off-camera? Well, in Different Shades of Life, wonder no more!

Season One - 5th September, 2013 - 28th October, 2013

1 - Rapier - Ruby gives Weiss a hand in cleaning Myrtenaster.
2 - Kiss - Yang finds out one of Ruby's secrets. Ruby inadvertently shakes the secret moments afterwards.
3 - Kiss, II - Follow on from Kiss; Ruby shares a conversation with the one who helped shake her secret.
4 - Meditate - Blake's meditation is interrupted by a feuding Weiss and Yang.
5 - Investigation - When Weiss' present to Ruby is stolen, the scythe-wielder plays detective, while Blake and Yang grow more and more nervous.
6 - Smile - After pairing up with her during initiation, Yang questions Blake about a coy facial expression.
7 - Moon - Ruby wonders at the state of the moon, with some ulterior motives at play.
8 - Letter - When Weiss gets a shocking letter, she tries to find out who wrote it.

1 - Aftermath - The aftermath of the Black and White battle against Roman Torchwick.
2 - Stare - Ruby has a staring contest with Blake.
3 - Sleep - Yang pulls an all-nighter to complete an assignment.
4 - Blackmail - Weiss stumbles upon Blake's guilty pleasure.
5 - Prank - Team RWBY and Team JNPR declare war.
6 - Prank, II - Follow on from Prank; Team RWBY and Team JNPR engage in war.
7 - Exposed - Weiss walks in on Yang.
8 - Sick - Ruby tends to her ailing teammates.
9 - White - Weiss watches her reflection in the mirror, and thinks about where she stands as a teammate and friend. Part 2 of 4.
10 - Drinks - Yang manages to procure some 'fun' beverages.

More than seven weeks ago, Blake and Ruby left us for Joint Duty abroad. So what have Yang and I been up to in that time? Sure, we still fight, but we have some fun nights. It's all kept honest, though. I should know. We've set the rules. We know that when they come back, things just go back to normal. What could go wrong? Freezerburn one-shot.
