Xander gets so much hate for The Kick his ass lie. I have read fics that have portray Xander as a jealous selfish jerk with awful motives. This is my take on what could have happened if he told Buffy the truth. This is a dark fic with out a happy ending. Reviews are welcome but I ask if you disagree with me please keep things civil.

Companion piece to "What Could have been". Following Buffy from her first day at Sunnydale in the alternate universe. Any canon events not explicitly mentioned or alluded to - didn't happen. Other relationships are mentioned, but the focus is Buffy/Tara.

Spike and Lucy are back in town and the gang's expecting the worst. But when Lucy turns out to be protective of her family and Spike seems happy to follow her lead, Buffy thinks things might not be so bad. She should've remembered this is Sunnydale. NO LONGER A ONE SHOT! I was watching the Angel season 4 episode "Awakening" and I noticed that in his fantasy (spoiler alert) when he's losing his soul he says "Buffy!" Which tells me that it wasn't Cordelia he was really doing the nasty with in his mind. Here's how I imagine his fantasy actually went and what it led to.

Buffy/Angel. AU. Buffy moves in next door to a single dad and his son. COMPLETE.

This fic explores Spuffy's marriage and their life with friends and family in New Sunnydale, which suddenly reappeared with a load of temporal weirdness afoot. Time is very wonky, so the story is a bit non-linear. One new character (Spuffy's kid), mostly canonverse but not to all of the comics stuff. Prettty fluffy.

Buffy/Angel. AU. Random little story... the pair meet up as part of a blind date photo shoot... COMPLETE.

Alternative twist to Season 2 starting from "Innocence". Willow is marked by Angelus; outraged by the Scooby Gangs destruction of the Judge he begins exacting his revenge on the fragile red-head.
