Decided I'd fix this again, since I posted the last profile over a year ago.

Who Am I?: I'm Danica. I'm a 20something sci-fi and musical theatre fan and college student. I've been following a variety of fandoms since I was a a kid.

Where Else Do I Dick Around On The Net?: I have a Twitter and a (not very updated) LJ account under the name danica_enjolras. Over on Tumblr I'm hobbitenjolras. I also have way too many LJ RP accounts, including (at last count) two Fiyeros, four Gabes, and one Feeling Electric!Natalie.

What Do I Write?: I mostly write Wicked fics based on the musical. I'm currently working through two 100 prompt tables involving Fiyero and one 10 prompt table involving the good ship Fiyeraba. It takes me a while to actually post my fics up here, so if you want to read them right away, I'd suggest checking my LJ. I've also started working on a couple Next to Normal/Feeling Electric fics, which I hope to get up in the near future. And one of these days I will actually get around to writing more Doctor Who fics. Really. (Maybe.)

Why Isn't There Any Slash Here?: While I do like a good slashfic, there are very few pairings that I think I would be able to do justice. Maybe someday I'll find a ship that really catches me and do a few fics, but right now it seems very unlikely. Anyways, at the moment I'm really into looking at family dynamics.

Why Do I Take So Long To Update?: I'm kinda busy! And like I said, I tend to post my fics on my LJ before putting them up here.

Why Is Painless One Big Fic?: Mostly because I didn't want to spam the Wicked section. Once I'm finished up with the prompt table, I'll take the ones that are their own little stories and put them up on their own.

Who Do I Ship?: For Wicked I mostly ship Fiyeraba. I may occasionally write some non-Fiyeraba fics, but that doesn't happen that often. For Doctor Who I'm a multi-shipper. I don't really have one OTP that I see as perfect and never to be split up. As for Next to Normal, I'm probably going to stick with the canon ships, but have them more in the background, since I have a tendency to write about Gabe more than anyone else.

Why Do I Only Mention Wicked, Next to Normal, and Doctor Who?: Because those are the main fandoms that I have fic up for or have fics in the works for. The Les Mis fic that I do have up here is very old, is honestly really crappy, needs some heavy editing, and will almost definitely never be finished. The only reason I still have it up is so that I can look at it and see how my writing has changed since I was in high school.

Why Do I Keep Saying Next to Normal/Feeling Electric?: One of these days I'll actually write the essay I keep meaning to write about the evolution from Feeling Electric to Next to Normal just so I can link that instead. But, since I haven't yet, I'll give the abridged version. Before Next to Normal, there was Feeling Electric, which had pretty much the same characters in the same story. But beyond that, it was a different show than what played on Broadway. The Goodman family was the Brown family, Natalie and Gabe were younger, Natalie was much more of a bitch and didn't give two shits about playing the piano or being perfect, and instead of Henry there was Tweak. And if I explain any more than that, I will spoil the storyline, so PM me if you want all the changes and I'll be more than happy to share. So I write for both fandoms, and am still trying to figure out if I'll actually post any of the Feeling Electric stuff to here or just keep it on LJ.

What Am I Working On Right Now?:

Growing Up Goodman: AKA Five Moments The Goodman Siblings Never Shared (And One They Did). Because I really need another 5 Things fic to work on.

Five Lives Gabe Goodman Never Lived (And One He [Kind Of] Did): My first attempt at a five things fic. The title is pretty self explanatory.

Chicken and Stars: Gabe's home sick and Diana's worried. Small slice of life fic I'm working on for Schmoop Bingo.

Currently Untitled Feeling Electric Fic: Inspired by the mention someone made of Gabe/Nat. Natalie finds out who Tweak is and appropriately freaks out.

Five Ways Gabe Goodman Never Died (And One He Did): A kind of sisterfic to Five Lives. Mostly angst due to the subject matter.

Fanfic100/AU100/Themed Madness Ficlets: What basically adds up to 210 fics about Fiyero. Haven't worked on any of these in a while, but I do have every intention on getting back to it at some point.

Currently Untitled Challenge Fic: I was given the challenge to write a fic where it turns out Dan and Natalie can both see Gabe and they all live (or, in Gabe's case, unlive) happily ever after. I'm still debating whether this is going to be a Next to Normal or a Feeling Electric fic, but still.

What Am I Contemplating Attempting To Work On?:

I may or may not have a few crossovers in the works in the near future. At least two of these crossovers will show up in my a couple of the Five Things collections, but I'm not sure if I'll take them past that.
