"The 15-mile hike to the outskirts of Gulmira can only be described as a descent into hell, into a modern-day Heart of Darkness." The reporter on the news channel said "Simple farmers and herders from peaceful villages have been driven from their homes, displaced from their lands by warlords emboldened by a new-found power." The news showed People of the village who managed to escape from there. They were being taken to a shelter by U.S. marines.

In the lab Hiccup sat on the couch in front of the TV. He was wearing his armour's Left gauntlet and was fiddling with it with a screw driver. There was nothing but anger and hatred for those terrorists in Hiccup's mind as he watched the news. "Villagers have been forced to take shelter in whatever crude dwellings they can find in the ruins of other villages, or here in the remnants of an old Soviet smelting plant." The reporter reported as Hiccup curled and released his fingers to get used to the felling of the gauntlet.

"Recent violence has been attributed to a group of foreign fighters referred to by locals as the Outcasts. As you can see, these men are heavily armed and on a mission. A mission that could prove fatal to anyone who stands in their way." Hiccup got up from his couch and walked towards the main area of the lab.

"With no political will or international pressure, there's very little hope for these refugees. Around me, a woman begging for news on her husband, who was kidnapped by insurgents, either forced to join their militia." Hiccup stopped and looked at his right.

He was looking at the bullet-proof glass door which kept the intruders out of his lab. He looked in the eyes of his reflection on it. Anger boiled through his veins. And then he shot a repulser blast at the table in the main area. The table shattered into pieces.

"Desperate refugees clutch yellowed photographs, holding them up to anyone who will stop. A child's simple question, 'Where are my mother and father?'" Hiccup grew more and more angry as he listened to the news reporter.

He then shot at the bullet-proof glass door, shattering it into pieces. He felt everything he ever did is just a failure. He felt useless. Jason gave him a second chance and he failed him. "There's very little hope for these refugees, refugees who can only wonder who, if anyone, will help." Hiccup looked at the TV for one last time and then walked into the main area of the lab.

(Few minutes later)

Hiccup had changed into a full body suit and had put back the gauntlet with rest of the armour. He then got on the platform he used to suit up previous time. The floor around the platform transformed as robotic arms popped out of there and from the ceiling. Those arms were holding pieces of his armour. The robotic arms joined the armour around Hiccup's body.

As the Arc reactor powered up the suit and Toothless uploaded himself in the suit Hiccup blasted into the sky and traveled towards Gulmira in super sonic speed.

(Few hours later, in Gulmira)

The Outcasts were causing havoc in the village. They were capturing the women, children and men. The men who protested were shot dead. A father who tried to stop the Outcasts from taking away his son was dragged to the middle of the village by the Outcasts.

There he was forced to kneel. There were other people who were forced to watch all this along with that guy's son. Savage himself was present there and was monitoring everything. He ordered his men to kill that guy and stood aside to enjoy it.

A armed soldier stood in front of the father and aimed at him with his AK-47. The boy yelled and begged them to let his father go as the man sat there, to afraid to even move. The soldier was about to shoot the father but suddenly everyone present there heard a loud screech.

Something crashed from the sky with extreme speed. As that thing dropped on the ground, the impact made a huge gust of air and dust. When the dust cleared they saw a metal made humanoid object. It resembled a dragon. It was crouching on the ground leaning forward with both of his hands on the ground supporting the weight of his upper body. It looked like a predator ready to lung at it's prey. It then looked up and slowly stood up on it's feet. It had glowing green eyes and had a hole in it's chest which was glowing in purple colour.

Hiccup's P.O.V

I looked at those Outcasts. There weren't many soldiers, a dozen maybe and there was also Savage himself. Some of them were shocked and others were afraid after seeing me. The soldier who was about to execute a local resident came forward and started shooting at me. The bullets just bounced of my armour. I walked towards him as he kept shooting. When I was close enough I threw an upper cut at him with my left arm and he went flying.

Some others also started shooting at me. I turned around and shot a repulser blast at one soldier. Then turned towards another one and shot him with both of my repulsers. I then heard a cry and turned towards the direction it came from and saw the remaining soldiers had there guns pointed at the residents. The soldiers were yelling at me in some other language, but I could still understand that he was telling me surrender.

I lowered my arms and deactivated the repulsers. The soldiers also seemed to relax a bit as they thought they are out of danger. "Fools." I thought with a smirk. I used the neural signature reader tech installed in my helm to activate the targeting system and locked onto those soldiers. The neural signature reader tech is a prototype version of what could have been a neural link. It was a project which I started when I was still an employee in Haddock industries. It could connect a human's mind with a computerized machine, so that the person could do work by just giving commands by his mind. Alas that project was soon canceled by my dad. But I think that's a good thing. I wouldn't have wanted this to fall into wrong hands.

As the target locking was done I activated my shoulder mounted target tracking mini missile launchers. The plates between my shoulder and neck shifted as a compartment popped out of there on both of my shoulder. Each compartment had ten mini missiles loaded in them. These mini missiles are as big as a bullet in size and also as harmful and fast as bullets. But the difference is that these missiles can attack specific targets when the target is locked on.

The mini missiles shot out from the launcher and hit all of those remaining soldiers in their head. They all dropped dead. A small boy ran towards that resident who was going to be executed and hugged him. I just walked past them and looked for Savage. I saw a man's foot peaking out of door of a brick house.

I walked towards that house. I stopped right in front of the door and then punched the wall. My arm went straight through the wall and I then grabbed Savage and tugged. The wall broke as I pulled him out and threw him on the ground. The village residents nearly surrounded him. I could say they are angry by looking at their face.

"He is all yours." I told them and flew away from there. I had located the mangler missiles and now it's time to destroy them. As I was flying towards the mangler missiles something hit me and I dropped off from sky. But thanks to the armour I am not that hurt. I got back on my feet and saw a tank in distance. It must have shot me down from the sky. It shoots at me again but I move aside to dodge the projectile.

I then aimed for that tank, but except for using the repulser I activated the missile launcher installed in my gauntlet. A compartment on the arm opened and reviled a small missile. This missile might be small but it's effective. I shot the missile at the tank and then walked away. Behind me I heard a big explosion. I smiled with satisfaction at that.

I then flew towards the missiles again and this time I used my repulsers to destroy those missiles. The missiles exploded and I flew away from there. "The U.S. Marines can handle the rest." I thought as I headed back for my house.
