A/N: Sorry it has been so long since I last wrote this one. I don't own any of the characters except my own.

Hank was released from the hospital and Justin had taken the day off to bring him home. Olivia was staying in bed as much as she could but Munch was still in town, so he was visiting with her when Justin came in with Hank. Lexie and Captain were with her, while the boys were at school.

"Hey."

"Hey, yourself. I missed you."

"I missed you too."

Hank went over to the bed and kissed Olivia.

"Dada!"

"There's Daddy's little peanut."

Hank bent down and gave Lexie a kiss. He then got comfortable on the bed next to Olivia.

"I am so glad you're home."

"I am too. How are you doin'?"

"Better. How are you?"

"I'm better too. More so now that I'm home with you."

"You're so sweet."

"I try."

"I love you."

"I love you too."

Olivia kissed him again.

"So, Dad, have you heard anything more from Commander Crowley or Lieutenant Bradley?"

"Yeah. Lieutenant Bradley had a talk with Lieutenant Davis from the NYPD and received an electronic copy of their files about him. He said there is no reason to investigate me for any of what he claimed I did because as far as they can tell and from what others have said, he initiated it and provoked me. He told me that Stabler's Internal Affairs file was thicker than mine."

Olivia couldn't help but laugh and so did Munch.

"That's Ed."

"Sure is. I just think it was hypocritical of Stabler to file charges against you for doing something he himself would have done and has done."

"I'm trying to be better with my temper but if someone presses my buttons, I'm gonna get mad. I don't like when someone says I'm an abusive husband."

"That's as bad as Yates saying that you were forcing yourself on Nadia. You're not like that."

"You were gentle with Mom. Just because you have a temper, doesn't mean you're abusive. If you had been with me, I clearly would have deserved it. I've made some dumb choices in my life and I regret them."

"I know and you've really grown up in the last several years."

"Thanks."

"I just don't get why he thought I was going to up and leave my family for him. I won't deny that I loved him but in a platonic way. I never had any romantic feelings for him and IF I did, I never would have expected him to leave Kathy and the kids for me. I was never that desperate. I have a platonic love for everyone I've worked with or currently work with because there is nothing I wouldn't do for any of them. I feel the same way about the Intelligence Unit. As Munch knows, it took me a little longer with Nick and Amanda because they weren't Elliot. Nick reminded me a lot of Elliot but I didn't always have to get involved in his family drama the way I did with Elliot."

"We all had to hear about Elliot's family drama. We've all had our family drama at times. Me and my many ex-wives."

"And me with my mother. There's Amanda's family, who's full of drama. Elliot was always bitching about something though."

"Oh, yeah."

The doorbell rang, so Justin went to answer it. It was the Barbas.

"Hi Justin."

"Hey. Come on in."

"Thanks."

Everyone came in and took their coats off. Justin then took them upstairs.

"Look who's here."

"Hey, Rafa!"

"Hey, Liv!"

"What brings you here?"

"Ed told us everything that has been going on with you lately and Kevin had off from school today, so we decided to come see you. So, how are you both?"

"I've actually been staying in bed and resting. I'm going to try to go back to work on Monday. Lisa and Kyle have been doing fine without me. They meet with me every day to keep me up on what's going on, which I appreciate."

"I'm better now that I'm home with my family."

"Liv, how are you with the other thing?"

"Honestly, I'm ok. He didn't care whose toes he stepped on and didn't care that I'm married with my own family. He got what he had coming to him. That's what happens when you run your mouth to someone who knows the husband of the woman you're obsessed with. Elliot tried filing charges against Hank but Internal Affairs cleared him."

"He said that he wanted to get you away from your abusive, asshole cop husband?"

"Yep. He wanted to start a new life with me and his youngest daughter. He didn't care about what I wanted or even the rest of his kids. Hank would never hurt me or our kids. Elliot could dish it out but he couldn't take it. He would have done the exact same thing Hank did if someone he cared about had a gun to their head. Ever since that incident in Hawaii, I have been hesitant about allowing Elliot back into my life. He was fine for a while but then he starts to act like an ass again. He absolutely hated the fact that his son married a Tucker. Like Dickie said, it's his choice who he falls in love with. Not his father's."

"Exactly. I met him that time he came to SVU and got into it with Fin. I was not impressed."

"He couldn't accept that I have an actual relationship with Ed now. Like with Dickie, who I have in my life is my choice. Not his. Dickie said Ed has been more supportive of him lately than Elliot ever was. He brought up the hockey game."

"Definitely."

"What are you going to do when they move?"

"It's going to be hard but that'll give me an excuse to come here more often."

"Is your Mom still in Florida?"

"She is."

"Who's helping you out with her gone?"

"If Ed and Maggie are there, they will but Lucy has actually been helping out too. Carisi's sisters and mother have been helping out with Jesse and Billie, so we called Lucy to see if she'd help out. They were fine with it, since they don't have her around as much. Michelle's parents are thinking about moving back to New York and if they do, they said they'd help out with her."

"I'm looking forward to having them closer if that's what they choose to do."

"Me too."

"I want to take to trip to New York to meet Billie but not in this condition. Amanda and I Skype all the time but it's not the same."

"Have you heard from Amaro lately?"

"He called me last night. He said he's thinking about coming for a visit and may be bringing Zara and Gil with him. That isn't definite yet. We talked for a couple hours. I also talked to Dodds the other night as well. Does the rest of the family know you're here?"

"Not yet. We wanted to meet the new baby, so that is another reason we're here."

"She's adorable."

"We've seen pictures. Maggie took plenty of them. We weren't sure we should just show up like this though."

"Everyone usually does. I wish we were still in Paris. This has been such a bad week."

"We're missing it already too."

"It's hard to believe that we've been married for a year already."

"I never would have guessed in a million years Rafael Barba would ever want to be a husband or a dad. He was so awkward with Noah when I first got him."

"Honestly, I didn't think that was what I wanted until I met Michelle and Kevin."

"He's a great dad."

"That's great to hear. How was Lucie on the flight?"

"She was good. How are the new babies?"

"They're doing great. It's nap time right now."

"I can't wait to meet them in person. Lexie has gotten so big."

"She's a lot of trouble."

Olivia told them what Lexie did before they came back from Paris.

"Oh, no! Did the wall come clean?"

"We finally got it clean. She definitely has her daddy's temper though."

Hank glared at Olivia and so did Lexie. Olivia rolled her eyes and everyone else laughed. Lexie moved and wrapped her arms around Hank. She put her thumb in her mouth and he rubbed her back with his good arm. It didn't take long before she was asleep.

"She missed her daddy. That's for sure."

"Where's Alyssa?"

"She's off today. Mouse has the flu or something, so she didn't want to risk getting the rest of us sick. She said she wasn't feeling right anyway. Pauline was taking Emily to school, so she took the boys as well. She also said she would bring them home."

"Ok. Good."

"Dad, if you think I need to go in, I'll go in."

"Antonio said they were ok when I talked to him before you got there. Atwater had everything under control. Are the girls coming over tonight?"

"No. Casey wants to talk about that case she has to go to court for next week, so Lisa and Kyle are probably be coming to talk about that. Alex will probably tag along and Antonio probably will too because it was the combined one with Intelligence."

"Oh, that's right."

"Who got to prosecute Stabler?"

"At the arraignment, which is as far as it got, neither Alex nor Casey could do, since they both know him. The Judge ordered him to be held until the trial. The guy that killed him was a former CI of Hank's but Hank knew nothing about what had happened until we got back from Paris and Jay told him what happened. Hank had gotten the charges against him dropped on something else, so he felt he owed Hank for that. He was already locked up for something else and confessed to killing Elliot, so he has already been sentenced."

"It's not like I would have had him do it but I'm glad someone did something. I don't like when people mess with me or my family or try to discredit me. It was bad enough when Yates did it but I would NEVER hurt a woman the way either of them were accusing me of. If I was that way, Olivia wouldn't be with me."

"I wouldn't but I also know you'd never hurt me. Elliot didn't think that him leaving SVU without a goodbye wasn't going to hurt me? It did."

"We were all shocked when it happened."

"Exactly. Ever since he came back into my life over a year ago, everything had become all about him. His obsession with me had become more important to him than my happiness. All he wanted to do was wreck my marriage. I take my marriage vows seriously but don't think Elliot ever did. I'm just glad that Kathy and the kids don't blame us for what happened. If Elliot wanted to maintain our friendship after he left SVU, then I would have heard from him after what happened with Lewis but I never did. Dickie said he wanted to reach out to me sooner but he wasn't sure if I was upset with the rest of them because of Elliot not keeping in contact with me. Jenna said she was kind of disappointed when she found out that I was no longer with the NYPD."

"She was. We will hate to see her go but I completely understand that he wants to be closer to his sister."

"She already talked to you?"

"She did. She wanted to warn me before it actually happened."

"That's good."

"Yeah, it is."

Everyone talked and then the boys came home. They decided to do Portillo's for lunch and then the Barbas went to see Sarah and the new baby but met Nadia and Millie before they left. After they left, Hank and Olivia took a nap, while the kids watched a movie with Erin, Justin and Olive. Lisa, Trevor, Alex, Kyle, Casey and Antonio came over for dinner and then they talked about the case. Lisa and Trevor's kids were spending the night with Lisa's parents.

The rest of the weekend ended up going pretty fast. While Kevin was hanging out at Greg and Sarah's, Rafael and Michelle spent more time with Hank and Olivia. Everyone from New York was headed back on Sunday night and then it was back to work for pretty much everyone except for Erin, Olive and Hank.
