21. Crossover 20 - DC 4

The locker prank left Taylor's face disfigured and mentally scarred. Rather than be horrified though, Taylor begins laughing at her condition which made her Trigger with the power and mindset of Joker. Brockton Bay will never be the same with the Clown Princess of Crime running around.
