During a fight with the Avengers, Doctor Doom is sucked up by a portal that sends him into the Wormverse. Seeing how Brockton Bay is in shambles, Doom decides to reshape the city into his own image and create a utopia. Too bad the PRT and heroes disagree with his methods, but Doom could care less.
