Author's Note: I am so so so sorry for the really long wait on this story. I promise I will try not to wait that long to update this again. Anyway I've been debating on whether I should spread out Lola's past and her two birth stories like throughout the story or if I should just do it all in a row. Please let me know what you would prefer and I hope you enjoy this chapter.
"Okay so after that…" Lola began as another flashback immediately filled her brain again as she remembered more about that same day.
Flashback
As soon as Lola left the bathroom she accidentally knocked straight into the same kid from earlier making the younger girl look up as she noticed the tear stains on Lola's face.
"Oh my gosh! I am so sorry, are you okay? What happened?" The younger girl quickly rambled out wanting to help but Lola just gave the kid a fake smile as she got back up.
"Nah you're good and I'm fine. But if you'll excuse me I should really get home," Lola quickly told the young girl not wanting to talk about what happened, especially with a kid.
Jenny just nodded as she was about to let Lola leave when she noticed the blood coming from Lola's pants as she grew concerned.
"Are you sure you're okay? You're bleeding like a lot," Jenny rambled out making Lola look down as she silently started cursing that she hadn't noticed the blood.
"Oh um yeah it's just my period you know how it is right," Lola lied out to the younger girl who was about to say something else when Lola just quickly took off after that not wanting to risk exposing herself while still in serious pain.

"Wait a minute! I just realized that's why you were bleeding! Oh my gosh Lola I feel even worse now!" Jenny cried out as she realized she had basically failed her friend twice and was feeling like the absolute worst friend right now.
"Aw Jen come on, it's okay. You were like 11. It's not your fault. Besides, it did look like a period. And I was fine. My sister was literally studying to be a doctor anyway so if anything got really bad she would have helped. Now speaking of that. Once I got home…" Lola told Jenny as she began to tell her story again and another flashback filled her brain.
Flashback starts
Lola just groaned as she entered the house and didn't even look at her parents as she just quickly entered her room hoping that her sister would be out as she loved her sister but she also didn't feel like answering a bunch of questions and knowing Evie that would be the case.
Lola's twin sister was literally a genius and had already graduated from not just high school but college too at the age of 14 and was just waiting to find out if she got into medical school or not.
Of course today just wasn't Lola's day as Evie was in fact home and not just that she had out her text book along with her medical supplies again making Lola groan as she hated when Evie did this.
Evie was so desperate to be a doctor that she would learn new techniques and then beg Lola to play as her fake patient. Normally Lola would have no problem playing fake patient for her sister, but today she just didn't feel like doing anything let alone playing pretend doctor with her crazy sister.
"Oh hey Lola! Ooh do you want to be my fake patient again!" Evie practically screamed out excitedly before getting a look at Lola as her eyes widened when she saw the blood as she immediately ran over to Lola in panic. "Oh my gosh! Lola, are you okay! What happened!" Evie rambled out in panic making Lola start panicking as she realized Evie could be getting close to figuring out her secret and she didn't want that.
Lola just took a deep breath to stop herself from breaking down and telling everything to Evie as she just gave Evie a smile.
"Oh right the blood. Evie calm down it's just my period," Lola lied to her sister who just nodded as Lola went and quickly took a shower wanting to get rid of everything and just be as clean as she possibly could.
Lola just kept scrubbing until she finally felt like she got everything off as she then changed and left the bathroom. All she wanted to do was cry and sleep but Evie was still here and she didn't want to make Evie worry.
Evie was busy with her own stuff she didn't need to be worrying about her screw up sister. Once Lola came out Evie just looked at her in concern as she could tell something was off with her sister but she decided to brush it off.
It was always worst to get involved when Lola was in one of her moods. Evie had learned that the hard way when she tried to get involved in something when Lola was in her mood and it ended with Evie getting a new bruise.
"So now that you're done do you want to be my fake patient?" Evie asked her sister again, making Lola roll her eyes as she didn't feel like playing pretend with her sister.
"No Evie I honestly don't feel that good right now and just want to sleep," Lola told her sister who looked at her in concern again as Lola always stayed up late even when she was tired or sick.
"Okay something is wrong! You never sleep early. Lola what's going on?" Evie asked Lola who just rolled her eyes as she threw a pillow at Evie.
"Nothing is wrong like I said I'm tired," Lola quickly told her sister just wanting to try and forget today but Evie still wasn't having it.
"Okay but Lola you never sleep this early. Are you sure you don't want to help me. Right now I'm learning about sexual assault," Evie began but at the mention of sexual assault Lola couldn't hold back anymore as she just started yelling at her twin making Evie start crying as she didn't understand what was going on.
Flashback over
"And the very next day I woke up and she was gone. I ended up making my sister leave. I had wanted to apologize but she left in the middle of the night. I still feel horrible about that. I mean she was just excited to be so close to her dream. And I chased her away," Lola sadley told told the others as she started thinking about her sister again.
She hadn't really thought much about her sister after Evie had left. Lola blamed it on Evie as Evie had just left her but the truth was it was technically her fault. She had yelled at her and said horrible things to her. Things that Lola wishes she never would have said.
"You didn't mean to do that though it wasn't your fault. I'm sure she forgives you," Riley told Lola trying to cheer her up but Lola just shook her head as she didn't feel like talking about Evie anymore.
She was really starting to miss her sister the more she was thinking about her especially considering she should have listened to her about Chase. Evie had warned her that she should stay away yet she hadn't listened to that either.
Don't get Lola wrong she loves her babies and wouldn't trade them for the world but at the same time she could have avoided all her traumas if she had listened to her sister.
Flashback Starts
"No! Absolutely not!" 14 year old Evie screamed out as she looked at her sister like she was insane. "Why not!" Lola asked her sister in frustration as Evie was refusing to listen to her.
"Because he's bad news! I don't trust him. Stay away from him Lola," Evie told her twin with her serious and stern voice letting Lola know that she wasn't kidding around.
"He's not that bad!" Lola exclaimed in frustration as her sister just didn't understand. "He is! He almost went to juvy! Stay away from him Lola! And I am absolutely not covering for you to date him. He's violent," Evie told her sister as she didn't get why Lola couldn't just see how bad Chase was. She was trying to protect her sister.
"Ugh you're not the boss of me! If I want to date him I can!" Lola cried out making Evie get upset as she was trying to be a good sister but Lola was making it hard.
"Fine, date him! But when he does something stupid and you get hurt that's on you because I warned you!" Evie screamed out, making Lola roll her eyes as she grabbed her phone and called her boyfriend.
Flashback ends
Lola was brought out of her thoughts when she felt a hand on her shoulder making Lola look up and smile a little seeing it was Jenny. "Lola are you okay," Jenny asked after she had watched her friend zone out.
"Oh um yeah I'm fine. So should I continue or do we want to take a break," Lola asked the others once she had snapped back out of her trance.
