Hey there! Thanks for checking out my profile page! Call me Ktyou for short!

I'm a guy with a passion for bringing words to life in imagination. I'm doing this for no other reason than because I receive tons of enjoyment from putting words to paper and screen. There is also much satisfaction to be had from reading the works of others. For all that I've accomplished in my time on this site, there are writers with much more refined skills and years of experience over me, not to mention talent. Nevertheless, I continue to strive forward to be better than I was yesterday.

With imagination being the only limit, I readily and happily write on this site in order to grow my skills in the hopes to one day publish a book of my own. Whether it will be ficitonal or not, I can't say at this time, but that is one of my goals in life, one among many others.

But for as much joy as there is in writing, there is just as much risk in being criticized. I have come to realize that despite my work, not everyone will like or agree with what I do and that's okay. Everyone will have their own opinions and thoughts regarding all aspects of a story. It your right as a reader to criticize however you see fit.

The most important thing to do when faced with criticism is to objectively look at what's been done and consider if there is a better way or if pushing forward with the chosen method is right. If the criticism is legitimate, take a moment to consider if. If it's insulting and demeaning, simply ignore it, or if you're in a really bad mood, make a witty comeback.

And when I'm not reading or writing on this site, I'm an active duty U.S. Army Soldier. More specifically, I'm a 12B Combat Engineer. It's my honor and my duty to serve and protect the people and defend the constitution. Regardless of whether or not I leave after one contract or serve for 20 years, I don't regret my choice to serve.

FRIENDS ARE GREAT TO HAVE (Naruto)

Naruto Uzumaki is an orphan who wants to become Hokage. The only problem is that one cannot be Hokage without first being the premiere shinobi in all of Konoha. However, the young boy's spirit and perserverence are interesting enough for the shinobi of the village to begin considering his overall potential.
