Good Morning, Good Afternoon, Good Evening and Good Night wherever and whenever you are reading this from. It is a pleasure to have you here.

This story is set to cover all the seven years so expect it to be at least as long as the original Harry Potter books which is to say about a million words long. I won't mention too much about exactly what happens 'cause that would spoil the plot. Fair Warning though, this is going to have a pretty light and fluffy tone.

Also I have moved everything forward to the 21st Century so 1991 in canon is equivalent to 2019 in this story. I did this because it would make it easier for me to talk about the technology and reference pop culture for jokes and whatnot. I hope you don't mind. And I thank WindbornesWord for questioning my change of the timeline so that I remember to put this in.

Harry/Hermione is the main pairing though with the new main characters there will be quite a few more. Once the pairings begin the genre will switch to Adventure/ Romance.

Also this story will move fairly slowly compared to most fics. It will go into detail here and there where JKR skipped over without any details.

This is told from the perspective of my OC's and they don't become friends with Harry immediately. So when Harry appears in the story it will be around Chapter 24,25 ish. Not entirely certain but around there. So bear with me.

And that's enough rambling by me. Let's get to it. Hope y'all stick around for the full story. I know the beginning may seem a bit weird as it was pointed out in the reviews because I'm diving into the new characters straightaway doing totally new things. But it will get into familiar territory soon enough. If you want to get straight to the more familiar areas starting at Hogwarts start from Chapter 7.

This chapter basically sets up the rest of the story. It's the timeline edit being done. Think of it like this: Most fanfics say suddenly X happened and because of that the fanfic happened. Here I show the readers where the timeline was changed and how this story happened. If you'd like to skip straight to the story start reading from Chapter 2. It won't change anything. Enjoy!

Chapter 1: A ripple in time

2320, 25th November 2001, Flight Deck, Timeship Tachyon, 100,000ft above Heathrow Airport, London, England, Earth, Dimension 36

"Is everyone in position?" asked The Darkness. He was at the controls of the massive Timeship which was more than 700km long and 250km wide with a wingspan that stretched for a humongous 400km. Its 7 massive Antimatter-Matter Nuclear Fusion Augmented Energy Wave Engines purred along rather silently for engines of their size.

He looked at the security camera feed of the airport on one of the many screens before him. He didn't see any of his agents. That was good. They'd picked good spots. The trackers on his agents showed their location on another screen with a huge map of the entire planet currently zoomed in on London Heathrow Airport. He was the leader of a group known as The Alpha Pack. Their current job involved dealing with timeline alterations and making changes to existing timelines that showed signs of heading towards disaster. Recently they'd started to work on the Earth 36 timeline having seen some less than desirable events to occur in the future.

"Lightning Storm in position," replied Lightning Storm.

"Captain Fusion in position," replied Captain Fusion.

"Hurricane Omega in position," replied Hurricane Omega.

"Princess in position," replied Princess. As the four agents reported in one by one he looked at the camera feed again. Nothing yet. He pressed transmit on his earpiece to reply.

"Okay, as soon as I give the go ahead after acquiring targets, get in and get out. Time window for each part of the mission is about 10ms. We CAN….NOT mess this up. You guys know the drill, without a properly executed change to the timeline this Earth will not survive. Overpopulation and global warming to say nothing of the Xandarian invasion of 2144 is going to finish it off and I'm sure you haven't forgotten what we saw in the 2500's. We can't allow that to happen. This is our chance to try and fix this world so it doesn't become the mess that we saw it as," said The Darkness keeping one eye on the camera feed. Then he suddenly saw what he was looking for. He relayed the order.

"Lightning Storm, target 1, Remus Lupin, spotted. You are clear to engage." Faster than any human eye could see and a human brain could process, a blur with white lightning flashing ran inside, circled Remus, then ran back out. Remus felt a tiny prick in his arm but he didn't really notice. The whole thing took only 8ms. A human brain must see an image for at least 13ms to be able to recognize it. No one in the airport saw a thing.

"Captain Fusion, target 2, Sirius Black, spotted. You are clear to engage" The Darkness relayed the second order. This time red lightning flashed and soon they had two samples.

"Hurricane Omega, target 3, Lily Potter, spotted. You are clear to engage" radioed The Darkness as he initiated the third part of the mission. This time a green flash of lightning occurred.

"Princess, target 4, James Potter, spotted. You are clear to engage" radioed The Darkness to the last agent waiting for orders. A flash of pink lightning later and they had all they needed.

Just to confirm The Darkness asked," Do you all have the samples required for the procedures?" He got positive responses from all four.

"Get back to the ship. Time for the next stage of the mission," he said. Then he turned towards the screens in front of him. He analyzed the clock that showed the mission time, the threat scanner that was currently empty and the message box to see if anyone had requested help. There was nothing. He turned to the largest screen at the center.

"Hydra, log out of the Heathrow Airport surveillance system and prep the ship for time jump to October 15th 2002."

"Affirmative Captain Hardy," replied the ships Authentic Intelligence system a highly advanced form of Artificial Intelligence that as the latest generation of Artificial Intelligence was actually recognized as a proper sentient being and not a really advanced computer. The agents returned from the field and stood outside the location where they had left the ship. They of course couldn't see it through the camouflage shielding with interwoven disillusionment charms. No one with the exception of the ship's Captain could.

"Darkness, we have arrived. Turn of the Invisibility shield so we can get in," said Princess. Captain Hardy whose call sign, code name and superhero identity was The Darkness smirked. He took his time to get to the ships weapon control area just behind his seat. He turned it off and the four walked into the control room.

"Good job guys. That was perfectly done. That's the kind of surgical timeline editing is what I need to see happening. Right, all of you take a seat. We have to time jump soon and we need everyone to be on the fight deck. The next stage of the mission is about to start," said Captain Hardy then turned to one of the screens and pressed the intercom button.

"All agents report to the flight deck. We're time jumping in 30 seconds" Then entire team which was called The Alpha Pack consisting of 17 of the most powerful superheroes to ever exist. At the moment most of them ran in and jumped into the seats like a bunch of 6 year olds about to leave on a field trip.

"Let's roll Hydra," said Captain Hardy and the ships 7 engines pumped out more power as Captain Hardy turned on the power. Sitting next to him checking the ships many instruments was his sister First Officer Jennifer Hardy aka Princess. On his other side Temporal Navigator Jason Hardy his brother aka Hurricane Omega was double checking the date of the time jump. Behind them Engine Officer Dracula Cullen aka The Reaper was busy making sure nothing was malfunctioning. The ship shot forward. The temporal delineator nestled between two long outstretched points that looked like a tuning fork that formed the bow hummed with blue energy and in a flash of green light the ship punched straight through the dimensional barrier entering 4th dimensional space also called as the temporal zone. They traveled a bit before in another flash of green light they appeared in London 2002 October 15th. Captain Hardy turned the ship in the direction of Asia and the massive ship glided smoothly towards its destination. They finally arrived a few minutes later hovering over Sri Lanka as the ship slowed down to normal speed having traveled faster than Mach 500 to get there.

"Okay, for this stage Kai, Asheel and Vankous stay behind along with Jennifer and Chudnofsky," ordered Captain Hardy. The other 13 left. Captain Hardy then turned to the rest of them.

"Okay guys this will take some careful work," he began," Chudnofsky, you're staying on the ship and giving the orders. Asheel, you teleport the blood sample and Vankous, you have to help connect the child to the magic of the country and charge up the magical core. Kai, you have to open a portal to allow the dimensional energies to flow in. Jennifer and I will use the blood to create magical cores for each child and awaken their latent magical power. Kai open a breach and get there. Jennifer and I will step through 27."

Asheel grabbed Vankous by the arm then disappeared with no sound. Kai opened a swirling vortex of red energy and stepped through. Jennifer and Harry opened identical doors of swirling blue energy and stepped through. They all appeared in a bedroom where a baby just a few hours old lay asleep next to his mother. Kai opened a portal. Vankous chanted in Sinhala, the native tongue of the Sri Lankans and a very powerful and ancient language of magic. Jennifer and Harry chanted softy in Ancient Hydranese, their native tongue, which was the most powerful of all languages of magic. Slowly a small glow emanated from the child. Using the blood of Remus Lupin the child's latent magic was awoken along with other dormant powers. Vankous' spell allowed the newly created magical core to suck up energy from the ambient magic of Sri Lanka.

Chudnofsky radioed," Area clear Darkness. Dr. Cerebro (Vankous) the magic in the area is getting sucked up quite fast. Try to slow the speed a little. Giganto (Kai) the dimensional energy flow rate is perfect. Keep it up." 10 minutes later the process was complete and the child was now the first wizard born in Sri Lanka after the extinction of the magical population in 1943. They got back to the ship.

"Perfect everyone," said Captain Hardy," next place is on 27th January 2003. Another time jump and then the same procedure repeated saw the number of magical beings increasing to three. Another had been born naturally on October 24th 2002. After this they traveled to 12th April 2003 and repeated the process on two others. At this point their part was done. With an acknowledging flash of lightning the magic of Sri Lanka had accepted the four new wizards.

When they got back they saw that an anachronism (things displaced through time) had popped up in Nottinghamshire, England, 1st December 1182, Earth, Dimension 42.

"Okay," started Captain Hardy," we created the necessary ripple in this vast sea of time. Hopefully the eventual tsunami of change will end up changing history for the better and not worse. These four children have the most latent power and the fifth child whose magic will be detected by the Hogwarts Book of Admittance now that the magical signatures are large enough should be able to help reform the world enough that human beings don't have to experience the reduction of their population to 400,000 by global warming and overpopulation, drastic actions by governments in the year 2116 and the invasion of 2144. Hopefully humanity will not be left an enslaved species as it was in 2546 and then go extinct in 2616. We'll check the direction of the timeline every now and then and of course make sure nothing goes wrong at the key moments. Right now let's go deal with this problem. (He pointed at the message on the threat scanner). Who's up for dancing with some knights?"

With that they massive ship jumped dimensions the interdimensional extrapolators on the side of the bow emitting a flash of blue light as the whole ship appeared in Earth 42 then in a flash of bright green light from the temporal delineator appeared in 1182 and proceeded to Britain.

Meanwhile in Sri Lanka 2003 the sky flashed with green lightning and roared with thunder as midnight fell signifying the start of the timeline change. The changes were starting to affect the timeline. Only time would tell if this story had a happy ending…
