Summary: What if Harry was expelled from Hogwarts on 5th year? Harry being expelled, Vernon's job offered him a new position in his job, in America. Vernon's expecting the job offer in a town called Ravenswood, he moves his family and nephew to America to Ravenswood, GA.

Chapter 1 'new town'

Harry was sitting in the back of the car with his cousin, his Uncle was driving a rented car. His aunt was in the front with him looking out the window watching the scenery of the road line with woods.

Harry rests his head on the window with a sigh, a week ago his trial went not like he wanted to go. He was shocked. Even Dumbledore was shocked. He was expelled from Hogwarts and to make it worse his uncle was offered a job he could not refuse. It was in America, his uncle accepted and moved them to America, harry had to follow. He wasn't happy, this whole thing with the Ministry of Magic was just outrageous. He had to say goodbye to Ron and Hermione at the airport before he left. Sirius wasn't even able to come. Harry was lucky the Ministry let him keep his wand.

Coming into a clearing, Petunia smiled "look Vernon the ocean" this made Vernon, Dudley, and Harry look to the right to see the Ocean and the town off in the distance. Harry was staring at it 'that must be Ravenswood..' Vernon looks at the GPS "Mhmm we are a Mile from the house" Petunia nodded "I hope our stuff is there at the new house, I was surprised that the house came furnished" Vernon nodded "It's a nice house sweetie, we will all like it" he glanced at the upper mirror and frowned at Harry who just sat there not caring for any glares.

Some time goes by and they had driven through Ravenswood which was a nice port town.

Driving up to a stunning single-story custom home is situated on a quiet street on a beautifully landscaped 8,659 SF lot. Driving up the driveway, there was someone standing there in a nice suit. It was a woman, she smiled and waved at them. Vernon chuckles "It must be the retailer, let's all get out and greet her"

Everyone got out of the car, the woman smiled "Mr. and Mrs. Dursley welcome! I'm Mila Greenery, the company has offered you this house for your new job. The house features, 4-bed, 3.5-bath, and a separate office and den and boasts 3,072 square feet of functional open plan living space with soaring ceilings, hardwood and stone flooring, slab granite countertops, fireplace in both the living and family rooms. This home is an entertainer's dream, the light filled living and dining rooms with their high ceilings provide ample space for friends and family to mingle. the kitchen is sure to delight and awaken the chef in you, with its large island complete with prep sink, double ovens, and built-in refrigerator." She chuckles "At the end of a long day sit back and relax in the family room in front of the TV or curl up on the couch & enjoy the view of the backyard. Oh and the Attic is remolded into an extra bedroom making it the 4th bedroom"

Vernon nodded "Thank you ma'am" Mila handed him four sets of keys "here you go, your stuff has been delivered and your furniture was placed in a storage due to the house is already furnished" Vernon nodded "Thank you so much" Mile chuckles "enjoy your stay here at Ravenswood" he walked off waving.

Once she left they all headed inside, Petunia was loving the house, Dudley chuckles "Wow! I'll go find my room!" he ran off. Vernon turned to Harry and narrowed "Your room is in the attic boy go to it and stay out of my sight" Harry sighed and nodded walked off "Wait!" Harry stopped and turned to him, Vernon bites his lip "as a requirement for my new job, the insurance covers as you say Vision Care and Eye Care, tomorrow you have an appointment to get your eyes check along with Dudley around noon. Make sure you are up. Now get find your room and leave us be for the rest of the day" Harry was surprised but nodded and walked off.

Finding the door that led up to the attic, he opened it to see black carpet spiral stairs going up. Harry sighed stepping in closing the door and walked up the stairs, reaching the stop it was a slight small white area with another white door. Walking over to the door he opened it to see a single comfortable space, a cozy bedroom with a dormer window. Double size bed with bedframe, TV on the wall in front of the bed, white dresser, there was a wall air conditioner on the wall.

His school trunk was in the room with other luggage of his. At the window, there was a deck making Harry smile. Walking over he leaned up opened the window and Hedwig flew in landing on the dresser, she hooted making Harry smile at her. Stepping over to her he petted her "I know Hedwig, I miss Hogwarts too, but my new room is better than the last one and quiet to be honest" turning around looking around "Well let's unpack shall we?" Hedwig hooted to him.

The next day, Harry and Dudley were in the backseat,, Vernon and Petunia in the front. They were on their way to the high school for an appointment with the principle then after that would be going to the eye doctor. Driving up to the school, Harry's eyes widen at the building. It was a huge castle-like campus. Driving into the main entrance, there is a Circle driveway going only one way.

Parking in the front, everyone got out of the car. Vernon gave Harry a look that said it all 'no funny business' Harry sighed and followed them to the front door. Walking in there was a woman waiting she smiled "Mr. and Mrs. Dursleys?" they nodded. the woman chuckles shaking their hands "I'm Chole Ima, please follow me to the main office."

They followed her through the school, Harry was stunned at how normal the school looked but the halls looked like something like the UK. Reaching the main offices, Chole guided them to a room she knocked on the door. "Come in" Chole opens the door "Ma'am the Dursleys and their Nephew are here" "good show them in" Chole stepped in "Please come in" The Dursley's and Harry stepped inside to a nice office room. Harry's eyes widen landed on a stunning woman with long white hair and light blue eyes and fair skin.

She was wearing an elegant black skirt suit. She got up and walked around her desk smiling "Mr. and Mrs. Dursley welcome to Ravenswood High, I'm Isica Moon the principal" she shook their hands "Yes thank you for having us" Vernon said to her flushing at her beauty. Petunia was frowning at her husband slightly. Isica chuckles "This must be your son? Dudley?" Dudley flushed and nodded "Yes Ma'am" they shook hands, then she looked at Harry and smiled "And you must be their nephew Harry Potter?" Harry nodded shaking her hand.

"Good please have a seat and we shall get started" she said walking to her seat. They all sat down. Isica sat on her chair "Now then, again welcome to Ravenswood High and to the town of Ravenswood. This town was founded by the Mikcloud family around 1693 and the school was founded around 1890. The Town of Ravenswood is special, and I think you would understand what I mean by 'special' as I know what your nephew is"

Vernon's eyes widen, Petunia gasped, and Harry just looked at her with shocked eyes. Vernon gripped the chair "Wait a moment you know of them...?" Isica nodded "Yes, the magical world. This Town has been a bridge between the magic world and the nonmagical world for centuries. The Mikcloud family rules over this town and is above the Magical Congress of the United States of America as they are a powerful magical family. Their word is the law here and anywhere else. Through the years magic and technology have been brought together in this town, along with the paranormal creatures and magical creatures. This is the only town that nonmagical people know of the magical world and nowhere else. Do you understand?"

Vernon bites his lip 'this is not right!' Petunia frowns "Vernon... we should" she didn't get to finish as Harry spoke quickly in shock. "Wait.. so you're saying this school... is... also..." Isica chuckles "Yes, there is magical classes just like you had in Hogwarts Harry, you will be having also normal high classes along with your magic classes, Mr. and Mrs. Dursley, your son won't be attending these magical classes only your nephew, we did our reach on your family and I will tell you this that we do not tolerate abuse" Harry's eyes wide and turned sharply at his uncle who turned red with anger and stood up "excuse me?!" Petunia's eyes widen "Vernon...!" Dudley frowned looking down.

Isica stood up "sit back down Mr. Dursley, do not make me make a call to your new job because one call from a Mikcloud will get you fired right away" Vernon sat down with a huff "Now then, here are your folders with important school stuff like your time tables and locker numbers with combinations" she nodded to Chole who stepped over handed Harry and his cousin green folders "also we have school PDA's." she lifting one up. "It has a very eye-catching façade that is complimented with a wide touchscreen. The display is crisp and very sharp making it all the more wanted. The screen comes with an embedded keypad, which can be pulled out and pushed back whenever required and is touch-sensitive as well. The phone has all the qualities of a laptop injected into it hence one will not miss such hefty gadgets. It's for school use only, you can check school's events and club activities, this is also your school handbook, your nephew will have the special one that shows him his magical classes and even after school magical clubs"

Harry was shocked by this and amused, his uncle, aunt and cousin were quiet from all this. Chole handed him and his cousin their school PDA. Harry smiled at his "They are already programmed and registered. You both will be starting Junior year, also Harry. There are rules for wands, you will keep your wand in your school holster and only have it out during magical classes" Harry nodded to her.

Isica smiled "Now then, the school uniforms will be delivered with the week. School won't start until September 9th. It must be different than UK schooling even in Hogwarts as school here in the states start in September, I'm sure everything will be alright?" Vernon bites his lip, Petunia nodded "Yes thank you Mrs. Moon" Isica smiled "Well then, I look forward is seeing Dudley and Harry at the new school year in a couple of weeks"

After meeting with the principal of the high school, Harry and his cousin with Vernon at Ravenswood Optical. His cousin was in the back getting his eyes checked. Vernon was sitting not far from Harry, he was silently fuming. Harry, with a magazine, sighs reading it, waiting to be next. Dudley came out with a smile and sat down "don't need glasses dad" Vernon nodded. The doctor came out "Alright Harry potter?" Harry put down his magazine getting up and followed her to the back.

In the back, she opened a room "Alright sit down" he nodded and sat down on the chair that he remembers from the muggle eyewear store when he was 4. Sitting in front of him she dimmed the light and pointed her wand at her eyes "hold still keep your eyes open wide" she looked at his eyes.

"Mhmm... you have myopia, I can fix your eyes slightly but any further it can ruin your eyes, your uncle's insurance does cover magical eye fix" Harry looked shocked slightly "So I can see fine without glasses?" She smiled and pulled her wand away making harry blink his eyes. She nodded "yes, your eyesight will be 20/15" Harry looked more shocked but he smiled "this is amazing"

She chuckled "But of course you still need glasses, just for far away stuff. Since you are in school, the glasses will help if you're in back of the room, reading and other things. Will you be playing Quidditch?" Harry nodded "Yes I'm the seeker, wait..." his eyes widen "There is Quidditch at the high school?" she laughed "Well yes, anyways I will prescribe you glasses and contacts which you should only use for your Quidditch games" she said taking writing it down.

Harry smiled "Alright, sounds good" she did a spell to fix his eyes. "Alright close your eyes" he closed them "wait a couple of moments... annnnd open them" Harry opened them, and he could see without his glasses on, he gasped "wow... I can see...!" Jenna looked at his eyes "seems it went well let me check"

Casting a spell, she checked his eyes once more and it came out to be 20/15 vision, this made her smile "Good! It turned out amazing! Now Follow me, you can pick out a pair of frames for your glasses in the front" Harry got up and followed her back to the front.

Harry right away went to go look for a pair. Searching for a good 10 minutes, he found a pair he likes and they did look amazing on him. His Uncle and cousin were watching him as he was holding black pair of black matte square glasses.

She smiled "good pick Mr. Potter. Would you like me to do a spell on them so they can turn into sunglasses in the sun?"

Harry smiled "Sure!" she laughed slightly "Alright let me spell these lenses for your new vision." She took the glasses and casted the spell on the lens. Then gave them to harry "Here you are and I will ship your contacts before first week of school, the price of the glasses is 53.93, the spelling and the frames are free I don't charge for that, the contracts are 76 US American dollars" Harry blinked and sensed that Vernon was about to yell at the price, so Harry smiled "Do you take direct deposit from Gringotts bank? They gave me a credit card" she smiled "Sure! Let's get this paid!"

After that, Harry told his uncle he will be out on his own and return later. Vernon didn't care and left with Dudley and Petunia. Harry walked around town, it was a nice town. A Group of kids turns from a corner walking in front "what should we do today?" "Oh how about we head to the underground mall?" Harry's eyes widen 'underground mall...?' "Yeah, let's do it!"

Harry was curious so he followed them, through the streets and came to a building. Walking inside he followed them to bid stairs going down. walking down the stairs he entered an amazing area. He was in the underground mall. He smiled 'wow...!' his feet moved and walked passed the other kids and was amazed by what he was seeing.

Walking through the mall, there were so many stores. He came across 'Hot Topic' and wondered about it and found out he loved this store. He saw a sign-up front on the desk 'Magic currency expected' Harry smiled and started to go through the store to pick out what he wanted.

Not long walking out of the store with 6 large bags made him huff slightly. Walking along he stopped to see some signs which made him blink 'how strange' the signs where magical signs only for visible to magical people. One sign almost made him gasp 'if help is needed with shopping, house elves are permitted to be summoned to assist a shopper.'

Blinking more he smirked "Dobby..!" he almost shouted as Dobby appeared next to him and gasped turning to Harry "Dobby is happy to see Harry Potter! Dobby and other Winky with others elves miss Harry Potter at school..." he was frowning with a teary look. Harry smiled "Thank you Dobby... as you know I moved here to America with my muggle family... I need help with my shopping?" Dobby smiled brightly "Of course! Dobby will be happy to help Harry Potter!"

Harry smiled "Do you know where my new house is?" Dobby nodded "Yes! Dobby does! Being a house elf dobby can know where you move too since Dobby is Harry Potter's elf!" Harry blinked "Wait you're my elf now? I thought you were free?" Dobby's ears perked and smiled brightly "Dobby is but Dobby will give his loyalty to Harry Potter"

Harry was stunned by this but smiled "Alright" 'Hermione is gonna kill me...' "can you take these to my room? It's the attic... This time" Dobby's eyes widen "attic?! Harry Potter in Attic?!" Harry Potter frowned "Shhh... it's not that bad, it's a new room quiet you know" Dobby blinked at him and nodded "Dobby will do this for Harry Potter, I will await your call to help" Harry smiled putting his bags down as Dobby snapped his fingers, Dobby and Harry's shopping bags disappeared.

Harry smiled and walked off more through the mall, he stopped at Game stop for a bit and came out with a switch, Xbox one, and PlayStation 4 with many games and small anime figures. Calling Dobby again, Dobby was happy to bring Harry's shopping back to Harry's room.

Feeling like Harry was done with shopping he had left the underground mall. Walking through the town more he headed for the park. Reaching it sat down and relaxed, he was beginning to like it here. he had more freedom to roam around and not worry about being followed by the order. A town where magic and none magic coexist together, the only town in America apparently. He smiled deep down he knew this was how it should be, the wizarding world and nonmagical together. He didn't understand why the magical world was still stuck in the medieval stages... why have they not evolved with the non-magical world? Of course, there was a magical car that are magical enhanced.

Sighing he relaxed on the bench, then seeing some people with flower walking pass him to an area of the park. He blinked, getting up he followed them.

Reaching a trail of wooden flooring built in the ground, lead to a Memorial obelisk that was made of black stele, that was connected to the same black stele stone. Blue roses were planted around the memorial.

Harry blinked and looked up at the Obelisk, on the Obelisk, it read.

"Hush you don't know everything about what happened... Lord Clover was a dark evil man, trying to overthrow his own brother... not to mention he threaten Prince Rick's lover for being a witch... Trying to kill her was a disgrace, don't forget she is a Mikcloud, Mikcloud's are an old and powerful magical family... know your place"

The younger girls frown and walked off, Harry just stood there stunned by this, a tall young man of slim to athletic build. He has a pale complexion with unkempt, wavy black hair that falls over his eyes. His eyes are gray and have long eyelashes. He also wears a set of large black glasses, he was wearing men's skinny jeans, an anime shirt, and converse. Harry was watching him as he knelled putting down a single red rose "Rick... She's a mess without you"

The older woman smiled "Ren visiting your friend again I see" Ren nodded standing up "yes..." "I heard that you have a cousin who moved here recently" she says to him, Ren has turned to her "what do you mean?"

The woman smiled "He's a Potter just like you" Harry's eyes widen at this "Wait what?" this made her and Ren turn to him, Ren blinked at him 'oh yeah... the potter genes are all over him...' Harry was shocked and stunned "What do you mean...? A Potter like... him...?"

The older woman chuckles "Well you two have a lot to talk about" she walks off. Ren looks at harry and steps to him "and you are?" Harry bites his lip "Harry Potter..." Ren's eyes widen "Your joking..." Harry nodded "No... and you are...?" Ren smiled "Ren, Ren Potter... were cousins. Third... I think"

Harry was shocked 'I had family here... and I didn't even know...?' he was then frowning and upset, Ren blinked at him "What's wrong cuss?" Harry grips his fist "I never knew I had family here... no one told me..." Ren frowned "you sure...?" Harry nodded "Yeah..."

"when my father gets back from his job trip, I'll talk to him... now then how did the Harry Potter came to move here?" he asked sitting down the bench. Harry sat down next to him "a lot really..." Ren sighs softly "News travels slowly here from the Uk... so I don't really know but my family would be the first to know before me.. the Mikcloud's would be the first, first in this town to know period..."

Harry frowns "I was expelled from Hogwarts from using a Patronus charm against dementors, saving me and my muggle cousin... had a trial and I was expelled.. my muggle uncle was offered a new job and moved us all here... which I didn't know this place was compounded with magic... my muggle relatives... don't really like magic at all... so deep inside he's fuming... he can't take the chance to lose this job"

Ren was frowning at him "The Minstery of Magic expelled you for that?!" Harry nodded "yeah... Fudge is out of his mind..." Ren sighed "Father did tell me that the Ministry over there is going to hell..." Harry nodded "I'll be attending Ravenswood High" Ren grinned "Awesome!" Harry chuckles and looks up at the Obelisk "So he was your friend?" Ren looked up at him and his features went soft "Yeah... he died a couple of years ago... he was murdered by his uncle... Many people don't believe it, but the real target was his girlfriend... He jumped in and taking the blow for her..."

Harry frowns "He was a Prince...?" Ren chuckles "a Vampire Prince" Harry's eyes widen "A vampire...?" Ren nodded "the Meyers family are purebloods among vampires and Royalty, you will learn a lot of the vampires here at Ravenswood... there's a lot of paranormal creatures that attend the school" Harry's eyes widen "wait what...?" Ren nodded "Vampires, Werewolves, demons, angels, Hybrids, witches and humans"

Ren gets up "well I have to get going home, you need a ride home?" Harry blinked and stood up "Sure" Ren chuckles "come on then" Harry smiled and followed him.

A 1970 red mustang pulled up to Harry's house. Ren smiled "Well here you are" Harry smiled "Thanks" Ren nodded then blinked "Oh do you have a phone?" Harry frowned "No... only my school PDA" Ren hummed "I see don't get one, I'll speak to my dad to put you on our family plain" Harry's eyes widen "Really...?" Ren nodded "Yeah" Harry chuckles "Well see you later" Harry got out of the car and closed the door, Ren nodded and waved bye to him and drove off.

Harry waves bye also then headed up to the house. Unlocking the front door, Harry walked in closing the door and relocking it. Harry didn't get far through the house as his uncle's voice made him stop "BOY! Do you have any idea what time it is?!" Harry frowned. Looking at the lock it was close to 4 pm. "4, uncle, sorry I get distracted by the awesome underground mall I learned about and learning I have family here" Petunia's eyes widen at him "What...?" Harry smiles "from my dad said, America Potter branch... funny how Dumbledore never mention I had family here and stuck me with you. I could have been living here" he says sarcastically walking off. Vernon was turning red in anger "That boy will get a beaten of a life time..." Petunia frowns "Vernon... don't we are being watched... If you touch him... we might not get away with it this time" Vernon growled and looked away.

Harry reaching his room in no time, closing the door he locked it. Dobby was sitting on his bed, he popped up and smiled "Welcome home master potter, dobby as been waiting" Harry smiled "I found out I have a family here.. an American potter branch..." Dobby's eyes widen "Harry Potter means from Abraham Potter?" Harry blinked at him "Abraham...?" Dobby nodded "Yes"

Harry sat down "I met my distant cousin, his name is Ren Potter. He's awesome" Dobby smiled "Dobby is happy that Harry Potter found more family" Harry chuckles "Well then Dobby you wanna help me sit up my game consoles?" Dobby perked up and nodded "Yes! Dobby would love to!" Harry chuckles at him and got up and started unbox his consoles.

It's was the end of the week, at a Luxurious Waterfront Estate. This Spectacular 12000 square foot European Oasis estate, Ren was in the gaming family room.

He was sitting on the white couch with a PS4 controller in his hand, he was playing the Spiderman game he loves when the door opened and older man walked in, he was very good looking and handsome. By his looks, you can tell where Ren got his looks from.

"Ren" Ren paused his game and looked up "Oh welcome home father" his father nodded "how was your week?" Ren smiled "Good, oh!" Ren got up "I meet our distant cousin Harry Potter"

His father's eyes widen "Harry Potter you say? Mhmm so the rumors of him moving here are true... Lord Jetter called me the other day saying he moved here with his nonmagical family..." Ren nodded "he didn't even know he had family here...!" his father sighs softly "well we must invite him for dinner" Ren smiled "Dad can we get him on our family plan? He has no phone" his father looked at him "Sure, I'll head to store get another phone for our line. when I return, you can go pick him up" Ren nodded "awesome!"

Hours later, Harry was in the kitchen doing his chores, he agreed to keep doing chores. He had been doing them all morning it was close to 1 pm. After finishing the dishes and putting them in the dishwasher, he put soap in and closed it, and started. It was the best thing to have, at their old house they didn't have one.

Luckily he was home alone, his cousin Dudley already made friends quickly. His aunt was out shopping and his uncle was at work. Sighing he started to clean the kitchen counters before he knew it was close to 2pm as there was a knock on the door. He stopped what he was doing and walked to the front door rather quickly, opening it his eyes widen to see his cousin Ren. Ren smiled "Yo!" Harry smiled "Hey Ren, come on in" Ren chuckles and steps in. Harry guided him to the sitting room "So what brings you here?" Ren sat down and Harry finally noticed he had a boy "Oh my father came home and here this is for you"

Ren handed him the bag, Harry blinked taking it. reaching it took out an iPhone box his eyes widen dropping the bag opening the box there was a black iPhone 11.

"Wow..." Ren chuckles "It's ready to use, I programed my and my dad's number in it" Harry smiled "Thanks"

Ren chuckles "Well come on, dad is expecting us to return to the house" Harry blinked "But my chores..." Ren blinked "Oh you do chores also?" Harry gasps "You do chores too?" "yeah once in a while" Ren says to him.

Harry sighs "You know what I don't care let's go!" Ren laughed "alright come on!" they both left the house, Harry locked up and followed Ren to his car. Both getting in, Ren soon drove off.

Not long, Harry and Ren walked into the Potter Manion, Harry's eyes were widen with shock on how amazing their house is. "Wow you have a huge mansion..." Ren chuckles "even though it's only me and my father" Harry blinked "What about your mother...?" Ren frowns leading him up the stairs "Mom passed away last year... Cancer... Something magic or potions can't fix..." Harry's eyes widen then he frowned "I'm sorry for your loss... I know how you feel..." Ren patted him on the back "Yeah I know Cuss" Harry smiled at him as they reached Ren's father's study.

Ren knocked on the door "Come in" Harry heard a deep voice, Ren opened the door and they both stepped inside. Harry blinked to see a man sitting at his desk typing on a laptop, the man looked young almost. Shinra looked up and smiled "Harry Potter" he got up and walked around his desk and straight to him "I'm happy you came with Ren to visit" Harry smiled "Thank you for having me... I was quite shocked to find out I have family here"

Shinra nodded "I bet it was, however, my father, when he was alive, mention to me years ago... that if anything were to happen to your god parents and to them... James was to contact him, asking to take in you in..." Harry's eyes widen at this "Wait what...?"

Ren right away took his hand "Harry calm down" Harry squeezed his cousin's hand taking a deep breath and letting it out "Alright I'm calm..."

Shinra smiled "well then, Ren why don't you take him to the gaming room" Ren grinned "Come on Harry, your gonna love it!" he pulled harry with him out of the room. Shinra smiles watching them leave, Ren had closed the door. Shinra frowns and walks around his desk and sits down. going back on his laptop he went onto Skype and right away sent a video call to someone. That person answered. Shinra smiled "Lord Jetter" on the screen was a well handsome man with red velvet hair, bright jade green eyes, light skin. That man smiled "Lord Shinra did you talk to him?" Shinra nodded "Yes..."

Shinra hummed softly "So it's true, Dumbledore lied to your father?" Shinra nodded "no dought about it..." Jetter closes his eyes then opens them "this year will be eventful Shinra" Shinra blinked "what do you mean?"
Jetter sighs softly "My wife, Violet has foreseen a lot what's to come... The war there will follow him here"
