The doctor just nodded as she looked at Lola. "I don't see why not if you're sure you really want to do it," the doctor told Lola who nodded. "Yeah I'm sure I want to be tested," Lola told the doctor who smiled a little.

"Okay great follow me," the doctor told Lola who nodded as she followed after the doctor. "Okay now I'm just going to take a tiny amount of blood from ur finger just to see if we could use it with her," the doctor told Lola as she took her to a room to draw blood making Lola nod.

"Alright cool," Lola told the doctor as she wasn't afraid of any of this stuff. "Okay now we should have the results soon. You can go back to your family if you would like," the doctor told Lola once she finished pricking Lola's finger.

"Okay cool but um actually I have a question, could I also do a DNA test?" Lola asked as she was still curious about whether she was actually part of that family or not. "Oh um I guess I don't see any harm," the doctor told Lola who nodded.

"Okay great so you'll just let me know the results then," Lola asked the doctor who nodded. "Yes that is correct as soon as we get them," the doctor told Lola who nodded again as she got up.

"Alright thanks doc!" Lola playfully told the doctor as she went back to the room with the others. "So what did they say," April asked, making Lola sigh as she just threw herself down onto a chair.

"We have to wait for the results. They said it shouldn't take too long. How's she doing?" Lola asked, making Ava sigh as she looked at the sleepy toddler who was watching TV on her tablet and leaning against Evie and Carlos who had been dropped off earlier by Caitlin while Lola was out with the doctor.

"Not good, she threw up again," Ava told Lola, making Evie join in as she had been trying to talk to Ava about that, but Ava always pushed her away. "She throws up every time she eats. I'm telling you Ava we need to…" Evie began but Ava stopped her again as she didn't want to hear what Evie had to say as she knew exactly what Evie wanted to talk about, but Ava refuses to do it.

"No we're not doing that!" Ava told Evie, making Evie get frustrated as she just wanted to help her baby sister but Ava never wanted to hear it. "Ugh why won't you ever listen to me!" Evie cried out in frustration making Carlos join in again.

"Because you're a kid she's never going to take any of us seriously because we're just kids!" Carlos told Evie causing Lola to look over as she hadn't noticed Evie and Carlos until just now.

"Okay um who are the other two kids and when did they get here?" Lola asked, making Carlos and Evie roll their eyes. "We could ask you the same question," the twins both said at the same time, making Lola laugh a little as she couldn't help it.

"Okay that was kinda creepy but cool at the same time!" Lola jokingly told the twins, making them glare at her more. "Relax, she's waiting to find out if she can donate blood to help Mal," April told the twins, making them both let go of their glares as Evie smiled.

"Oh in that case. Hi I'm Evie. That's Carlos we're twins and we're Mal's older siblings and Ava and April's younger ones. And you are?" Evie asked Lola, making her laugh. "Lola and I'm just waiting to see if I can donate blood or not and dude you were not kidding this kid literally looks like a mini version of us. It's kinda cute," Lola told Ava and April, making Evie cross her arms and roll her eyes.

Evie hated when people treated her like a baby. Evie wasn't a baby and didn't need to be called cute and little. "Okay why does everyone keep calling me a kid or cute. I'm 15 not 5," Evie told the others in frustration, making Carlos nod.

"Welcome to the club," Carlos told Evie who was about to respond when the door opened as another girl that looked like Ava, April, Lola, and Evie came in. "Um hi I'm sorry to interrupt but I'm actually a new volunteer here and I was told to come get someone named Lola Perez. Apparently your results are in," Tessa told the others as she looked around the room feeling a bit uneasy seeing so many people that all looked like her but she pushed past it.

"They replaced me already with someone who looks just like me!" Evie cried out as she couldn't believe she was really that replaceable. It was kinda hurting to see that.

"Oh I'm so sorry I didn't realize. I promise I wasn't trying to take your job. It's just that my friend Georgie volunteers and helps out at hospitals with her therapy dogs and well it made me want to make a difference too," Tessa rambled out as she was feeling bad for accidentally upsetting the slightly younger girl.

"No, I'm sorry I shouldn't have gotten upset, you just want to make a difference in people's lives. I shouldn't get jealous of that," Evie told Tessa as she started to calm down, making Tessa smile.

"Okay good anyway um Lola you're needed," Tessa told Lola who just nodded as she got up. "Got it! I really hope I'm a match," Lola told the others as she quickly left the room. Once Lola left Mal just pointed to the door as she wanted to go out too.

"Go wif!" Mal cried out as she looked at the two older twins. "You want to go with her?" Ava asked her sister, making Mal nod. "Mal we can't leave right now," April told the toddler causing Evie to shake her head as she was a volunteer before and knew that letting Mal walk around would be fine as long as she still had her ivs.

"Actually as long as she's still connected to the ivs she's fine," Evie told her older sisters. "Is that safe?" Ava asked just wanting to make sure. "Yeah it's perfectly safe actually," Tessa told Ava and April who just nodded.

"You're sure?" April asked this time, making Evie groan. "It's safe, trust me," Evie told her sisters who just nodded. "Okay but April you're coming with me," Ava told April who nodded.

"Got it. Alright come on Mal," April told the toddler who smiled. "Yay!" Mal cried out excitedly making Ava laugh as she helped Mal and her machines. "You two behave we'll be right back," April told the younger twins as she quickly followed after Ava and Mal.

"Um I should probably go," Tessa told the two as she started to leave but Carlos pulled her back. "Wait!" Carlos cried out, making Tessa stop. "Yeah?" Tessa asked making Carlos look at her.

"Do you go to Beacon Heights High School?" Carlos asked, making Tessa laugh as she nodded. "Yeah actually I do," Tessa told Carlos who smiled. "That's right I knew I've seen you before! Evie and I go there too. We're freshmen," Carlos told Tessa making her laugh.

"Aww that's so cute I'm a Junior actually," Tessa told the two making Evie smile. "Really that's cool," Evie told Tessa, making her laugh. "Yeah so um you used to volunteer?" Tessa asked Evie as she remembered their conversation from earlier.

"Yeah I did but I stopped to help out with my baby sister," Evie sadly told Tessa who nodded as she started to feel bad. "Yeah I'm so sorry about that. She's adorable you know," Tessa told Evie who nodded.

"Yeah she is," Evie told Tessa who nodded sadly as she didn't know what else to say. "You know you look like Evie doesn't she? Dude E why do so many people look like you! Are you adopted by any chance!" Carlos called out, making Evie groan in embarrassment.

"Carlos, that's rude to just ask!" Evie told Carlos, making Tessa laugh. "Actually it's fine and no I'm not adopted but I do live with my wicked step mother and my wicked step sisters," Tessa told the younger two making Evie squeal as she couldn't help it.

"Ooo like a real life Cinderella!" Evie squealed out, making Carlos roll his eyes. "Look who's being rude now," Carlos told Evie, making her roll her eyes. "No it's fine and yeah I guess it kinda is like a real life Cinderella Story but once I turn 18 I'll be free," Tessa told the two.

"You sure you're not adopted because I swear you look like Evie and you give off Jalali vibes," Carlos told Tessa who just shrugged.

"Um I don't think I was adopted," Tessa told the two as she started to question it. "You sure?" Carlos asked Tessa making Evie roll her eyes.

"Carlos leave her alone she already said no. Sorry about that but to be fair you do look identical to me and my sisters and to be honest our biological parents were not very trustworthy people," Evie told the others making Tessa start to question things.

"Oh um yeah now that I think about it I don't think I ever saw my birth certificate. Maybe I was adopted," Tessa said out loud as she started to rethink her life.

"Oh you should get DNA tested that's what Carlos and I did. We got the results in like a couple days," Evie squealed out to Tessa.

"Yeah!" Carlos told Tessa making her nod. "Yeah um…" Tessa began but was interrupted when Lola came back in with Ava and Mal.

"Guess who's a match!" Lola called out as she sat down. "Wait really! Oh and where's April?" Evie asked excitedly as she was just happy they found a match.

"Yup! I just donated! And she had to go I think she said she's going to a job interview so she can get a second job," Lola told the others.

"Got it so are you really a match!" Carlos asked excitedly, making Lola as she nodded. "Yeah I am! They're just getting the stuff ready now," Lola told the others and Ava nodded.

"Yeah not only is she a match but she also shares our DNA," Ava told the two, making Lola laugh. "Yeah turns out I'm a Jalali," Lola playfully told the others, making Tessa nod.

"Yeah if you'll excuse me I'm gonna go get DNA tested," Tessa told the others as she got up and left. "What did you say to her?" Ava asked the younger two, making them point at each other.

"Carlos started it!" Evie accused making Carlos roll his eyes. "No I didn't, you did!" Carlos screamed out, making Evie roll her eyes again. "No you definitely did! Admit it!" Evie told Carlos, making him groan.

"All I said was the she looks like Evie and you 3 and might want to get dna tested, that's all I said," Carlos told the others, making Lola laugh.

"Okay dang this family is crazy but I love it," Lola playfully told the others. "I can't believe I really used to look up to my dad. He's such a horrible person. 3 hidden siblings and now most likely a 4th!" Ava said out as she was frustrated by this whole thing.

"I know Ava it's hard but hey at least we get more siblings and more people we can rely on right now in this hard time," Carlos told Ava making her smile as she watched Lola and Evie play around with Mal, making the young girl giggle.

"Yeah that's true," Ava told Carlos as she just sat down by him. "So let's work on that homework again," Ava told Carlos, making him groan. "So who is this," Lola told the toddler while Ava and Carlos were focusing on homework.

"Sawbewy!" The young girl told Lola happily, making Lola laugh. "Strawberry?" Lola asked in confusion, making the toddler laugh as she nodded. "Yeah!" Mal told Lola, making Evie look at Lola.

"Strawberry is her favorite food," Evie told Lola who just nodded in understanding. "Ah got it! You like strawberries huh?" Lola asked the toddler who giggled as she nodded again. "Yeah! Dey yummy!" Mal told Lola, making her smile as she couldn't help it.

It was nice to see Mal looking so happy and full of life like a regular kid again that Lola almost forgot Mal wasn't. "Yeah they are. How about I get you a strawberry flavored candy? Would you want that?" Lola told the young girl who smiled.

"Weawy!" Mal asked excitedly, making Lola laugh. "Yeah but you're going to have to be a brave big girl soon. Can you do that," Lola told the small girl who was about to respond when she got distracted seeing the bandaid on Lola's arm from her donating blood.

"Owie!" The young girl cried out as she pointed to Lola's arm making Lola confused before she looked at where Mal was pointing as she finally understood.

"Oh this it's nothing," Lola told the toddler as she didn't think it was any big deal but Mal shook her head no as she massaged Lola's bandaid and kissed it.

"You hab owie! Aw bewow!" The young girl told Lola as she gave her an adorable little smile making Lola start to cry as she thought about how much pain this sweet little girl who was now apparently her baby sister was having to go through.

Lola didn't like it at all. "No cwy," Mal told Lola as she reached over and wiped Lola's tears, making Lola cry more. Evie immediately noticed as she quickly looked at her. "You okay," Evie mouthed to Lola who just shook her head no as more tears flowed down.

"Ava!" Evie called making Ava look up. "Yeah what's going on?" Ava asked, causing Evie to just point to Lola. "Hey you okay?" Ava asked as she sat down by Lola making her look up.

"This is just … um… I think I need a minute," Lola told Ava as she tried to leave but the young toddler reached up as she grabbed Lola's arm not wanting Lola to go.

"No go pwease," the young girl told Lola, making her cry more as she just couldn't take it anymore, causing Evie to nudge Carlos as she sat down by Mal.

"Hey Mal, it's okay. How about you, me, and Carlos watch some dragon tales. Ava and Lola need to talk together for a little bit," Evie told her baby sister, making Mal calm down as she looked away from Lola.

"Otay!" Mal called out excitedly, making Carlos laugh as he sat down by his two sisters. "Alright dragon tales!" Carlos called out in his fake over the top excited voice making Mal giggle and giving Lola and Ava the perfect opportunity to leave.

"Hey it's okay. She's gonna be fine. Thanks to you," Ava told Lola once she had managed to pull Lola out of the room, making Lola close her eyes as she nodded.

"She's just so young it's wrong. She's a baby! She should be running around and making messes not hooked up to wires and machines! I hate this!" Lola cried out making Ava break again as she just hugged into Lola and let out her sobs.

"I know! I hate it too! I don't know why life hates our family so much!" Ava sobbed out, making Lola nod again as she started to calm down a little bit.

"Yeah I just don't get how you do it. I was in there for like a few hours and already felt like so overwhelmed and upset," Lola told Ava who just laughed as she pulled out a flask and started chugging.

"Alcohol. Lots and lots of alcohol it numbs the pain," Ava told Lola who just slowly nodded. "Does it really work?" Lola asked as she was curious, making Aba nod as she put her flask back in her bag.

"I don't recommend it though it's still bad for you," Ava told Lola who nodded again. "Is that really all you do to help you though?" Lola asked as she wanted help with how to cope, but didn't feel like going down a dangerous path of alcohol drinking.

"No, I also just try to imagine how Mal and Carlos and Evie feel. They're just kids and they need someone to be strong for them. Especially Mal who doesn't understand what's going on. Mal is just like any other kid except she's more sensitive and vulnerable," Ava told Lola hoping to help her as she didn't really know what else to say.

"I guess that does help," Lola told Ava who just nodded again. "Yeah and one more thing please don't treat her any differently. I want her to live as much of a normal life as she can," Ava told Lola who smiled as she finally started to feel like herself again.

"Got it I can try that," Lola told Ava who smiled a little. "Okay good so you think you can go back in there?" Ava asked Lola who nodded.

"Yeah I think so," Lola told Ava who smiled more as she looked at her sister. "Okay good can you keep an eye on Mal, Carlos, and Evie for me for a few minutes. I have to call my teacher about something," Ava told Lola as she just wanted to talk to Alison as Alison always helped her.

"Oh um yeah sure but are you going to be there when she gets the blood transfusion because I feel like she's gonna cry and I don't really want to have to deal with that on my own you know," Lola rambled out making Ava just nod again.

"Yeah I should be there, don't worry," Ava told Lola who smiled as she got back up. "Okay cool," Lola told Ava as she left back to the room.

Once Lola left Ava just grabbed her phone as she quickly found Alison's number and pressed on it. Ava smiled a little when she heard Alison pick up.

"Ava are you okay? Why are you calling?" Alison asked in concern, making Ava sigh. "Nothing I just um… I kinda just need someone to talk to and you're the first person I really thought about," Ava nervously told Alison.

"Is everything okay?" Alison asked in concern, making Ava sigh as she thought about everything that had happened in the last few days.

"Yeah well sorta a lot has happened apparently I'm a twin and have another secret sibling possibly two," Ava told Alison who nodded as she had been through some crazy things herself and nothing really surprised her anymore.

"Oh wow yeah that is a lot," Alison told Ava, making Ava feel embarrassed. "Yeah I know and I mean secret twins and siblings that's just crazy! That's the kinda stuff that only happens on tv!" Ava cried out making Alison laugh as she thought about how crazy her life had been

"You'd be surprised," Alison told Ava, making her confused. "What do you mean?" Ava asked in confusion causing Alison to sigh as she didn't want to really go into her long and traumatizing past just yet.

"It's kinda complicated but let's just say I understand what you're going through. Anyway, how's Mal doing," Alison told Ava trying to change the subject, making Ava sigh.

"Well she's in the hospital again. She has a blood infection but they're about to do a transfusion to hopefully help it. I um I don't think I'm going to make it to take the exam tomorrow I'm so sorry Alison," Ava rambled out making Alison feel horrible as she hates hearing what Ava and her family was going through.

"Oh my gosh Ava I'm so sorry. No it's okay I completely understand. Take your time okay. Just focus on helping Mal and I'm going to try and come visit tomorrow," Alison told Ava as she completely understood what Ava was going through.

"Okay thank you so much Alison. That really helped me. Anyway I should probably go. I don't think Mal will like it very much if I'm not there for her transfusion," Ava told Alison.

"Oh right yeah good night Ava take care okay," Alison told Ava who just nodded. "Night and thank you again," Ava told Alison as she hung up then went back to the room.

"Alright you ready?" The doctor called out as she entered the room at almost the same time that Ava did. "Alright Mal you ready to be a brave big girl," Ava told her baby sister who just looked from Ava to Lola to Evie to Carlos and then to the doctor and back as she started crying. " NOOOO!" The young girl cried out as she knew this was going to hurt and she didn't want it .
