It's done! The first chapter of Next of Kin is up! I'll be posting weekly until all chapters are up, probably every Monday afternoon/evening (PST). I've never had such a hard time hitting the "post" button in my life, this fic is such a long time coming and means so much to me. ;_;

Yes, I still want to finish SBS someday. It's one of those stories that I came up with before my writing ability could catch up. But it's next in my queue. I promise not to update a single chapter until it's *done, because I've left a cliffhanger I deserve to die for and I never want to do that to you again.

The Blind Pig and the Bootlegger: Set in the American south 20 years prior to federal Prohibition. Sakura is miserable in her failed marriage and blames it all on her husband's deviant friends. When she stumbles across a Konohan gang of bootleggers in action and becomes wrapped up in their questionable lifestyle, she begins to suspect that socially progressive, teetotaling Ino might not be as proper a lady as she seems...[AU InoSaku because this ship deserves a proper longfic.] [Still trapped in development hell]

Spaces Between Stars: My attempt to make both ItaSaku AND KakaSaku (my two OTPs) fanon in a single fic. Results in a strange use of AU. Be wary of fourth wall leakage. It will be a long one indeed. [currently 60k of 250k words finished. not dead.]
