Demonic Clash.

Somewhere in the battlerealm, a mysterious being was following a trail he was sensing. A trail leading him towards power. This being resembles a tall, muscular man with dark green skin. He is adorned with various types and pieces of old Aztec jewelry and a large golden helmet with very long orange hair. He also has a small round shield that is said to be the fabled Stone of The Sun, the Aztec Calendar, attached to his left arm. This being was called Ogre. He is of a very old, but very powerful origin. He was worshiped as the God of Fighting by ancient human civilizations. The legend of Native Americans say Ogre was the war weapon which creatures from outer space left on Earth in ancient times. He understands entire structures of all living and artificial beings, and absorbs them. He wandered the earth in search of strong souls, killing several powerful warriors until he was slain by Jin Kazama. However, thanks to Maestro breaking down barriers between space and time, The God Of Fighting was back, and his hunger for power was as strong as ever.

And he finally found the source of the power he had been sensing through his long trip. A mysterious orb, containing powerful demonic power. This was the core of Azazel, a mysterious demonic being that reigned over the heavens and earth as their ruler a long time ago. He was known as the Rectifier of All Things, and his rule would come to an end when the humans rebelled and overthrew him, and he was imprisoned in the very temple that was once built in his name. It was also believed he was the being who created the dreaded Devil Gene, leading to Jin Kazama trying to bring him out, hoping that by destroying him would finally free him from his demonic side. But once again, Maestro's reckless interference with the order of reality, had led to Azazel's core surviving the merge, even though his physical body had been destroyed.

Ogre could feel the power coming from the core and picked it up. He looked at the small but powerful orb in his hand before he suddenly felt something. The power from within the core began pouring in to his body. Ogre felt agony he never could've imagined as he tightens his fist around the core. The power was trying to consume him, but he refused to allow it. He roars to the sky as the power covers his body and a massive wave of demonic energy flares in to the air... and when it finally died down, Ogre had changed. His green skin was now raven black, and his eyes were glowing with a mixture of red and purple aura.

He felt the power... power he could never have achieved from consuming mortal souls. And yet, his hunger for battle was stronger than ever. He let out a roar to the sky before taking of in search for a worthy opponent.

Elsewhere, someone else was searching for a worthy foe. He a muscular and tan-skinned with red hair tied in a small top knot, sharp pointed teeth and crimson eyes. He wears prayer beads around his neck. He also wears a dark blue karate gi, similar in style to those worn by both Ryu and Ken. His hands were wrapped up with dark ropes and he was wearing brown sandals. This was Akuma, the master of the Satsui No Hado, embrassing what Ryu was trying to reject. Akuma had also arrived in the Battlerealm thanks to Maestro, but while he was in a forign world, he only saw it as another chance to find worthy foes... so far he hadn't found anything.

But then he suddenly stopped when he sensed something "Now, who dares challenge me?".

Energy appeared in front of him, revealing Ogre who looked down at him.

Sensing the power of his new opponent, Akuma was wondering if he could be worth his time "You, pitiful creature... Prove to me your worth!".

Ogre glares at him, mistaking Akuma's challenge as arrogance. He let out a roar which blasted Akuma with strong wind. But the master of the fist did no even flinch from Ogre's petty attempt at intimidating him and simply got in to his stance. Ogre lands in front of him, ready to fight.

Akuma breaks the staredown by throwing a right hook that knocks Ogre back. He delivers a brief combo of punches, but as he tries to continue, Ogre manages to get in a punch of his own that breaks Akuma's momentum. He follows with a punch kick to Akuma's chest, before closing the distance and throwing two punches that ends with him shoulder shield bashing Akuma away.

The Dark Hado user recovers from the blows and jumps into the air before attempting a diving kick on the God Of Fighting, who blocks it with his shield before punching Akuma through the air towards a boulder. Before he can hit it, Akuma flips and uses the boulder to boost himself into the sky once more.

"Gohadoken!" Akuma shouts as he unleashed the projectile.

Ogre catches the projectile in his hand before crushing it. Akuma lands on the ground and charged at Ogre who does the same. Their fists clash, creating a shockwave through the area, and making both slide back. But both recovered quickly and was eager to continue their battle. Both finally feeling some thrill from a battle. Maybe they had found a worthy foe after all.

Akuma stomped on the ground and began rushing Ogre and placed a firm kick to his' stomach. The Alien being grabbed Akuma's leg and threw him aside, into a boulder. Ogre then grabbed Akuma by the neck and punched him it the gut, several times. Akuma finally broke the hold when he rammed an elbow into Ogre's face, and then he kicked him away. Not wanting to give Ogre the chance to recover, Akuma charged back in and delivered an uppercut that sent Akuma in to the air, before leaping after him and punched Ogre back towards the ground. Ogre landed hard, shattering the ground underneath him, and as he was picking himself up, caught a stomp to the chest. Ogre pried of the foot, and forced Akuma away. Getting back up, Ogre roars as more demonic power flared around his body. Akuma let out a battle cry of his own, as the dark aura of the Satsui No Hado became more intense.

They clash again, both throwing punches and kicks that made the ground shake beneath them. Akuma landed a punch on Ogre's face, who immediately retaliated with a blow to Akuma's face. Both continued trading blows before Ogre flies in to the air... using a new power he gained from Azazel's core, he gathered energy in to his hand before blasting it down on Akuma and creating a large explosion. Akuma watched until the dust was disbursed by Akuma's raging energy. Akuma looks up at his foe, who had proven more worthy than expected. Akuma let's out a loud shout as his aura became more chaotic... and moments later, his hair turned white.

"My power is absolute! I seek only the blood of battle! Fight me creature! Come at me like your life depends on it!" Akuma shouts.

"No mortal man can defeat me. This battle ends when you lie dead at my feet!" Ogre said in a language that was difficult to understand. Not that words mattered to them. Ogre roars as demonic wings spreads from his back, and horns grows out of his head. He too was done holding back.

He charges at Akuma with much more power than before as Akuma remains in place until right near the final moment. He leaps up into the air, narrowly dodging Ogre's charge, which shatters the ground to the other side. Ogre looks up into the air too late as Akuma falls toward him, grabs him by the head, and smashes him into the ground. Akuma then charges his hand with power and unleashes it, creating a devastating shockwave that strikes Ogre's face point-blank, obliterating his helmet. The ground beneath them was shattered even more by the powerful blow. However, Ogre was far from defeated as he grabs Akuma's arm and forced him of.

Before Akuma could react, Ogre punched him in to the air before flying after him. Using his increased speed, Ogre hits Akuma from several directions before delivering double hammerfist, that sends Akuma crashing in to the ground. Ogre quickly dashed down, slamming his foot in to Akuma's chest, making Akuma cough in pain. Ogre kept him pinned before he began pounding his fists in to Akuma's face, over and over again. He was only stopped when Akuma punched him in the face, forcing him of. Ogre roars as he perpares a powerful demonic beam, and Akuma charges up a much more powerful Zanku Hadoken.

Both unleashed their attacks at the same time, and the attacks clashed, creating a massive explosion. As the dust cleared, both demonic fighters glares at each other. Right now all they wanted was to see their foe dead. They would battle for days if they needed to, and at this rate, it really looked like it could last for days.

Suddenly, and old voice was heard "Impressive darkness. You two put on an entertaining show".

"Who's there!?" Akuma demanded as he and Ogre looked around.

Soon they saw the owner of the voice. An an old man who is bald except for thin eyebrows and a curled, silver goatee. His ears are pointed and his eyes are yellow. He has broad, hunched shoulders and a crooked back. He appears overall as a somewhat feeble old man, but appearances can be deceiving. His clothing is composed of a white and black coat with a red inner lining, which is worn over a white shirt with two thin black belts, as well as white gloves and calf-high black boots. He also wears a black coat.

"Your powers are indeed impressive. But wasted on your weak ideals. You could be so much more. But, I am not one to waste potential assets. So maybe you two could make for useful pawns" The Old Man said win an evil smile.

"Pawns?! I am Akuma, I serve no one!" Akuma declared.

The Old Man only smirked "Nice to meet you, Akuma. I am Xehanort. But soon, you will call me, Master Xehanort".

Angered by the old man's arrogance, both Akuma and Ogre charged at him. But Xehanort's smile never left his face. Just as the two powerful fighters were about to make contact, time itself suddenly stopped, which also stopped both fighters in their tracks. Dark power began to surround them before they vanished.

"I must thank whoever is responsible for destroying the barriers between worlds. I like this place, so much power! Now I can spread darkness across the multiverse!" Xehanort said before letting out a loud, evil laugh.

True Darkness had arrived.

Been a while since the last chapter. You can blame Sora for that. Out of all the potential final Smash characters, Sora was the only one I never planned for. So when he was confirmed, all the future plans I had for this story was completely ruined, and I was forced to start from scratch. I was even tempted to no include Kingdom Hearsts at all due to the frustration it caused. But it didn't take long for me to realize how petty that would be, and since Kingdom Hearts hold such as important place in many gamers' hearts, leaving it out would be very unfair.

But this also means that updates for this story is going to be even slower now, as I am still learning about Kingdom Hearts. It's story and lore makes Metal Gear look simple in comparison, so it will take time before I fully understand it all.

BUT! I REFUSE TO USE ANY DISNEY CHARACTERS! MARVEL X DISNEY IS A CROSSOVER I'VE BEEN FULLY AGAINST EVER SINCE DISNEY BOUGHT MARVEL! So Mickey, Donald, Goofy or any other Disney created character will not show up, no matter how important they were to Kingdom Hearts' story.

I will only focus on the characters that were originally created for Kingdom Hearts. And I may also use characters from the different Final Fantasy games that showed up in KH. I love Final Fantasy, so I have no issues using characters from those games, so some good things did come from Sora being revealed.
