What could've happened if Mipha finished her sentence at Lanyaru Road, right before the Calamity had awakened after its 10,000-year slumber? If the champions live, who would die in return? If Mipha confessed her love for the Hylian Champion and childhood friend, Link, would he reject her feelings? Would their love alone be enough to vanquish Hyrule's greatest threat?

After Termina was saved, Link travelled for a few more years, searching for his lost friend, Navi. But eventually, he had to return to Hyrule. There, he meets Rebecca, a farmhand at LonLon Ranch. She feels drawn to him, while Link tries to cope with the effects of past events... and events of a future that never was. It's time for him to have another life.

When a character from Link's distant past reappears with the full intention of seizing the Triforce to free his master, Link must once more take up The Master Sword and together with his now-betrothed Zelda, Elder Brother Revali, and the other 3 now fully revived and awakened champions must find the 3 other legendary blades and prove that he truly has the hero's spirit.
