After an encounter with a youma goes poorly, a recovering Mamoru wakes up with a splitting headache. He begins to doubt his sanity as he starts seeing things that aren't there, doodling in his notes, and experiencing the strangest cravings for pancakes and chocolate milkshakes! Usagi's presence makes it all make some kind of terrifying sense.
