AN: I don't own The Gamer and Highschool DxD
In a flash of light, I'm no longer in my backyard, it appears I'm in some sewer, so I probably should be expecting rats. I saw a chest in some distance, I approached it hoping that it's a free chest that gives starting items but I'm disappointed because it's locked. Just great, I don't have any weapon, I only have my basic spells that can't probably kill a thing. I should have bought a weapon in the shop before heading out here. I got too careless and excited, now I'm paying the price. There are also torches mounted in the walls of this sewer. There are three paths I can take from here, one on my left, one on my right, and one to my front. I can't see anything in the passages in my left and right because it's so dark. I can see some sort of light in a distance, in my front. Walking ahead I saw a rat holding what appears to be a training sword and a torch which seems to be the light that I saw. I used scout on it.
"Rat Trainee Lvl 2 Tier 1 HP: 100 MP: 20 SP: 50 STR: 12 END: 10 DEX: 5 INT: 5 WIS: 5 CHA: 2 LCK: 1 This rat trainee haven't spotted you, it is unaware of your existence.
Hidden Items: Chest key"
A level 2 beast huh, I can probably take it down, if only I have a weapon. It also have a hidden chest key, maybe for the chest that I saw earlier? Wait, it appears to be going my way! I panicked for a bit before (Gamer's Mind) took effect, so with this kind of setting I can probably ambush it, I just need to stay hidden, zap it's hand holding the training sword once it passes me, take the said sword then kill it. Wait no, maybe I should use (Zap) on it's head or to the back of it's neck, and another zap to its arm holding a sword, which will make it drop the sword, take the dropped sword and kill the rat. Yes that could probably work. I turned back and waited, hiding my self from the rat trainee's sight. When it passed me I immediately zapped it to the back of it's neck with a single poke. It pauses for a second, then drops on the ground. It layed there unmoving, I used scout on it before approaching it, just to be sure.
"Rat Trainee Lvl 2 Status: Unconscious"
It's unconscious, I quickly take the trainee sword and stabbed it through it's head, effectively killing it.
"Rat Trainee Lvl 2 slain!
Gained 25 Exp"
"Would you like to loot this body?
Y | N"
"Body Looted Items Gained:
Chest Key Sewer Map 50¥"
I pressed Y, and checked my inventory and saw the looted item there. I took the Sewer Map out, and pressed Y to the screen that asked if I wanted to add the Map to my Mini map. Apparently I also have a mini map and a UI, which can be turned on and off in the Options. I can see the mini map in the lower right side of my sight, while my Status Bars are placed in my upper left corner of my sight. This area as is shown in the mini map is like a grid styled dungeon. Entering a room that has enemies on it will lock the passage I came from. Taking note of this development, I went back to find the chest I saw earlier. I found it and quickly used the key to open it.
"Chest Opened Items Gained:
Cloak of Invisibility x1 Murderous Dagger x1 Ankh of Life x1 Large DEX stat crystal x1 10000¥"
I used "Scout" on the items
"Cloak of Invisibility Tier 2 Durability: 100/100 Makes the user invisible once worn, attacking or casting spells cancels it's effect"
"Murderous Dagger Tier ?
Durability 50/50 Kills: 0/50 Gives 50 additional Exp for every kill.
An ever improving dagger, every kill adds to it's kill count, once reaching the required amount of kills, it improves and adds additional durability and new effects"
"Ankh of Life Tier 5 A ankh of life, it will revive you if ever you die. It will only restore 50% of your status bars"
"Large DEX stat crystal Tier 3 Adds 25 DEX"
Wow! These items are great! What's "Tier ?"? "It means that it's tier may improve master, each items with this tier starts in tier 1, with the maximum of tier 7"
I see, so I can improve or upgrade it if I kill using it. This item have potential.
I equipped the cloak and the dagger, I can still see my self clearly, but I noticed that I can't see my shadow, so that means the cloak took effect. I squash the stat crystal and look at my stats.

Nice, the 50 stat milestone. I got a the "Flicker" skill, which I found useful, specially for surprise attacks and escaping. Okay, I have a weapon now, I'll start exploring this dungeon to level up.

"Rat Knight slain x2 Rat Guard slain x5 Rat Trainee slain x10 Exp Gained: 2250 Exp"
"You levelled up!
Stat Points Gained: 5"
I leaned to the wall to rest for a while, it's been 10 hours since I first entered this dungeon, and I have levelled up 20 times, well 21 times considering my level up just now. These Rats are weak, besides the Knights and the Assasins, I mostly have no trouble killing them. The Knight are a bit hard considering their tough armors, but they are weak to sneak attacks. The Assasins on the other hand are glass cannons, they have very low hp and they lack protection, but they pack the meanest punch. I also gained a few new skills, and found many items. Which most were useless, seriously, what use do I have for rat body parts?
This are the useless items I looted:
Rat Ears x51 Rat Tails x65 Rat Legs x43 Rat Eyes x36 Rat Teeth x50 Rat Tounge x29
And this are the few useful items I looted, this things are the items I gained from chests:
Iron Cuirass Ring of Regeneration Ring of Learning Shuriken x100 Sakura Katana
Seriously this rats don't even drop useful items! All they drop are rat body parts, I can only gain useful items from chests. The Ring of Regeneration in particular is the most useful, it adds 20% to my overall regenaration. The sakura katana have very low damage and overall useless, but I kept it cause it could be a good decoration. I used "Scout" on all this items, and in the dungeon, primarily to level the skill up. But I got a great surprise when I got this skill.
"Structural Analysis Lvl 10 Exp: 38%
Active - Miscellaneous Analyses the item through it's very structure. Gives detailed information about the item. Shows it's parts and how it works. This skill can only be used into non living matter."
I asked Reika earlier and she confirmed that it is the Structural Analysis skill of one Shirou Emiya! I got this skill through a milestone saying, "For using Scout on items for absurd amount of times, you gained the skill Structural Analysis"
Yes, I admit, I spammed the skill hoping for another skill to be gained, but I didn't expect it to be this. Now I wonder if I can also learn Tracing and Unlimited Blade Works. Oh the possibilities and the chaos it may cause makes me giggle like crazy! But enough of that I should probably head out of this dungeon, it's been 10 hours and it must be 3 in the morning. I better head back to get a few hours of sleep.
"I.D. Escape"
In flash of light I'm back into my backyard and see that it is now midnight, heading inside my house, I looked at the clock mounted in the wall and it shows 3:56 in the morning. It's almost 4, I went to my bedroom, unequipped my clothes, leaving just my boxers and layed down my bed. I wonder why I never encountered a boss monster in the dungeoun, specially because I killed many rats, if I'm right, I killed more than a thousand, I even gained the title "Rat Exterminator", so I'm confused why I didn't even see a boss in the dungeoun. Usually in dungeoun crawling games, once you clear all rooms, a way or a door to the boss room can be found. But I found none, maybe there is a special requirement? A boss summoning item? Shrugging it off I opened my Status Screen.

Lady Luck's Child, Eidetic Memory, Enhanced Reflexex Flaws: Lustful, Envious, Remorseless, Cold Blooded
I got stat crystals earlier which I used so my stats increased. I gained the perks "Wise Man", "Peak Human", "Hard Hitter", and "Lady's Man". Wise Man adds 10% to my overall regeneration and subtracts 10% of the skill costs, Peak Human maximizes my HP to that of it's peak as a normal human, Hard Hitter adds 100% to my critical damage, and Lady's Man adds 15% to Rep and Aff gains to women.
I also gained the traits "Eidetic Memory" and "Enhanced Reflexes". Eidetic Memory is useful since it makes sure that I'll never forget anything I read and see. While Enhanced Reflexes is the best perk I got, because it saved my life in the dungeoun. A Rat Assasin managed to sneak up on me and would killed me if not for this perk. This perk like it's name says enhances one's reflexes.
Because of my killing spree in the dungeoun I even got a flaw called "Cold Blooded", it makes me feel indifferent when I kill. At first I don't see why this is a flaw. I only realised it when a rat trainee begged me to spare it. Yes, the rat trainee begged for it's life it even kneeled in front of me, but I killed it like a cold blooded murderer. I didn't let that effect me much, if that's a flaw then that's a flaw, I may receive a less than average Rep and Aff gain, but that's fine. Seeing that my Luck stat is my only stat that isn't in or past 50s, I dumped 25 stat points on it making it 50.
"For having 50 Luck, you gained the skill "Lucky Day"
Lucky Day Lvl Max Passive - State Change Everyone have his or her own lucky day, even you. In a day of your choice, every thing that involves chances have a +50% to go on your way, it mainly effects encounters, Gacha rolls, loot drops, and conversations (if your persuading someone).
Lucky Day: N/A "
A great skill, specially cause it's a passive skill, a +50% chance for things to favour me? I'll take that anytime. I set the day on Saturday, why? Because Saturdays are nice. So that makes my stats like this.

The thief class is now in level 21, I gained the skills "Sneak Attack", "Trap Master", "Steal", and "Stab".
"Sneak Attack Lvl 15 Exp: 86%
Passive - Offensive Every time you attack from behind, unnoticed, or by surprising the target you gain:
+25% critical chance +50% damage"
"Trap Mastery Lvl 5 Exp: 95%
Passive - Creation/Miscellaneous You have knowledge how to set and disable traps +30% chance of setting and disabling a trap"
"Steal Lvl 10 Exp: 34%
Active - Miscellaneous Steal an item held by the target Adds 10% chance to steal successfully"
"Stab Lvl 5 Exp: 58%
Active - Offensive Stab your target, dealing 50 + DEX physical damage Additional 100 physical damage if the target is wearing an armor."
I levelled up Sneak Attack the most, because most of the time I sneak up on my target before killing it. Better kill it when it doesn't notice you right? I haven't levelled up Trap Master that much, because there are only few traps in the Beasts Dungeoun. It's a miracle that Steal is even in level 5, I never used that skill in the dungeoun, because their are no valuable things in the rats possessions, maybe snatching chest keys from them counts as a Steal? If so that's the reason this skill levelled up. Stab is the best skill I got from levelling up, the damage it deals is good, and it's versatile, using this skill in tandem with Sneak Attack made grinding so much easier. Oh and also my Murderous Dagger have been upgraded thrice. It now looks like this.
"Dagger of Experienced Killer Tier ? (4)
Durability: Infinite Kills: 379/1000 Adds 250 Exp for every kill Deals 500 + 2x DEX physical damage Skill: Sweep Killing Instantly kills enemies that are 20 levels lower than the user Cost: 500 SP Note: Some Monsters and Beings are immune to this"
This is currently my favourite weapon, just it base damage makes me favour this dagger, when it upgraded to tier 4, it changed it's name to "Dagger of Experienced Killer" and it then have the Sweep Killing skill. Which in my opinion is OP. I asked Reika earlier and she confirmed that only ultimate class beings and above are the ones immune to this skill. Meaning that, for example,if my enemy is not 8 winged and above fallen angel, I can easily kill them. I'm basically dealing 1000+ physical damage every time I use Stab in tandem with Sneak Attack using this dagger. But I'm keeping this dagger as a trump card when I'm not in the dungeouns. Rias and the devils will surely notice it, for it have some dark aura surrounding it. I'm going to buy a weapon later in the shop before going to school, so that I won't be unarmed if ever I get into trouble.
I fell asleep thinking what kind of weapon should I choose.
*Timeskip*
I just came home from school. Nothing new happened except for Issei bragging about getting a girlfriend. School is getting boring, for I have studied the topics they are teaching. The only nice thing that happened is that I saw Sona in the Library discussing something with the librarian. We chatted for a while, before she eventually left because she has duties. And I again couldn't resist staring at her backside, which by the way she walks does a sexy sway, maybe it's my lustful trait, it is certainly affecting me, but that's not how normally Sona walks so I'm curious if she's doing it purposely. I saw her smirk at me when she moved out of the room, and mouthed "pervert". Damn woman, I knew it she did that purposely to tease me. When I'm walking home, I felt somebody following me. That somebody didn't do anything except following me and maybe observing me. Shaking away my thought about the day, I entered my room, and looked outside through the window and saw my stalker, she is heading back to school. I don't recognise her but if I'm right she is a bishop of Sona. So Sona thinks of me as a potential peerage member huh? It actually makes sense, she personally invited me to join the student council after all. Too bad that I dislike being under someone. I think I should join the student council though, so that I can measure where I stand against them if ever they become my enemies, that and to try to foster a positive relationship with them, and if possible, an alliance with them, if ever they discover my knowledge of the supernatural. Having them as allies is better than having them as enemies after all. I decided to buy a lance or a spear, because it have range and it looks cool, I admit that I'm biased on spears and lances, I love the character of Cu Chtulain as a Lancer in Fate/Stay Night, which leads to my liking of pole arm weapons. I bought a Reinforced Iron Spear in the shop, it costs 10000¥ but it's fine, I got loads of money from grinding in the dungeoun. I also have bought the "Basic Mana Manipulation" Skill book. And another 2 Skill books called "Pole Arm Mastery" and "Dagger Mastery" both costs 7500¥ each. I bought this skill books because according to Reika, using this skill books after obtaining the said skill will instantly raise the skill level to 20. So that's what I plan on doing. I have 25000¥ left when I finished buying. I've decided to place the rat body parts that I've looted in the dungeoun to the bank. My reason for this is that if ever that I acquire alchemist and other magic related production classes, I will surely need ingredients. I'm sure that there is something that requires a rat body part as a ingredient. That is one of my plans, place all the items I deemed useless in the bank or if not, just sell it in the shop. By the way, the Sakura Katana is really beautiful, I placed it earlier above the door, inside my bedroom.
I inquired Reika earlier about the skill and class levels, how to get a secondary class, and how to get a production class. She said that Class and Skill levels are maxed at 50. I can get a secondary class once I maxed or mastered 2 different classes. And lastly I can only get a production class once I maxed or mastered 3 different classes.
I also asked Reika if I can somehow affect the Gacha to be able to get a specific item, namely the magical suppressor. She said that I can't, but I can place filters, for example, if I want a weapon that is elemental or conceptual, I must choose magical weapons as a filter. So if I want a magical suppressor, I need to choose magical accessories. But Reika advised me that instead of going for an magical suppressor, I should go for magical concealment skills. Her reason for this is that items may be destroyed and/or lost, while skills is always with me. To which I found sensible and logical. So instead of magical accessories as a filter, I will choose miscellaneous skills as a filter. One may say that magical concealment and magical suppression is the same, but I disagree, because there are many magical concealment skills, example is invisibility, it hides you in plain sight, but your magic or aura can still be felt. I'm in need of a skill that suppresses or conceals my magic and life force. I remembered that some beings can feel one's life force, like the yokais so I need that too, as my SP is getting higher. Koneko is a nekoshou, and I don't want her sensing my life force. Because I don't want to be part of their group. I dislike Rias, let's end it at that. If I'm going to be reincarnated as a devil, I'd rather be Sona's. It's a unbiased decision, I'm not biased, not at all.
"Whatever that makes you rest master~" Reika says teasingly ...
Shut up Reika.
I shook my head as Reika shows me pictures of Sona in our conversations, I don't know how Reika even got those pictures. I unequipped my uniform, then I equipped my usual outfit. I closed the curtains in the windows, just to be sure, because I'm not sure if there are others people watching me, my sensory skill is still low levelled after all. And then entered the Beasts Dungeoun, hoping to find a Gacha Ticket.
*Timeskip*
It's been a few hours, 3 I guess? I've slain so many rats and I've levelled up 5 more times since I entered this dungeon I got a new thief class skill called "Eavesdrop", a active/passive skill that let's me hear for longer distances. Useful for espionage, but primarily useless for now. I have also fought my first boss monster, which in my opinion is underwhelming. It is called The Rat King, level 15, have high STR and END, both stat around 150, but so painfully dumb and slow. All of it's stats besides STR and END are 10. The only thing noteworthy about it is it's "Frenzy" skill which gives it a +250% attack speed. It's quite a spectacle to see, it is slow, but it swings it's axe blindingly fast, it almost got me, but a timed flicker saved me from death. The "Frenzy" skill only lasted for a minute, which didn't help the rat king at all. A few flickers and I'm far from it. And when it reached me the skill have gone out. Which in turn exhausted it, giving me enough time to go behind it and used "Stab" ten times using my Dagger of Experienced Killer, which resulted to it's death. I looted it's body and gained it's weapon which is now useless after the use of the "Frenzy" Skill, apparently, said skill reduces the weapons durability by 1 every second the skill is active. The great axe's durability is only 55, so you got the math. I've trained in using my spear and have acquired the "Pole Arms Mastery Skill" which now is at level 30, my "Dagger Mastery" on the other hand is now level 38. I also found 3 Gacha Tickets in some chests to which I will roll once I'm home. My stats is now like this.
Jin Taiga The Gamer Class: Thief Lvl 26 Lvl 27 HP - 2500 Regen : 649.80 per min MP - 400 Regen : 104.6 per min SP - 1250 Regen : 278.4 per min B. DMG - 962 Exp - 23% (+15%)
STR - 100 END - 150 DEX - 125 INT - 50 WIS - 50 CHA - 50 LCK - 50 Stat Points: 115
Perks: Genius, Nature Sensitive, Natural Sensor, Wise Man, Hard Hitter, Peak Human, Lady's Man, Enhanced Reflexes Traits : Human, Athletic, Charismatic,
Lady Luck's Child, Eidetic Memory, Enhanced Reflexex Flaws: Lustful, Envious, Remorseless, Cold Blooded
I've used stat crystals that I've looted which is the reason why my END is in 150 and STR is in 100. I've gained the skill "Body Development" for having 150 END, which adds 10 HP for every point of END. And the skill "Massive Criticals" for having 100 STR, which brings my critical damage from 150% to 250%. My HP Regen have gained a massive boost thanks to the "Body Development" skill, basically I can fully regenerate my HP in just 5 minutes. Something which I found nice. Goog haul for the day, I`ll continue grinding tommorow. For now I should head back and rest, i may not suffer fatigue that much because of (Gamer`s Body), but can still feel the mental stress and exhaustion settling in.
