Thanksgiving With The Morgan's-Ch 3
A little while later after their plane had landed in Chicago they were walking hand-in-hand through the huge airport looking around to find either his mom or his sisters somewhere in the crowd. Derek smiled when he heard Sarah say, "baby brother over here", they turned to see him and Desi making their way over to them smiling and waving.
Derek pulled them both into his arms and hugged them, the girls then hugged Penelope and Desi said, "welcome to Thanksgiving Morgan style girlie, you are gonna love spending the holidays with us". Penelope grinned and said, "I never doubted that for a second Desi" causing the younger girl to grin, she then wrapped her arm around Penelope's neck and whispered, "you two look so good together".
Penelope blushed and said, "t t thanks", Desi released Penelope and said, "come on guys traffic is horrible and ma is waiting patiently at home for her baby boy and his baby girl" as everybody turned around and after Derek grabbed their luggage they headed toward the exit. The ride back to Frans house was filled with the girls talking and filling Derek in on everything that had happened since he had last visited them.
Derek said, "sounds like you two have been busy", Sarah said, "yeahhhh, kinda but staying busy is a good thing right"?, Derek laughed and said, "right big sister and trust me when I say that me and baby girl can definitely relate to the staying busy part". Penelope nodded her head and said, "no doubt there hotstuff, none whatsoever" as they continued their drive through town.
As they pulled up in front of Frans house a few minutes later Derek got out of the car and held out his hand and Penelope smiled as she slipped her smaller hand in his big one and got out of the car. Derek said, "follow my sisters inside, I'll grab our things and be right in", she nodded her head and said, "okay hotstuff" as she followed Desi and Sarah inside.
Fran was just walking out of the kitchen when Desi and Sarah walked into the house, Fran said, "you are back sooner than I figured you would be" and Sarah said, "traffic wasn't as bad coming back as it was going to town". Penelope stepped through the door and was immediately met with a motherly and loving hug from the one and only Fran Morgan, causing a smile to grace both of their faces.
When Fran pulled back she said, "welcome to Chicago and Thanksgiving with the Morgan's" and Penelope said, "thanks for having me Fran" and Fran said, "honey you are welcome here any time". Penelope smiled and said, "thank you", Fran said, "anytime sweetie, anytime" and then she looked at Desi and said, "where is your brother"?, Derek walked through the door carrying the luggage and said, "right here momma".
He put the luggage down and was enveloped in a loving hug from his mother, when she pulled away she said, "it feels like forever since you've been here honey, it's good to see you", she then turned to Penelope and said, "both of you". Derek said, "sorry that I haven't been here in a while ma but sadly unsubs don't discriminate on when they attack" and Fran said, "it's okay baby boy I understand, I'm just glad that the two of you are here now".
Derek said, "come on sweetness and I'll show you to your room", Fran said, "yes, yes, please get settled in and then come back downstairs for dinner", Penelope said, "okay, thanks Fran" as she then followed Derek up the stairs and down the hall toward her room for the next week.
Derek laid her luggage on her bed and said, "my room is right across the hall and their are two bathrooms up here, on beside my room and one way down at the end of the hall". Penelope said, "this place is huge". Derek said, "I did a lot of work on it, wanted to make it more homey for ma and the girls" and Penelope nodded her head and said, "and of course you did an amazing job hotstuff".
Penelope felt her heart racing as she watched Derek walk closer to her, he wrapped his arms around her waist and leaned in and gently pressed his lips against hers, she moaned as his tongue slid inside her mouth. As he deepened the kiss she wrapped her arms around him and held him close, she never wanted to let him go, not now, not ever.
Finally when they pulled apart he rested his forehead against hers and said, "I love you baby girl", she said, "and I love you hotstuff, always have and always always will", he then swatted her butt and said, "let me drop my things off and then we'll head back downstairs to rejoin ma and the girls for some lunch".
Penelope nodded her head and said, "sounds good angel fish, sounds good" and as she watched him walk out of the room her fingers automatically reached for her lips, the lips that he had just kissed, again. She blew out a deep breath and said, "something tells me that this Thanksgiving is going to be amazing", she then looked up to see Derek standing there holding his hand out to her.
She slid her hand in his and grinned as they made their way toward the stairs so they could rejoin Fran and the girls for some delicious lunch.
