Mei Hatsume was without a doubt an inventor extra-ordinate and even that may be an understatement.
She had done a lot of crazy things in her life; from calling her inventions 'babies' and exploding said 'babies' at least once a day. She also expected a lot of crazy things to happen to her and her 'babies' in future, but she was not expecting a portal to open in her workshop out of nowhere nor was she expecting a mechanical box to drop out of it.
Without a care in the world, Mei made her way towards the box. If it was any other sane person, they would have first panicked then proceeded with caution. Fortunately or unfortunately, depending on the perspective, Mei Hatsume was not sane, the words like sane and normal were missing from Mei Hatsume's dictionary. So, no, Mei was not sane.
Picking up the note attached to the box Mei noticed it was addressed to her, Nezu and Izuku Midoriya- if she remembered correctly was Muscles, the only other person except Power Loader who can keep up with her craziness and sometimes helped her with her 'babies'.
Stopping all of her, Mei picked the box and note and made her way to the Principal's office.
To many, it may seem out of character for Mei to not open it right there, but even if the note was addressed to her and Muscles, it was also addressed to Principal Nezu and she knew better than to mess with something addressed to the maniac Principal.

Principal's office, U.A.
Nezu was sipping tea after finishing his work for the day when a knock came at his door.
"Who is it?" He wasn't expecting anyone at the moment except if it was Aizawa complaining 'I don't get paid enough for this shit' which caused the Rodent to chuckle.
"Mei Hatsume, Sir." A muffled voice sounded outside the door.
Nezu was surprised by Mei's visit. ' Does she need a new workshop? More materials? If so, she could have just asked Power Loader.'
"Come in Young Hatsume." Nezu allowed the young student to enter.
The door creaked open to show Mei with a Mechanical Box in her hands which looked awfully futuristic.
Nezu raised a curious eyebrow. "How can I help you, Hatsume-kun? Is that one of your new 'Babies'"?
"No Sir, Actually...um... How should I explain this?" Mei hesitated a bit, looking uncertain, which the principal knew was not her normal behaviour.
"Go ahead Hatsume-kun, I'm all ears."
Hatsume then went on to explain everything to Nezu about the Mechanical Box.
"Hmm... You say it's addressed to me, you and Midoriya-kun, correct?" Nezu had an unknown gleam in his eyes which Mei could not point out but was enough to send shivers down her spine.
"Yes, Sir!" Mei nonetheless replied.
"Please put it on my table." Nezu gently ordered, his mind furiously working to figure out what the box was.
"Yes, Sir!"
Nezu first checked the device for any threats then connected to the P.A. systems in the Teacher office.
"Please all Teachers and Pro-Heroes present gather in the Conference Room in 5 minutes, and Majima? Please come to my office as soon as possible." The excitement in Nezu's voice sent a shiver down the teachers and pro heroes spine.
They all were curious and worried why the principal needed them and because of the excitement Nezu's voice contained, had a single thought in their mind. 'God, Please save us.'

5 minutes later, Conference Room
When all the teachers and Pro Heroes had gathered in the room, Nezu came with Power Loader and Mei behind him with the former holding a box in his hand.
Many raised curious brows on to what a student was doing here and what the device was.
"Nezu, why is Hatsume here?" Aizawa was the first to question the pinkette's presence. It seemed illogical to him as to what a student was doing in a teacher and Pros conference.
Nezu didn't say anything, only motioning Power Loader to put the box in front of him.
Nezu looked at all the people present in the conference The teachers (Aizawa, Nemuri, Hizashi, Snipe, Cementoss, Thirteen, Ectoplasm, All Might, Vlad King, Hound Dog), Pro heroes ( Endeavour, Mirko, Ryukyu, Wild, Wild Pussycats, Gran Torino, Death Arms, Fat Gum, Sir Nighteye with his sidekick Bubble Girl and Lurkers) who had all come to U.A. to give student tips on improving themselves and David Shield who was currently visiting U.A. on All Might's request and was giving some tips to the Students of Support Course during his stay.
"Thank You all for gathering on such short notice." Nezu began.
"This better be worthy of my time." Growled Endeavor.
"Oh don't worry about it, Endeavor. And as for answering your question Aizawa, Mei is present because of this box-device here." Nezu answered both Pro-heroes.
"So you gathered us all here to show Hatsume's invention?" Snipe questioned.
"Of course not. Actually, this isn't built by Young Hatsume." Nezu clarified.
"Certainly, it looks way too futuristic for her to build." David voiced his opinion as he examined the Box-Device from his seat.
"Correct. Now I should tell you where this came from. Hatsume-kun here was working on one of her 'babies' as she calls the-"
"Babies!?" asked incredulously.
"Ah... that's what she calls her inventions." Power Loader explained while everyone who didn't know about her turned to Mei who was just giving them a huge smile.
"Back to where I was. As I said she was working on one of her 'babies' when a portal opened up in her Lab and threw this device outside." Nezu started only to be interrupted again.
"A Portal!?"
"Was it the league!?"
"But Kurogiri is locked in prison!"
"Now now... please calm down everyone and this is the second time you have interrupted me." Nezu said the last part with a feral grin on his face which promised pain. He truly enjoyed their reaction when he did so. Sadist.
Everyone squirmed on their seats when the Principal spoke and quieted down immediately.
"The portal that opened in Hatsume-kun's lab was of Dark blue color instead of Kurogiri's Purple and was more cosmic. If it was any villain they would have directly harmed her instead of leaving a box. I also checked with Majima's help if it was anything dangerous. But we found nothing." Nezu explained his reasons for not doubting the league and honestly, he was a bit offended if they thought he wouldn't check it for traps first.
Everyone was now confused about where the box came from and why it was dropped in a student's lab but before anyone could question Nezu spoke again.
"We also found a note with it."
"A note?"
"Who is addressed to?" A few heroes asked.
"Well..." Nezu took a glance at Aizawa, who, including a few others noticed it and he immediately knew that today was going to be a long and shitty day.
"It's addressed to me," Everyone held a curious expression but it soon changed into confusion when Nezu continued "Hatsume," Everyone thought it made sense if it was meant for her since it dropped in her lab but were confused why it was for both of them however Nezu was not finished yet. "and" Nezu let the words hang in for a dramatic effect which annoyed everyone whereas one Aizawa Shouta was having a feeling of dread. "One of our other students, Izuku Midoriya."
Absolute silence filled the room. Except for Aizawa face-planting on the table. Everyone knew who he was, they had seen him during the Sports Festival, the kid who broke his bones again and again against Endeavor's kid when fighting, fought against Stain and beat the leader of Shie Hassaikai single-handedly. They knew he had a quirk that granted him enough power which broke his bones and was similar to that of All Might. While David knew him as the kid who was All Might's successor, had a great heart and was a friend of his daughter. He also had a suspicion that her daughter had a crush on him but that was a matter for later.
But no one knew why it was addressed to him.
All Might was panicking as to why this note was addressed to his student. The other teachers were in the same state just a bit less compared to Aizawa and All Might.
"Why would it be addressed to Young Midoriya?"
"Why was it addressed to three people?"
'Even though it is concerning and confusing, I'm still gonna enjoy their reaction when I read the name of the one who wrote the letter.' Was Nezu's only thought. Truly Sadist.
"Now Everyone why don't I just read the note and we found out about it." Nezu suggested and without waiting for a response started.
"Dear Nezu,
First of all sorry for sending the MDM box out of nowhere."
'MDM box. So that's what it is called.' Was the collective thought of everyone
"But I had no choice except to do it like this because of the danger involved."
Everyone tensed up at the mention of 'danger'.
"Second, sorry for sending it to Mei's Lab and not to you directly since I don't know any other correct coordinates except her lab."
Everyone had a mix of emotions now. There were a lot of questions in everyone's mind. What was the danger this person was talking about? Why did he know about Mei's Lab's coordinate? And why only her? Mei had the same train of thought but she was more excited than others.
"I'm sending this in the wake of a threat coming to destroy the world, yes, I'm not talking about just a city or country but the whole world. I have explained it all in the MDM Box, I can't explain it in the letter because if this lands in the wrong hands then it wouldn't be pleasant ."
The uneasiness in everyone was rising with every second.
"I request the MDM Box be played in the presence of all the teachers present, pro heroes you trust, yeah sadly Endeavour too ;)"
Everyone had to stifle back a laugh at this, while Endeavor's uneasiness was replaced with anger but he controlled it, he knew better than to show it in front of Nezu.
"I also request you to play it in front of the First Year Hero Classes and your other trusted and capable students. I will say it again, the 'Threat' is too big and dangerous. I can't explain it all in the note that's why I have sent the MDM Box. It has a function attached to it which allows projection play and I believe Mei is capable enough to make it in accordance with the MDM Box."
Mei was already checking the box-device along with Power Loader and David Shield.
"I know you don't have any reason to trust me, you can just discard this as a prank but no one will design a device this complex just to play a prank. You can also assume it as a Villain's ploy but I know you. You wouldn't even be reading this letter without checking for any potential threats. I am asking you to trust me on this and please, watch it as soon as you can. We don't have much time. It will only open up in the presence of all three of you.
Izuku Midoriya"

"What the Fuck !?" Everyone shouted together.
They had no idea what to think about this. Everyone agreed with it being too complex for a prank and if it was a Villain's ploy it would have already done it's work and Nezu had already checked for it. What caused the reaction was the name of who wrote the letter. Izuku Midoriya. Why would he write a letter to himself? When did that kid have access to a quirk with portals? What threat was he talking about and how did he know about it? Couldn't he have just come to the Principal? When and how did he build something so complex?
Aizawa and Toshinori's minds had stopped working as soon as they heard the name of the addressor. They didn't know what was going on anymore.
Aizawa just decided to go with the 'Fuck it all' button and pretended as nothing happened.
All of this was happening while Nezu was cackling like a madman internally. After having enough fun he finally said.
"Now I believe you all have a lot of questions but as the letter said we can only get the answers when we play the MDM Box. Aizawa please gather 1-A, Vlad please bring 1-B and All might please bring Shinso Hitoshi from General St. Department since he will be joining the hero course next year and The Big 3 to the auditorium. We will be playing the MDM Box there. Now Hatsume-kun, how much time will it take you -?"
"She's already left, sir. She said she had something designed for the projection already." Power Loader informed Nezu, exasperated by his students' behaviour.
Nezu nodded and made a mental note that the creator of this box or addressor 'Izuku Midoriya' knew a lot about Hatsume Mei.
"The rest follow me please."
At Height Alliance 1-A
Class 1-A and Izuku Midoriya after a stressful day, were busy with their own things.
Momo and Iida were busy helping Kyouka, Toru, Mina and Sero with homework.
Uraraka and Asui were busy idle talking about the Battle Training and tips given to them by pro heroes.
Bakugo was being Bakugo, playing something with Kirishima and Kaminari.
Sato and Koda were busy in the kitchen trying out new sweet recipes.
Todoroki was mumbling something about All Might and Izuku being connected. Please ignore him.
Aoyama was busy looking at the readers.
Shoji, Ojiro and Tokoyami were discussing the tips that were given by Pro heroes.
Izuku meanwhile was talking with Melissa who was visiting U.A. with her father at All Might's invitation. She had been staying with 1-A mostly, with Izuku most of the time. Both of them were currently playing with Eri and Kota, chuckling at the antics of both the kids.
Uraraka had a pang of jealousy in her heart after watching both of them act so closely. The rest of the girls had the same feeling but no one knew why or what that feeling was.
Todoroki only smiled seeing the scene in front of him and nodded sagely thinking his DadMight theory will never be proved wrong.
All attention was drawn to the entrance when the doors slammed open and a very tired looking Aizawa came inside. Even from a glance, anyone could tell that Aizawa had gone into 'Fuck it all' mode.
"Line Up. Follow." That was all he said to the students and they complied, none wanting to push their teacher any further.
On the way to the Auditorium, they were met with their rival class 1-B.
"What are you Class - A lose-" Monoma started but was silenced by Kendo knocking him out.
"Sorry. You guys know how he is." Kendo apologised with an apologetic smile.
"No worries, Kendo-san. But do you know why we are here?" Momo asked her 1-B counterpart.
"We have no idea either. Sensei only told us to follow him." Kendo gave another apologetic smile.
"Is that so?" Momo said with a frown
Izuku then noticed the Big 3 and Shinso Hitoshi also joining them.
"Hi, Shinso-Kun." Midoriya called out to Mini-Aizawa with a wave who waved back with a tired sigh.
"Hi, Midoriya." Shinso returned his greeting.
"Meet her Shinso-Kun. She's Melissa Shield. She's an excellent inventor and Melissa-san, meet Shinso-Kun. He is a General Studies first year student and will be joining the Hero Course next year." Izuku introduced two of his friends to each other.
"Hello." Melissa gave a polite smile to Shinso
"Hello." Shinso the greeting with a polite smile of his own.
"How are you Midoriya and Eri-chan?" Togata asked with a cheerful smack to Izuku's back which nearly caused him to fall.
"We are fine Togata-senpai. We were just playing before coming here." Izuku replied.
"Is that so? Did you enjoy yourself, Eri-chan and Kota-Kun?" Mirio asked, crouching in front of the kids.
"Yes! Papa Deku is awesome !" Eri spoke with enthusiasm.
"Yeah! Deku is awesome! " Kota also added his own thoughts but feeling jealous of Eri calling his idol 'Papa'.
Izuku was a full-grown tomato from head to toe on Eri referring to him as 'Papa'.
Many cooed at the sight. Admiring how much of a doting-father figure he was to the two.
When they reached the Auditorium they saw Mei, Power Loader and David Shield setting up a projector and connecting it to a Mechanical Box-Device. They also noticed all the Pro heroes who were at U.A. to give advice and the teachers sitting at the back rows of the seats arranged
Many of the students including Izuku and Iida who knew about Hatsume's tendency to blow everything whenever she worked on anything stopped dead in their tracks. They had to move however when The Principal motioned them to sit.
Everyone started sitting in whatever place they could find.
In the first row, the first seat was left for Hatsume so she could keep a close eye on the machine. Next to her Iida, Asui, Uraraka, Melissa, Izuku, Kota on a mini seat, Eri on another mini-seat, Mirio and Tamaki sat respectively.
In the second row Tokoyami, Shihai, Shoji, Nejire, Momo, Kyouka, Kendo, Mina, Toru and Sero sat respectively.
When everyone was settled the Principal walked up to the front and addressed the students.
"Good Evening students. I'm sure most of you must be wondering why you were gathered here today. The reason is, the box you are currently seeing behind me, it was delivered to Young Hatsume's lab today by an unknown portal."
Many gasped at the statement wondering if it was done by some villain and why did they choose her. Izuku gave Mei a worried look to which she returned with a bright smile and a thumbs up much to the jealousy of Uraraka and a few other girls present who didn't know what the feeling was.
"There's no need to worry however, we have checked the device for any potential threats. It also contained a note addressed to me, Hatsume-kun and Midoriya-kun." Most of the heads snapped in the direction of Izuku giving him questioning looks.
"Why is it addressed to you Deku?" Uraraka asked her not so secret crush.
"What the fuck Deku!? Why is it addressed to you!?"
"U-Um.. I-I don't know," Izuku replied while flailing his arms in front of his face. 'So that's why the Pros and teachers were glancing at me again and again when I entered.'
"Now, don't crowd Young Midoriya students. We will come to know about it once we see the MDM Box."
"If you don't mind me asking sir, why are we all here then if it's addressed to you three, what if the box is dangerous, and what is MDM Box's full form?" Momo asked her question to which a lot of students nodded thinking about the same thing.
"First of all, we have already checked for any potential threats in the device Yaoyorozu-kun and we have found none so please be relaxed. Second, there is a threat mentioned in the note that is looming over us and the addressor wanted to tell us about it through the device and has specifically mentioned for you guys to be present. If what it says is true we can't take a risk. Third, I don't know what MDM Box is either. And Before you ask me to, I would read the letter."
Nezu started reading the letter and Todoroki had to hold back a snicker on the mention of his father, however, the uneasiness started crawling up on everyone as the letter started mentioning the threat.
After Nezu finished the letter and mentioned the name of the addressor there was a beat of silence and then all hell broke loose. Shouts and questioning looks were sent to Midoriya asking what the hell was this and why he was pranking them, most notable of them being Bakugo, Monoma and Iida. Izuku was sweating profusely and was unable to speak anything. His mind was racing a hundred miles per hour thinking what the hell was happening.
"Silence." Aizawa had to use his quirk to silence everyone down. "We don't know for sure who this person is. He may be just playing with us or may have the same name as Midoriya. So just wait for the Video to start."
"Thank you, Aizawa. Young Hatsume?" Nezu motioned for Mei to begin.
"It is ready sir. My Baby 765 MDM Projector designed specifically for MDM Box."
'I don't have a good feeling about this.' Was the collective thought of a few students when Hatsume said it was 'ready'.
Nezu went back to his seat. David, Power loader and Mei also took their seats.
"Now Young Hatsume would you do the honours please?"
"Yes Sir!" Mei pressed the On button and the screen came to light. A mechanical voice came out.
" Scanning The Audience present. Nezu: Found. Mei Hatsume: Found. Izuku Midoriya: Found."
"Access granted."
"Unauthorized Audience found."
"Do the three Authorized personnel grant access to the unauthorized audience ?" The voice asked.
"Yes," Nezu replied. "Now please reply too, Hatsume-kun and Midoriya-kun."
"Yes." "Yes." Both of them replied simultaneously.
"Access granted to all the Audience."
"Multi-Dimensional Messenger Status: Online."
'So that's MDM.' Was the thought of many.
While Nezu, Izuku, Momo, Iida, David, Melissa and Power Loader had different thoughts. 'Wait! Multi-Dimensional !? Like the Multiverse!?
"You have one unseen video message would you like to check?"
"Yes." Nezu once again said, the name of the device still going in his head and thinking of its potential meaning to them.
"Loading Message from Izuku Midoriya."
Again questioning glances were thrown at Izuku but he didn't pay any attention to them with his attention glued only to the screen, with a notebook in his hand.
As soon as the video started everyone's jaw hit the floor. No one could believe what they were seeing in front of them.
On the screen was a much mature, resident sunshine ball, Izuku Midoriya, with his beautiful curls and freckles on his face all in their full glory. He was wearing Round Glasses adding a mature and cute charm to his face which was already screaming 'Experience and Maturity'.
People were glancing at Izuku then back at the screen again and again. Aizawa had already pushed the 'Fuck it all' button but this was just too much for him. He wanted to say something but couldn't.
All the girls and Pro heroines in the room except Recovery Girl had full-blown blushes glancing between their Izuku and the one on the screen.
Izuku's mind had already stopped working. His mind was going in loops again and again. Who was this guy on the screen? Did he ever record this? Was this some other version of him as the name of the device suggested? If yes, will he ever look like that?
All the boys were either jealous after seeing the girl's reaction or were in a state like Aizawa, especially Bakugo and Monoma.
David and Nezu though were thinking completely opposite, brainstorming and connecting the name of the device to what was showing on the screen. Though David was glancing at his daughter too, noticing her blush.
Before either Bakugo or Monoma could shout, the Izuku on screen gave a soft smile exactly like their own Izuku and spoke in a mature tone.
"Hello."

This is my second story on FFnet and the first multi-chaptered one. It is already on Ch-3 on AO3. I decided to upload it here too, just for the sake of it. The first 2 Chapters are gonna be cringe because when I wrote them I had just started writing, so bear with me for a while.
As for pairings: Izuku/Melissa is definitely gonna be there, so is Izuku/Momo and Izuku/Ochaco. There is a chance others will be there too but no guarantee. However, the other Izukus will be paired with various ladies from their own Universes.
There will be light Bakugo Bashing. If it's not your taste, press the cross button and please leave. I don't want to see messages asking me why I bashed Bakugo when I have already mentioned it here.
