AN: Hello my readers. Here I bring you a new chapter of this story, which is more special than the others. Why? Because here will appear a character that you will surely like that he has appeared in the story. I'll give you a little hint about who he is: he's dressed in red. If you haven't guessed it, read the chapter and you'll know.

When the students and young mutants were ready, they boarded the X-Jet piloted by Colossus and headed straight for Bolivar Trask's base, where construction of sentinels that would pose a danger to the world was underway.

After a couple of hours of flight, the ship was beginning to approach the Bolivar base. Thanks to Professor Xavier's coordinates, they were able to find the base among all the mountainous area.

"Okay, we are approaching the enemy's base. It is very likely that he has noticed our arrival. So be prepared for anything." said Colossus.

Meanwhile, inside the military base, in a dimly lit room, a man could be seen smiling arrogantly. That man was the creator of the project sentinel. Bolivar Trask.

"Before long, those damned mutants will disappear, and I will regain my rightful honor and be known as the savior of mankind." said Bolivar with a light tone of madness.

Suddenly, a scientist came running up to him.

"Sir, we have a problem. It seems that an unidentified flying object approached this place." said the scientist.

"Is it known who are on that ship?" asked Bolivar turning his head slightly to look at the scientist.

"Based on the readings, it appears that half of the crew are mutants, the other half we can't identify them exactly, but they appear to be mutants as well." said the scientist.

"Mmm. Looks like those mutants didn't like our little gift." said Bolivar before turning his gaze forward. "Tell everyone to leave this place immediately."

"What? Are you sure, sir? They're mutants. If they make it this far, everything we've worked on will be gone." the scientist said with concern.

"Believe me, I had a feeling they would come sooner or later. But don't worry, I have what it takes to take care of them right here." said Bolivar.

As he said that, the camera focused on what he was looking at and, although there wasn't much illumination, several rows of sentinels, lots, and lots of sentinels, could be seen.

"Once we take care of those mutants, we will release all of them around the world to hunt down any mutants they come across, ridding humanity of that threat and then everyone will regret turning down my project." said Bolivar.

After a couple of minutes, the X-Jet landed in a safe place near the base entrance. All the passengers got out and prepared for what awaited them on the other side.

"Remember. Our objective is to stop Trask and whatever he's doing in there. If things get messy, we will fall back immediately. Understood?" asked Colossus.

"Understood." said Wanda.

"Okay! It's payback time!" exclaimed Katsuki slapping his palm.

"Yes! He'll pay for hurting our friends!" exclaimed Eijiro.

"I know you will be frustrated because of what happened earlier at the academy, but don't let anger and revenge cloud your judgment. Be clear minded, work together and we will be able to move forward." said Colossus.

"But how are we going to get in?" asked Bobby looking at the entrance door to the base.

"I have an idea. I can use my acid to try to open a hole big enough for all of us to get through." said Mina.

"That's a good idea, but still, we don't know if there are people on the other side waiting for us to attack." said Laura.

"Leave that to me." said Kitty approaching the door. With her powers, Kitty walked through the door and a few seconds later came back. "It's weird. There's no one inside."

"What? No one's there?" asked Ochaco.

"Maybe they're all on break." said Kurt jokingly.

"Either that or it's a trap." said Rogue suspiciously.

"Whatever it is, we can't waste time. You may proceed, young Mina." said Colossus giving Mina permission to move forward with her idea.

Placing her hands on the door, Mina secreted as much acid as she could, managing to make a hole so big that even Colossus could fit in it.

"We can go in now." said Mina being the first to enter, followed by everyone else.

Just as Kitty had said, the place is completely empty, there was nothing and no one. One would think it was abandoned.

"There's not a soul. Haven't we got the wrong base?" asked Eijiro.

"The coordinates led to this place and the professor isn't usually wrong about these things. We are definitely in the right place." said Colossus.

"But it's very suspicious that there's no one there." said Shoto.

"Maybe, but we'll have to take a chance if we want to stop Trask. So, let's move on." said Colossus proceeding to walk with the students and young mutants close behind him.

For about an hour, the group had been surveying the whole place. They would have continued to think they were in the wrong base if it wasn't for the fact that they found several rooms with things that made it look like there were people, but they had to leave recently, which implied that they had learned of their arrival and had escaped.

A couple of them suggested leaving because the locals had left, but Colossus insisted that they should check it thoroughly in case they had left anything important about Bolivar and his sentinels.

Right now, they found themselves walking down a hallway.

While most of them stayed focused waiting for some sign of danger, one of them was frustrated that nothing had happened since they had arrived and that was Katsuki.

He was about to scream at the top of his lungs when suddenly, Colossus stopped, causing the others to stop as well.

"What's wrong?" asked Izuku.

"Shh. Something's coming." whispered Colossus.

At the warning of approach, the students and young mutants braced themselves for the possible fight.

The place was silent for a moment until suddenly, a small explosion happened on the ground that left a big hole.

Cautiously, everyone positioned themselves near the hole and prepared to fight whatever was going to come out of there.

"Wait!" shouted a man from inside the hole as he thrust his hands outward in surrender. "I just want you to know one thing. I'm in a red suit. Do you know why?" asked the man confusing the others. "Well, that's so bad guys can't see me bleed. This guy's got the right idea. He wore the brown pants." said the man pointing at Katsuki.

"WHAT DID YOU SAY?!" asked Katsuki very angry as he had understood the man's sentence.

Colossus patted his face.

"Ugh. There's only one person stupid enough to blurt out a thing like that" Colossus said with a sigh of sorrow and frustration.

"Wait, that voice." began the man before lowering his arms and sticking his head out of the hole, allowing everyone to see that it was covered by a red and black mask. "Colossus!" exclaimed the man in red jumping out of the hole with a leap.

"Deadpool, what are you doing here?!" asked Colossus.

"Uh... I have another question. Who is Deadpool?" asked Eijiro.

"I'll do you one better! Why is Deadpool?" asked the man.

"Is it that you know him?" asked Kurt to the steel mutant.

"Unfortunately, yes. You shouldn't be here, Deadpool. Leave right now!" demanded Colossus, showing that he didn't want him to be here.

"Oh, come on. Do you have any idea what it took for me to convince the author to get me into this story? I had to give him a little push, you know what I mean?" asked Deadpool winking.

Deadpool! That was supposed to stay between us!

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. Whatever you say." said Deadpool.

"Who is he talking to?" asked Ochaco to Izuku in a low voice.

"I don't know." said Izuku in a low voice and very confused with the man in the red suit.

"I don't care why you're here. This is an X-Men mission, and you don't belong to this group." said Colossus.

"What? How can you say that after everything we went through together?" asked Deadpool.

"I'd rather forget the whole thing." said Colossus.

"Please let me in on this. I'll be good. Scout's honor." said Deadpool putting his right hand on his heart and stretching out the index and middle fingers of his left hand.

Colossus wanted to refuse and kick Deadpool out of the place if necessary, but the encounters he had with him in the past made him see that no matter what, he always came back, like a boomerang and this time would be no different.

Colossus let out a frustrated sigh.

"That's fine. You can come along, but you'll have to follow MY orders. Understood?" asked Colossus.

"On your orders, Sergeant." said Deadpool with a military pose.

With the new addition, the group continued their inspection of the site. Though many looked confused and/or interested in the man in red.

"Colossus, who is he exactly? Is he some hero?" asked Izuku.

"He's not a hero, but he's not a villain either. He's a mutant who's dedicated to killing any criminal that gets in his way." said Colossus.

"K-Killing? But that's not what heroes do." said Ochaco.

"Like I said, he's not a hero, but I saw potential in him to be one and tried to recruit him to be an X-Men." said Colossus.

"And did you?" asked Kitty not picturing someone like Deadpool as an X-Men.

"Unfortunately, Deadpool is like a child, a child armed to the teeth who obeys no one but himself." said Colossus.

"Wait, if he's a mutant, what powers does he have?" asked Bobby interested.

"Mostly, immortality." said Colossus surprising the students and young mutants.

"So, he has the same power as Wolverine?" asked Shoto.

"Close. While he hasn't lived as long as Logan, his healing factor is far greater than his. You can cut off a limb or break him in half, but he'll still be alive, and his missing parts will regenerate over time." explained Colossus.

The students and young mutants were amazed by the abilities of the mutant in red. They thought Wolverine was strong for having lived so many years, but Deadpool was something else, for, with his extreme healing power, he could overcome any wound inflicted on him, no matter how deadly.

"I know, I know. I'm fabulous." said Deadpool.

"Man, you're the manliest mutant I've ever met." said Eijiro.

"Thanks, but the credit goes not only to me, but to artist Rob Liefeld and writer Fabian Nicieza." said Deadpool.

"Who?" asked Mina.

"Never mind. Anyway, this chapter isn't going to be long enough to explain everything." said Deadpool.

"What the hell are you talking about, lunatic?" asked Katsuki.

"Nothing I shouldn't know, Sparky Sparky Boom Man." said Deadpool.

"What did you just call me?" asked Katsuki wanting to blast the mutant in red.

Their walk continued until suddenly, they came to a dead end.

"Jo. This is a maze." said Kurt.

"How are we going to find anything if we don't know where on the base we are?" asked Rogue tired of taking so many detours around the base.

"Okay. Let's turn around and come up with another plan." said Colossus.

But suddenly, the only entrance and exit to the room quickly closed, locking everyone inside.

"W-what's going on?" asked Ochaco.

"I don't know, but I don't like it." said Wanda preparing for a possible fight, as did the others.

Before anyone could say anything, a green gas began to spew inside the enclosed room.

"What is this?" asked Bobby.

"Ugh. I suddenly...feel...very...weak." said Kitty before falling unconscious to the floor.

"Kitty!" exclaimed Ochaco with concern before collapsing in a faint as well.

"It's sleeping gas! Don't breathe it!" said Colossus covering his mouth.

However, even though they all quickly covered their mouths and noses, they had breathed enough for the gas to take effect. One by one, they all eventually fell unconscious to the ground.

Before Izuku's consciousness faded, though his vision was a bit blurry, he could see the gas in the room fade before a door opened and through it a man stepped in front of them. The last thing he received were some uncomprehending words from the man before unconsciousness overtook him.
