"You want to avenge your brother"

It was not a statement rather a sentence coming out of the ten-year-olds mouth.

"I-I don't!" Iida stuttered. How did the girl even know he wanted to take revenge on the Hero Killer? A kid wasn't supposed to know that!

"You do" Sakura stated, clearly not convinced.

"I do not! And you shouldn't even be here, where is Aziwa-sensei?" He questioned, looking around frantically so to distract the girl from the topic.

"I am just here to say goodbye to a few people and will be helping Recovery girl in the nearby hospital for the internship as well"

"Internship? But you are not even of age yet, you shouldn't be allowed to fight!" He protested, his brother...oh gods his brother had always told him that children under 15 were not allowed to be trained as heroes or participate in a fight.

His brother was never wrong. That bastard Stain was going to pay!

"I won't be doing any fighting," she said and twisted on her ankle to get a better look at him "besides, it is only for a short while" After a moment "You shouldn't get off track, Lida-san"

Sakura sent a cute, unharming glare his way which he pointedly ignored.

"You shouldn't avenge you brother this way. Iida-san, your brother is a pro-hero, isn't he? He couldn't beat the Hero Killer. How do you expect to? I do not want you take the same as Sasuke did" she shook her head " and...I do not want to loose another nii-san, do I?"

Sakura-chan smiled at him. His eyes widened in surprise at the words. Nii-san? Nii-san, like his brother?

He was a big brother?

"I-I..." No words formulated in his mouth...he was speechless...and he didn't even know it!

" I once heard a story, ya know. Of a boy who devoted years his life avenging his brother's death. It didn't work out in the end now did it?" She eyed him curiously with her leaf green eyes "The older brother never wanted that. Never wished for his death to be avenged. Dose your brother want you to take revenge? He doesn't Iida nii-san, he doesn't and you shouldn't as well!"

"What happened to that boy?" Iida asked, clearly hesitant. The boy was like him then? He too was set on seeking vengeance?

"He had a friend, a very good friend, a blond idiot who saved him from the darkness...-"

"Like you" Iida interrupted before he could help himself. He could see the girl trying to help him. Like a good sister should.

Haruno-chan looked surprised for a moment but masked it with a thoughtful gaze "Maybe like me" she replied. "Oh, Midoriya nii-san is there already. I will talk to you later, Aniki and...Remember what I said!"

She ran away, waving at him all the while.

Iida could only wish it were that simple. He could only wish...

Hizashi: Shouta, why has your student not moved from his seat for the past hour?

Shouta: Oh many reasons Hizashi, you should ask Sakura, she knows the best.

...

Hizashi: Sakura-chan! Why is Iida-kun not moving from his seat? He has been sitting there for hours!

Sakura: Lida nii-san? Well, he is writing a book. I'm pretty sure it's gonna become the best seller in no time when it's released! You should read it too when it's released, Hizashi-san

Hizashi's eyes twitched. Shouta's did the same and they both screamed bloody murder.
