The night blared around the city, as the moon gave light to all the people awake around this time.

Tsuna didn't know if he should believe the words of a man that had concussion. Yet he was a part of their Family. He was a Vongola. If it was in the past, he would have still helped them even though he was really hesitant on being the Decimo.

Now, he had this overwhelming feeling in his chest that he needs to protect everyone within the Vongola.

Walking on the sidesteps as he gathered his thoughts, he felt his phone vibrate.

: He was found across the outer parts of the town. In here

- sent a picture of an unused building.

' Should I go? ' He thought, clenching his phone. He heard a soft roar and looked at his animal ring. Right now, he was already wearing the X-gloves with the Sky Vongola Ring. He had his X-contacts and he was already wearing his X-headphones.

" I should. " He uttered as he went into his Hyper Dying Will Mode. He released his flames as it flared around his gloves, pointing his hands downwards. He thrust upwards as he headed towards the building.

The Gremory Peerage went to the unused building which was located at the outer part of the town. They had come to deal with an Exiled Devil who was luring in humans so it could feed on them.

"Smell of blood..." Koneko spoke up as she sniffed the area, Issei tried to take a tentative sniff only to find he couldn't smell anything.

Rias stood at the front of the group, looking reliable with her hands on her hips. Issei's eyes doing a quick look at her body before catching himself looking at her chest, forcing himself to look away as she spoke up "Issei, it's a good opportunity to experience what it's like to fight."

"Really!? I'm not sure I'll be of much use!"

"Yes. It's still impossible now." She said looking straight at him.

"But you can watch what a Devils' battle is like. Today, just concentrate and look at how we fight. I will also explain the traits the Servants have."

"Traits..?" Issei asked tilting his head, Rias smiling as she nodded.

"Devils who become a master give traits to those who will become their Servants. Yes, it's probably about time I explain about it and the history of Devils as well..."

From then she started to explain the current situation of the Devils to her new servant "There was a three sided war between the Devils, the Fallen Angels, and God with its Angels followers. All three sides had a large army and they fought for almost eternity. As a result, all three sides lost most of their troops and the war finished several hundred years ago with no side winning."

Yuuto continued "The Devils were no exception. Big Devils with Peerage who commanded about 20 or 30 troops lost most of their underlings because of the war. They lost so many that they couldn't even form new armies."

Akeno continued on from there. "I heard that most of the pure Devils passed away in that war. But even after the war, there are still problems between the Devils, the Fallen Angels and God. Even when the Fallen Angels and God's side also lost most of their troops, we are still in a position where we can't let our guard down, or else we will be in trouble."

Then Rias spoke again. "Then, the Devils decided to use a system to form a small group of soldiers. And that is the Evil Piece."

"Evil Piece?" Issei asked confused, expecting things to get complicated from here on as he focused on taking it all in

"Devils with Peerage decide to use the traits of the game "Chess" to their Servant Devils. It was sarcasm, because most of the Servants are Devils that were reincarnated from humans. Since then, Chess became a popular game in the world of the Devils. We'll leave that aside.

Devils who are masters are a "King". In our case, that is me. From there, they created 5 special traits that consist of Queen, Rook, Bishop, Knight and Pawn.

Since they couldn't make an army, they decided to have a small number of Devils and give them enormous powers. This system was made in the past few hundred years, and this unexpectedly became popular amongst Devils with Peerage."

"They started to compete against each other. For example like, " my knight is stronger", or "No, my Rook is stronger!"

As a result, high-class Devils started to play a game like that of Chess against each other using their Servant Devils. We call it the "Rating Game". Anyway, this game became very popular amongst the Devils. Now, there are even tournaments for it. The strength of their "Pieces" and also how strong they are at the game affects the Devils' social position, and their Peerage. There is a thing called "Piece Collect" where they gather humans with talents and make them into their Pieces. It is very popular recently. Talented Servants become their status."

"I'm not a matured Devil yet, so I can't participate in a formal tournament. Even if I could, there are things that I need to go through, or else I can't play. In short, you and my Servants here won't be participating in a game for a while."

"So does that mean that the others haven't played in that game yet?" Issei asked curious

"Yup" Yuuto answered, Issei starting to wonder what piece he was as he asked

"Buchou, what Piece am I? "

"Issei, you are..." Rias started before it suddenly turned cold as they felt the temperature change, Issei shuddered as he heard a voice spoke

"I can smell something disgusting. But I can also smell something delicious. Is it sweet? Or is it sour?" A low voice that sounds like it's coming from below the ground, Issei feeling weird at hearing the scary voice.

"Exiled Devil Vaizor. We are here to eliminate you." Rias declared before the voice came out again, echoing around the room

"Kwakwakwakwakwakwakwa..."

From the shadows, a figure showed up being revealed as a topless woman but with heavy footsteps as her lower body came into view, showing a body of a gigantic beast. In each hand she had a large spear and her lower body had four fat legs with sharp claws as well as a snake tail which moved on its own.

' OPPAI!!!!! ' Issei thought to himself as his face heats up seeing the topless woman but stops when he sees the woman's full body. He shudders at the sight of it.

"Leaving your master's side and rampaging as you please definitely deserves death. In the name of Duke Gremory, I will gladly eliminate you!" Rias declared seriously before the Exiled Devil barked back

"You are cunning for a little girl! I will rip your body and colour it in red just like your hair!"

"Vaizor speaks in a stylish manner. Yuuto!" Rias called out

"Yes!" Yuuto replied before sprinting ahead as soon as Rias ordered him to, Issei surprised at how fast he was moving as he couldn't keep up with his movements.

"Issei, I will continue from the lecture before." Rias spoke to him, Issei nodded remembering that she was talking about the Evil Pieces before, as she continued

"Yuuto's position is "Knight". Its trait is speed. Those who become a knight have their speed increased." Issei watched on as Yuuto easily disappeared with the speed he was travelling Vaizor trying to hit him with her spears but continuously missing

"And Yuuto's ultimate weapon is swords." Yuuto stopped his movements and suddenly he was holding a European sword. He took it out of the scabbard and the naked sword was reflecting the light of the moon before he suddenly disappeared again. The next moment Issei heard the scream from Vaizor

"Gyaaaaaaaaaah!" He looked surprised at seeing both of the Exiled Devil's arms had been cut off, blood gushing out of the wounds as Rias continued

"This is Yuuto's power, speed that you can't follow with your eyes, and sword skills of that of a professional. By combining these two, he became the fastest Knight."

Issei's eyes fell as they picked up a shadow by the Exiled's legs, widening as he realised that it was Koneko as Rias continued speaking

"Next is Koneko. She is a "Rook". The trait of a Rook is its -" The enormous monster tried to stamp on Koneko but it didn't hit the ground

"The trait of a Rook is simple, absolute strength and also very high defence. It's impossible for a Devil with that calibre to stamp on Koneko. It can't crush her." Rias spoke as Issei watched Koneko easily lift up the Vaizor. Eyes wide open, mouth gaping in surprise as Issei couldn't ket out any words to say.

"Fly…." Koneko uttered before jumping high and punched into the monster's stomach very sharply throwing its body backwards, Issei gulping as he reminded himself not to get on her bad side.

"Lastly Akeno" Rias spoke, Akeno laughing and walking towards the monster, as she continued

"Akeno is a "Queen". It's the person who is the strongest after me. She is the unbeatable Queen who has all the traits of Pawn, Knight, Bishop, and Rook."

Vaizor moaned in pain as she stared at Akeno, who fearlessly laughed after seeing her opponent's gaze as she spoke

"Oh my, seems like you still have some energy left in you. Then how about this?" She put her hands up towards the sky, sparks in the air before a lightning bolt struck down onto the monster who shouted

Screaming in pain as its body was burnt and smoking as Akeno spoke

"Oh my, seems like you are still energetic. Looks like you can take more." Launching another lightning bolt, that hit the monster.

"Gwaaaaaaah!"

Akeno's face while striking down the lightning bolt had a scary and cold expression even though she was smiling. Issei shuddering, wondering if he should be turned on or not as she laughed.

"Akeno excels at using attacks made from magical powers. She could use natural elements like lightning, ice, and fire and such. And most of all, she is the ultimate sadist." Rias confessed like it was nothing.

"Usually, she's very kind. But once the battle starts, she won't stop until she calms down."

Issei gulped down his saliva, nervous and worried for himself as Rias spoke

"You don't have to be afraid, Issei. Akeno is very kind to comrades, so it's not a problem. She even said that you were cute. Next time, get spoiled by her. She will definitely hug you kindly." Issei looked surprised between Rias before turning back to the scary Akeno as she spoke

"Fufu~. How much of my lightning can you take, Monster-san? You still can't die yet. The one who finishes you off will be my master. "

Issei shuddered as for the next few minutes, Akeno's lightning attacks continued until she calmed down. Rias confirming it and nodded her head before approaching the monster that had already lost its will to fight, putting her hand towards the monster as she asked "Any last words?"

"Kill me." The monster said.

"Is that so? Then disappear." Rias replied heartlessly as she was about to use her power of destruction on the exiled devil; the walls above broke down as their parts fell below. Seeing this, all the members stepped away immediately with Yuuto dragging Issei away.

' What is this?? Is there another Exiled Devil that we weren't informed of? ' Rias thought as the smoke that came from the crash covered the body of the one who had done it as well as the Exiled Devil. Orange Flames suddenly bursted out driving away the smoke. It was so large that it covered almost all of the area. Issei gasped as he tried to step away from the flame when they noticed that it wasn't burning the place.

It was warm, Rias noticed as she slowly walked forward and let her finger graze the flame. She gasps as it felt warm within her finger.

Tilting her head, she wondered what this was. She looked towards the direction of the exiled devil and the person behind it.

Her eyes widened in surprise seeing her new classmate grabbing the neck of the exiled devil with orange flames covering his hands.

' Sawada-san?? ' She thought seeing her new classmate, his brown eyes turned into orange as if it was the color of the sky as the sun was about to set, as an orange flame burn in his forehead, yet it appeared that it didn't affect him.

" Ah...I thought I would be the first one here to beat you but I guess I was behind by a few minutes. I don't know what kind of a sick person you are, looking like that but you don't touch someone of mine without paying for the consequences. " Tsuna said determined and serious as he tightened his hold on the exiled devil, summoning forth his hard flames.

" It's over. " Tsuna spoke softly with furrowed eyebrows, clenching his glove covered hands as he pressed it upon the devil's skin.

The devil's eyes grew wide opened as it felt immense pain within her body, placing her eyesight to the hands of Tsuna.

" WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ME?! YOU LOW LESS CREATURE!! DO YOU NOT KNOW WHO I AM, YOU'RE JUST A SIMPLE HUMAN! " She yelled out moving her body around trying to escape. She would have rather the Red-haired Princess to destroy her with her power then to feel this extreme pain and defeat from a person who was not even a devil.

The devil's present within the building had their eyes wide open as they stared at the scene. Rias had already sensed that the boy was not a devil. She was dumbfounded as to how he is able to do these things to a exiled devil.

' Is it a Sacred Gear?'

" YOU DUMB HUMAN, MEDDLING ON THINGS YOUR MIND CAN'T EVEN COMPREHEND, WHY WHY WHY WHY --" The exiled devil's words were put to a stop as her body had been fully frozen. The ice was shaped into a crystalized flame.

Tsuna let his body fall to the floor as he was back into his normal self. Sweat drops were already flowing from his forehead as he breathes tiredly. His once orange eyes had turned back into its dark brown. The flame that burned in his forehead slowly disappeared as his vongola gloves had turned into the "27" gloves. He held his ring on his hand.

" W-what w-was t-that? " He said surprised at what he had just seen. It was unlike any other opponent he had faced. The being looked to be one of the opponents he had faced when they were in the future.

He felt himself slowly panicking as to what he had just seen when he heard a voice call out to him, a female sweet voice.

" We can explain that for you, Sawada-san."

AN. I feel like this chapter was a bit messy. Like it was all over the place but just tell me your reviews, No Flaming please. I tried to deliver it as swiftly as possible.

Now that we have encountered the devils, it's gonna start to get real! Next chapter, We're gonna encounter our sweet nun again.

With regards to the Harem, I'm not sure. Because I don't really see Tsuna with multiple girls, y'know but its very tempting. I would probably gonna go with them having feelings for Tsuna but at the end one wins or no one wins but let's see, my mind changes and your opinion matters. Besides, this is dxd.
