A month has gone by and Midoriya has got down the essentials in taking care of a patient. He even went into surgical training.
Another 5 months of training and Midoriya is much stronger than he was before, his combat training and medical training is paying off.
Midoriya even went into creating a healing agent that can heal anyone from most injuries. Now he is considered a doctor and is referred to as Dr. Midoriya.
One day, Midoriya took a look at his body in the mirror, the scars are still there, but his body is different, it is more toned than before, and he has a six pack.
Midoriya looks at his new eyes, black all over except for his artificial irises which are bright green. His right arm shining in the morning light coming through the window.
Midoriya sighs and put his lab coat on and left the locker room.
The next day...
"Doc! We have an emergency! Kamui Woods has been injured! We need you at bay 14!" Said the receptionist through the intercom.
"Well, I guess it is time for you to have you first patient, Dr. Midoriya." said Doc as he ran with Midoriya to bay 14.
"Kamui Woods will be my first patient? Isn't that a little too far into the deep end?" asked Midoriya.
"When you become a battle medic, your patients will more often be heroes than anyone else. I had to start with my first patient being Crimson Riot. This is no different." said Doc.
The two made it to bay 14 just in time.
"He's got a gunshot wound in the chest, luckily his quirk stopped the bullet from hitting his heart, but messing with it in any way could cause the bullet to go even further." explained the Doctor in charge of bay 14.
"Don't worry, Dr. Midoriya will handle this one." said Doc as he handed the the surgical mask to Midoriya so he could get ready to remove the bullet.
Midoriya is now in Kamui's hospital bay, he looks at the unconscious hero in front of him and thought to himself, "This is my chance, this is my chance to save a life, a hero's life."
Midoriya takes a loo at the wound and looked at his arm. "His skin is normal now, I can use my right arm to squeeze on both sides of the wound and pop the bullet out like a zit." Midoriya thought to himself, well aware that if he used anything to pick the bullet out of Kamui's chest, the bullet would pierce the heart.
POP! The bullet shot out of Kamui's chest, and Midoriya grabbed the bullet in midair. The procedure was a success and the other doctors cheered.
"I knew you could do it, kid" said Doc.
1 hour later...
Kamui Woods wakes up after being patched up by Midoriya.
"Hey, thank you, Doctor..."
"Midoriya, it was no problem really, even though you are my first ever patient." Midoriya said with a smile.
"Wait... how old are you?" asked Kamui.
"I just turned 15, as for this appearance, it's a long story that I don't have time to talk about" said Midoriya.
Kamui was amazed by the fact that a teenager saved his life.
"Well, you're definitely not an average 15 year old, you must have a talent for this, or you probably used your quirk." said Kamui.
"Actually, I don't have a quirk." said Midoriya proudly.
"No quirk? Where did this kid come from?" Kamui thought to himself as he got up.
"A word of advice Kamui Woods, take it slow for a few days, you haven't fully recovered yet." Midoriya said as Kamui left the bay.
"Sure thing, Dr. Midoriya" Kamui said.
He left the hospital and carried on with his hero work. Midoriya went back to business as usual.
One Week Later...
Kamui Woods, Best Jeanist, Edgeshot, and recently... Ingenium? Wow Izuku, you really are a good doctor." said Inko.
"Yeah, Kamui and Ingenium were really grateful for my service. Not sure if I can say the same for Edgeshot." said Midoriya as he bit into his sandwich.
"What about Best Jeanist? How was he?" Inko asked.
"He was... well, he didn't say much, he just said thanks and left." Midoriya said.
"Hopefully, one day you will be well known among the heroes. Even if you aren't given the same praise as them, you are the one keeping them alive." Inko said.
"You're right, mom. I'm not really after the praise and attention anyway." Midoriya said.
Midoriya looks at the time on his eyes' interface and starts packing up his lunch.
"Well, my break is over, I have to get back to work." said Midoriya as he stood up.
"Okay, I'll see you at home, Izuku." Inko said as she made her way to the exit.
"I love you, mom." Midoriya said to Inko.
"Love you too, Izuku" Inko said back to Midoriya.
Midoriya makes his way to the lab when he is confronted by Doc and an old lady using a syringe as a hairclip.
"Dr. Midoriya, I'd like you to meet Recovery Girl" said Doc waving towards the old lady.
"THE Recovery Girl? I-it's nice to meet you ma'am" Midoriya said while bowing to her.
"Oh, it's my pleasure, young man. I have been hearing a lot about you from Best Jeanist recently, he recommended you for a new doctor's position" said Recovery Girl.
"A new position?" Midoriya thought to himself. "Seems as if Best Jeanist really did appreciate my service."
"If you want, on the day of the UA entrance exam, come to UA with this pass and I will grant you the job as field doctor." Recovery Girl said while giving Midoriya a card.
"A UA field doctor?" Midoriya said. "It would be an honor, Recovery Girl!" Midoriya said bowing to her again.
"You have the next six months until then, keep doing what you're doing, your work is valuable to heroes everywhere young man." Recovery Girl said as she left the hospital.
"UA..." Midoriya thought to himself. "Bakugo will be taking the entrance exam there, it would be interesting to see him again after so long."
