Six months have gone by, and it is the time for Midoriya to go to UA for his new job as field doctor. During those six months, Midoriya has saved the lives of many heroes, and each of them were a little more grateful for his service than the last. Midoriya has gained a reputation as the hero doctor.
Midoriya walks into UA and is making his way to the main door when a familiar voice catches his attention.
"Out of the way, Deku!"
"Oh... hi Bakugo" Midoriya said in a deadpanned tone.
"Huh?! What the Hell happened to you?" Bakugo asked the green haired part-cyborg.
"I don't want to talk about it, good luck in the exam today." Midoriya said walking toward the front doors of UA.
"You're an idiot if you think you'll be able to pass the test, Deku!" said Bakugo.
"Oh, I'm not taking the test, I'm checking in to my new job." Midoriya explained with a smile on his face not even looking back at the now stunned Bakugo.
In Recovery Girl's Hospital Wing...
"Glad to welcome you aboard, young man. Now for your first assignment, I'm going to need you to oversee the entrance exam site A while I watch exam site B, is that alright with you?" said Recovery Girl.
"I'm alright with that miss Recovery Girl, I'll make sure no participants get injured." Midoriya said.
Entrance Exam site A...
Midoriya watches over the group of participants getting ready for the entrance exam, Bakugo is among them. He takes note of the tall boy with mufflers in his calves as well.
"Very similar to Ingenium, I remember him talking about his little brother applying to UA, that must be Tenya Iida." Midoriya thought to himself.
The doors to the site open up and President Mic announces the start of the entrance exam.
Midoriya watches carefully as he takes down notes on each participant.
While he's doing that, he could sense the eyes from the rest of the crew nearby, looking at him.
The sight of a cybernetically enhanced teenage doctor was very new to them.
The exam goes on for a few minutes when the entire site started to rumble. The zero-pointer faux villain was released.
Midoriya took note of the size of that robot and thought that the participants were not prepared for something of that size.
Midoriya rushes in to see the participants making for the exit away from the large machine.
Midoriya sees a girl stuck under the rubble in the robot's path.
"I don't know if the examiners will stop it before it crushes her, but I have to do something now" Midoriya said as he dashed at an inhumane speed towards the girl.
Midoriya uses his right arm to throw the rubble off of the girl and towards the faux villain.
"Give me your arm" Midoriya said to the girl.
She was in shock that she was saved by someone who wasn't even participating, but she still gave him her arm.
Midoriya moved her out of the way of the faux villain and set her down so he can look at the scrapes on her legs.
"Are you hurt?" Midoriya asks.
"A little, but I'm fine." the girl said.
Midoriya pumped a roll of high tensile bandages from his arm and wrapped it around her scrapes.
"The bandages have an ointment which should disinfect the exposed areas, soon enough, you'll be better than fine" said Midoriya.
"-uh... thank you... uh..."
"Izuku Midoriya, you can just call me Izuku if you want" Midoriya said to the girl with a smile.
"Ochaco Uraraka, nice to meet you."
Midoriya and Uraraka make their way back to the exit where they are greeted by the rest of the participants and President Mic.
"Wow, the new UA field doctor makes his debut and saves a participant on his first day, this kid's got guts!" President Mic cheers as Midoriya walks though the gate with Uraraka.
"Field doctor?!" everyone exclaims in unison.
Later that day...
"Hey, Deku." Bakugo said calling Midoriya over.
"What is it, Bakugo?"
"I'll be honest with you, the whole doctor thing, even if it look like it, it suits you." Bakugo says calmly.
"It's not like you to compliment people, not even a quirkless nobody like me." Midoriya replied.
"Well, you proved me wrong about you being useless. You definitely found a calling that makes you a hero, just in a different way." Bakugo said.
Midoriya was surprised that Bakugo is actually being friendly to him after a long time.
"Good luck on your job, Izuku" Bakugo said waving goodbye.
"Good luck on your road to number one, Kacchan." Midoriya replied as they both waved goodbye to each other.
"Today was pretty good, I wonder how Doc is holding up at the hospital." Midoriya thought to himself as he walks home.
