Quick Author's Note - There are some really great Izumina fics out there so check out and Wattpadd for some very good ones! My reading list has a lot of good ones, but there are many more on , and I could list them if you guys would like that.

An awkward dinner later, both Mina and Izuku had started watching T.V. To his surprise, Mina was really into documentaries about Quirks and history in general.

"This is awesome Midoriya!" Mina said as another episode of their Quirk history series ended.

"How do you keep finding these awesome series!" She asked excitedly.

"U-uh well I've been watching them for a long time." He stated matter of factly.

"They helped me cope with my quirklessness," he thought, smiling fondly at the memories he had of watching these with his mother, while also feeling a twinge of old sadness re-emerge.

"Midoriya?" Mina asked, seeing this bit of sadness on Izuku's face.

However, just as quickly as it had come, it left his face," Yeah Ashido?" Izuku asked

Mina could read people well, and knew that the sadness on Izuku's face had been with him for a time, and while she might not have been his best friend she would be damned if she didn't help him.

"Something bothered you for a sec back there, mind telling me what it is?" she asked.

"I understand if you can't or don't want to tell me, but I am your classmate and friend too so my door is always open okay?"

Izuku felt touched for a moment as he once again looked into those golden irises he found himself lost in before, and nodded.

"Thanks Ashido, I hope you know I would do the same for you!" He said with a shout.

Mina (like Izuku) felt touched by this, and a slight tinge of violet came onto her face.

She turned away from him and they both finished their episode, only occasionally commenting on the action or another thing they found interesting.

Eventually when that season had finished, both were tired, but firmly enjoying the other's company.

"Hey Ashido/Midoriya," they both said.

"Sorry Mi-" Izuku caught himself before he said Mina's first name.

Noticing this, and Izuku's nervousness returning Mina looked him in the eye to show he had her full attention.

Easily frightened emerald eyes met mini suns and for once, Izuku could forget all his insecurities, phobias, and failures.

"Ashido I had fun, you wanna do this again?" he asked, expecting to be rejected or berated.

"Yeah man! We gotta finish the how many other seasons?" she said happily, throwing her fist in the air.

Relieved and feeling a little too good about the marathon, Izuku got comfortable again and started up the next season only to see-

"Oh my," they both said as they looked at the 21 season long show.

"That'll take a while," Mina said while looking at Izuku

"You think?" he said.

Now they just sat still and looked each other in the face, until they both started laughing together.

"You better be staying up to watch these with me tomorrow," Mina said.

"But I have training sessions in the morning," Izuku said, feeling bad about potentially ruining their marathon.

"Well I have an idea then," Mina stated

"What did you have in mind?" Izuku asked

"Don't train and have fun for once and relax!"

"But-" Izuku tried getting a reason out but strangely couldn't find one.

"Fine, but just for tonight okay?" he said.

Mina put on a fake pouty face and told Izuku," Well even if it's just for one night you are staying up with me!"
