Quick A/N- Sorry for taking so long to update this compared to before! Since it's summer I hope to pump out a chapter weekly or bi weekly. I already asked the great readers on wattpad but now it's 's turn. Would everyone prefer longer chapters bi-weekly (2k-3k) or slightly longer chapters weekly (800-1k)

Sometime later, around 11 pm

Izuku and Mina continued watching their show and felt the warmth of each other's company.

While Izuku had tried to make it a point of leaving to their dorms before curfew, Mina had insisted on staying and watching more, after all it was Friday night and there was no school tomorrow.

"B-but Mina, what is Mr. Aizawa catches us?" Izuku asked

"It'll be fine stop worrying!" Mina said a bit loudly.

"Stop b-being that loud A-ashido!" Izuku said at a lower volume.

"SHUT UP SOME OF US ARE TRYING TO STUDY YOU WORTHLESS PIECE OF SH-" Bakugo yelled before getting punched by Kirishima.

"Sorry about that gu-" Kirishima stopped and looked at Mina and Izuku

Alone

On the couch

Past curfew and late at night

"Oh sorry Mina! I will let you guys get back to your date night or whatever." Kirishima said bluntly as he dragged Bakugo back to his table to study.

Both Izuku and Mina flushed at this and before she could correct Kirishima, he had left along with Bakugo.

"I'm gonna kill him later!" Mina said, her eyes full of faux fury

Izuku, seeing Mina's "anger" for the first time laughed at the sight.

Mina giggled and blushed a little at seeing Izuku's laughing face

"He is cute when he laughs." Mina thought to herself.

After that little interruption, both students sat back down and went back to their show.

Hearing Izuku's excitement when the show talked about All-Might for a minute made her flush, because he was using his perfect smile .

In that second, Mina knew this wasn't normal for her. While she did gossip about who was the most handsome boy in the class, what she was thinking about with Izuku wasn't the same.

She wanted to see that smile all the time.

She wanted to see him all the time.

Mina stopped watching the show for just a moment and took a quick peek at Izuku, only to be lost in deep thoughts.

A million questions raced through the pinky's mind at once

"Why is he so kind?" Mina thought

She glanced over at Izuku discreetly,"For someone so strong and brave, he is the opposite of his appearance."

She smiled and thought ,"I guess I really shouldn't judge a book by it's cover."

Mina was brought out of her trance by a weird noise and looked around.

However, the noise wasn't made by a bug, animal, or machine.

It had been made by Izuku

Izuku had noticed that Mina looked very deep in thought and decided to see if she was alright like the hero he was.

"Ashido? Are you there?" he asked

Mina just turned her head slightly and (not so secretly) snuck a glance at Izuku.

Izuku saw this and found himself looking back at her with a similar look.

The world blacked out around him, and 2 golden irises enveloped him in so many inexplicable feelings.

He stayed like that until he saw something just beyond the horizon, and he saw one of the most gorgeous things he had ever seen.

A smile, not wide, forced, or exaggerated formed on Mina's face.

Izuku felt that time had slowed to a crawl, like when he used 100% of Full Cowling and moved so fast that objects turned into blurs.

His heart beat faster and his palms sweat a bit as he took in the sight

It couldn't have been more than 5 seconds, but they were the most precious 5 seconds of his time at U.A

Because even if he didn't know he had started to crush on Mina Ashido.

He had made an odd noise, which unfortunately stopped Mina's smiling as she looked around for the source, only to realize Izuku did it.

She looked at him, and Izuku felt so embarrassed and tried to put his face in his hands. Although this didn't too much as Mina started laughing so hard that she was holding her sides.

Izuku didn't mind that much, and even joined in on the laughter once he calmed down a bit.

"Dude wh-what was th-that?" Mina asked in between laughs.

"I-I don't kn-know!" Izuku replied.

Mina and Izuku then realized that they had missed a section of the documentary so they rewinded it back a few minutes.

They both went back to their show, not noticing the space that had closed between them.
