This is an AU My Hero Academia story in where Izuku is kidnapped and experimented on. I do not own the My Hero Academia franchise as it along with all of their characters belong to their creator Kohei Horikoshi. Warnings both Bakugo and Izuku may be a little OOC (out of character) so please don't hate. Please be sure to leave me your comments and reviews telling me what you think.

Missing
It had been five years since Izuku Midoriya's disappearance and kidnapping. No clues turned up involving who took the one hundred other children. Pro-heroes worked endlessly trying to find out anything they can about the people who would kidnapped one hundred and one children. All of the police and pro-heroes knew that the children whom were taken had yet to develop or gain their quirks. Most likely these children were being used for illegal and unauthorized experimentation. So they began to search various labs both legal and illegal along with the underground black markets dealings and sealing for any clues or leads. But so far nothing had turned up. Lately the dead bodies of about twenty five of the missing children had all turned up. These children had been drastically altered that they didn't even look human anymore. Some even showed signs of having been exposed to multiple quirks.
"So it seems that we were right about whomever took these children are definitely conducting illegal and unauthorized experimentations. Eraserhead use the black markets and underground crime rings to get any information you can. We need to find and rescue these children before its too late." stated Naomasa Tsukauchi a police detective that worked closely with the pro-heroes.
"I will try my best as you all know that I will be starting my teaching job at UA High." stated Eraserhead with a long sigh.
"Yeah I heard from All Might that you will starting to train the next generation of heroes. Do whatever you can in your free time. Lets hope that we can find and rescue those children before its too late." replied Naomasa.
Meanwhile... Katsuki Bakugo sat behind a computer with headphones on as a video clip played. Tears streaked down his face as he clutched at his headset when he heard a familiar voice echoed through the headset.
"Kacchan..."
'How long has it been since I had last heard that name?' Katsuki asked himself. A missing poster sat by his side with a four year old Izuku on it. It had all the information about Izuku on it and who to contact if he was found. Izuku was smiling in the picture showing his dimples. Izuku was always cheerful and smiling as he seemed to light up the room. Katsuki didn't realize just how much he would miss his best friend. Katsuki refused to give up hope that Izuku was still alive even though it has been five years since he had been taken. Katsuki let out a long sigh as he soon he will be attending a high school. He had his sights set on attending UA the most prestigious hero school around. Katsuki had trained his quirk as he knew the full extent of what his is capable of and what his limitations were. He was saddened that Inko wouldn't be able to see Izuku if he did ever turn up alive. Katsuki's mother Mitsuki was grief stricken when she learned that Inko had ended her life. In Inko's last will and testament she left whatever Izuku had left in his room to Katsuki. All Katsuki took was Izuku's hero analyses journals. There were thirteen journals in total. Katsuki had used these journals to help him to become a strong and capable hero. Katsuki shut down his computer turning off the video. He wiped away his tears as he made a solemn vow.
"I promise to find you one day Izuku so please stay alive until then. I will become the strongest and best pro-hero alive. I will become the number one pro-hero." Katsuki put his homework into his school bag that he used to be Izuku's. An All Might keychain off the bag that Katsuki got him during a fair that the two went to before Izuku was taken. Katsuki won the prize but with help from Izuku's keen intelligence. All Might was the number one pro-hero that both Izuku and Katsuki idolized. But one day Katsuki planned to take that title. He would use Izuku's notes to help climb to climb to the top. This way he could help achieve the shared dream that he and Izuku had. They both wanted to become pro-heroes to protect those they cherish and love. But Izuku gave him a different goal that not only combines the pact that they made as kids.
"Don't think about only those we cherish and love but, everyone regardless if they are strong or weak. Hero or villain. An enemy or an ally. We should give hope to everyone while protect them. That should be the goals of all whom become pro-heroes." Izuku told him.
"I will full fill the dream that we had when we were children. I will find and rescue you one of these days. So please stay alive until then."
