I published this in one of my stories with hopes that I can reach out to more of my readers and fellow writers:

Attention:

I want to get back into writing again. I miss the friends I’ve made on this site and I’m sincerely apologetic to have lost touch with some of the greatest writers I’ve known.

I started writing in 2002 when I was 13 and started publishing stuff to this site in 2003. I was 14 and every bit as reclusive as an outsider can get. I had friends, but I found myself getting lost in the stories and worlds created through fanfiction and other stories to get through the trial and tribulations of adolescence.

I’m 25 now, going on 26. While I don’t want to delve too much into my personal day to day life, the struggles I’ve overcome has left scars, but I believe they make me an overall stronger person. The last time I wrote anything was 2011. I came back here recently and started re-reading some of my more popular work.

I see the potential in all the stories, the writer that was refining her craft, and the talent that was left behind when the reality of life overtook the time needed to create. I wasn’t the best writer; there are far better ones on this site with more dedication and talent than I could ever dream of, but I’m now at a point in my life where I can say I had potential.

I’m looking for those people who believed in my writing when I didn’t. I’m looking for the same dedicated readers who have randomly reviewed a story through the guest setting reminding me of the hours I used to spend in different worlds so that I could get through another day.

You guys helped me when I was a teenager. I’m hoping I can reach out once more to this close knit community and ask for people to help me finish what I started…all of what I started. I need the same friends that I used to be able to bounce ideas off of and new friends who could give me a fresh perspective.

Most stories will probably have the same plot line, but while filtering through everything, I realize that nearly all of them will be restarted from the ground up.

The logistics and technicalities can be discussed one on one, but I hope that my reaching out will spark some renewed interests in stories that for the most part had good bones.
