My Pov

It only took about twenty minutes, but we finally arrived in Wedgehurst. We went outside and took in the sight of the small town. Me, Bruce, David, Constance, Kuki, Abby and Wally were all carrying our Pokémon while Ashley, Lenny and Hoagie's Pokémon rode on their heads or shoulders. Nigel's Absol was the only one who walked by his side.

"Wow! This place is amazing." Hoagie said. I took note of all the different Pokémon running around.

"Remember guys, we have to find Mustard's student." Nigel said.

"Anyone know who that is?" Wally asked.

"I think he said his name was Leon." David said.

"That would be me." a voice said. We turned to see a man with dark skin and purple hair. Next to him was a dragon-like Pokémon. "Welcome to Galar. Master Mustard explained your... situation to me the best he could, but I think I need to hear it from all of you." Nigel and Bruce both did their best to explain who we were, where we were from and how we ended up here. The look on his face told us he wasn't entirely convinced and was confused, but that he didn't not believe us. "I'm sorry you kids are going through something like this, but understand that not all adults are evil."

"We know that." Nigel said. Leon nodded and then held out a box for us. Nigel took it and opened it. Inside were what looked to be cellphones. That's when they floated up and swirled around us.

"What the-?!" we all exclaimed.

"Don't worry. They're just Rotom Phones." Leon said. Each phone finally went to each of us; mine was rose pink, David's was crimson, Bruce's was navy, Lenny's was yellow, Ashley's was lilac, Constance's was lime, Nigel's was red, Hoagie's was sky blue, Kuki's was green, Wally's was orange and Abby's was blue. "Melody, point your Rotom Phone at your Eevee." I nodded and pointed it at Hummy. Yes, I nicknamed my Eevee Hummy.

"Eevee, the Evolution Pokémon. A Normal Type. It has the ability to alter the composition of its body to suit its surrounding environment. Thanks to its unstable genetic makeup, this special Pokémon conceals many different possible evolutions." the Rotom Phone said.

"Evolutions?" I asked.

"Yes. Eevee is capable of evolving into eight different Pokémon." Leon said. Eight?! "Evolution is a strange phenomenon that happens to a Pokémon that causes them to change. Take Charizard here. He use to be a Charmander."

"Charmander evolves into that?!" Bruce exclaimed in awe. Leon then showed us an app on the Rotom Phone that showed us type matchups.

"First, we need to go meet Professor Magnolia. She may have a theory on dimension traveling. Her house is at the end of Route 2, just past Wedgehurst." Leon said, pointing at it on the map app.

"Okay. Thank you Leon." Nigel said. Leon also gave each of us twenty regular PokéBalls. Well, one can't have too many. We headed off in the direction of Professor Magnolia's house. On our way there everyone caught a few Pokémon, but ended up transferring them to a PC Box. Nigel did keep one of his Pokémon, which was a Blipbug. Suddenly, a little bird Pokémon came out of nowhere. Constance pointed her Rotom Phone at it.

"Rookidee, the Tiny Bird Pokémon. A Flying type. It will bravely challenge any opponent, no matter how powerful. This Pokémon benefits from every battle—even a defeat increases its strength a bit. Jumping nimbly about, this small-bodied Pokémon takes advantage of even the slightest opportunity to disorient larger opponents." it said.

"I think I need to catch this one." Constance said, looking at Magby. "Ready Shuppet?"

"Shup!" Shuppet answered. She jumped in front and took her position. Rookidee zipped forward.

"Shuppet, evade it and then use Night Shade!" Constance commanded. moved out of the way just as Rookidee came close. She then fired a dark crimson beam outlined in pink from her eyes, hitting Rookidee. The little Pokémon fell down to the ground. Constance took out one of her Level Balls.

"Level Ball, go!" Constance exclaimed, throwing the ball at Rookidee. It got sucked into the ball. The ball then began to wiggle. We all look in anticipation. Soon, the light went out with a chime. "Yes!" Constance picked up the Level Ball.

"Rookidee has been registered in your Pokédex!" her Rotom Phone said.

"Nice job Ace!" Lenny said.

"Awesome Connie!" I said. When we reached close to Magnolia's house, Wally decided to fish. We each had been given Camping Gear and a Fishing Rod by Master Mustard and Miss Honey. Wally threw out his line and got a bite almost instantly.

"I got one! I got one!" Wally exclaimed. He pulled it up and out popped a little blue turtle that was nomming on the line. I pointed my Rotom Phone at it.

"Chewtle, the Snapping Pokémon. A Water type. It starts off battles by attacking with its rock-hard horn, but as soon as the opponent flinches, this Pokémon bites down and never lets go. Apparently the itch of its teething impels it to snap its jaws at anything in front of it." it said. Wally simply threw one of his Quick Balls at it. It wiggled a few times and then it chimed.

"Chewtle has been registered in your Pokédex!" his Rotom Phone said. We finally made it to Magnolia's house and met her in person. she then told us that in order to get home, we were going to have to catch a Pokémon that was capable of dimension traveling itself. One Pokémon that was capable of that was one called Hoopa. However Hoopa was a Mythical Pokémon, therefore extremely hard to find. Fantastic. We walked back toward Wedgehurst.

"What are we going to do now?" Ashley asked.

"We'll find Hoopa. We just have to." Bruce said. As we walked past some tree, something gooey fell on top of my head.

"Eek!" I exclaimed. I shook my head and it fell off. It was some kind of purple blob with eyes. I pointed Rotom Phone at it.

"Goomy, the Soft Tissue Pokémon. A Dragon type. Because most of its body is water, it will dry up if the weather becomes too arid. It's considered the weakest dragon Pokémon. Their horns are powerful sensors. As soon as Goomy pick up any sign of enemies, they go into hiding. This is how they've survived." it said.

"It's a Dragon-type?" David asked. I took out one of my Love Balls and simply tap it on Goomy. It went inside the ball, it wiggled three times and then chimed.

"Goomy has been registered in your Pokédex!" my Rotom Phone said.

"Well... I got my second Pokémon." I said. We walked back to Wedgehurst when we got a message from Leon, saying to go to the Wild Area. We then went to the station and hopped on the train.

No one's Pov

Unknown to them, six little Pokémon watched them from afar. One of them being Hoopa. The other five nodded their heads in agreement and caused themselves to vanish, to avoid detection.

David's team: Ralts, Squirtle.

Bruce's team: Aron, Charmander.

Ashely's team: Swablu.

Lenny's team: Weedle, Bulbasaur.

Constance's team: Shuppet, Rookidee.

Nigel's team: Absol, Blipbug.

Hoagie's team: Emolga.

Kuki's team: Stufful.

Wally's team: Crabrawler, Chewtle.

Abby's team: Hatenna.
