Chapter 7: Schoolyard Woes & Manly Bros

11 years ago / 14 years from now

"Come along, Aiko. You wouldn't want to be late for your playdate with Ishi, would you?" A 30-year-old Shoto Todoroki chided his seven-year-old daughter. They were walking through the luxurious new Todoroki estate, owned by none other than Shoto Todoroki and his wife. Since the retirement of Endeavor 3 years ago, Shoto had taken over as the head of the family, something his siblings very readily agreed to.

"But Dad, I don't want to go to Ishi's, I wanna be here when Mom gets back!" Aiko whined

Shoto leaned down and took her into his arms. "Kiddo, your Mom is going to be very tired when she gets here, she's going to need her rest. Wouldn't you rather see her when she has the energy to play with you?" He reasoned.

"I mean… yeah, but that doesn't mean that I can't see her when she comes back too, right? She's been gone for a month, I just wanna give her a hug." Aiko mumbled, Shoto's gaze softened, but whatever he was going to say next was cut off by the sound of the front door opening.

"Honey? I'm home!" A female voice called out.

Aiko leapt out of her father's arms and dashed towards the voice. "Mom!" She cried.

Shoto stood back and watched her run.

'This is what I could have had?' He thought, a single tear fell from his left eye. He wiped it and walked to his family, enveloping them both in a hug. 'This is what we all should've had.'

A strange noise roused Aiko from her sleep, it sounded like someone yelling loudly on the floor below her. Looking out the window she saw the rising sun and heard the singing birds. She sat up, throwing off the covers from her bed, she decided that she wouldn't be getting any more sleep today.

Getting ready for the day, she put on a plain purple off-shoulder shirt, and some black skinny jeans, she grabbed her hero costume and pushed a button on the inside of the gauntlets, which then shrunk down into gold band bracelets, which she attached around either wrist. In the kitchen she took advantage of the expensive-looking french-press to make herself enough coffee to get through the morning, a habit she had picked up from Eri and likely the owner of this apartment by extension. Upon heading to the exit of her apartment she found a note and a student ID pinned to the wall, with a couple pairs of shoes in her size on the mat below. Figuring it to be from Nezu she picked them up and read the contents as she slipped on a pair of white High Tops with purple highlights.

Miss Aiko,

Attached to this note is the Student ID you will be using throughout your time here. It will allow you to leave and enter the grounds whenever you please, for security reasons do be careful not to lose it. In any case I welcome you to join me and the rest of the staff for breakfast tomorrow morning at 7:30 am sharp.

Best Regards,

Principal Nezu

PS, It's Waffle Wednesday!

Aiko looked at the kitchen clock, the time read 6:30 and she sighed. 'Well, guess I've got an hour to kill, maybe I'll use that time to wonder why it's waffle Wednesday on a Thursday.' Another loud yell interrupted her thoughts as she looked downwards with a menacing glare and greedily gulped down the rest of her coffee and slammed the empty mug down on a nearby table. "Or maybe I'll use that time to break that asshole's kneecaps!"She yelled, placing her student ID in her pocket (as all jeans should have), she marched to the elevator and pushed the 18th-floor button aggressively.

"Honestly, who yells that loudly at 6:30 in the FUCKING morning, I don't care if it's All Might himself, I am about to END this man!" She ranted to herself. After about a second the elevator doors opened and she was greeted with an apartment very similar to her own… or Aizawa's own she guessed, though this one had very instruments and DJ equipment lying about, and the whole apartment was LITERALLY SHAKING from the volume of the person, who she now recognized was singing a song she recognized from whenever the radio played pre-quirk era music, Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen.

"MAMAAAAAA! OOOOOOOH! DIDN'T MEAAAAN TO MAKE YOU CRYYY!"

The sound reverberated through both the apartment and her eardrums, Aiko stumbled around the apartment struggling to find the source as it seemed to be coming from everywhere at once.

"IF I'M NOT BACK AGAIN THIS TIME TOMORROOWWWWW!"

She turned to where the guest bedroom would be in her apartment. As she approached, impossibly, the sound seemed to get even louder.

"CARRY OOOON! CARRY ONNNN! AS THOUGH NOTHING REALLY MATTERS!"

Losing all of her patience as well as her hearing Aiko kicked down the door to the bedroom revealing a very startled looking man in a pair of baby blue pajamas, he had long blonde hair flowing down his back and a thin mustache, a pair of gold-tinted aviators resting atop his head, Aiko realized that this was Present Mic with his hair down, surrounded by a bunch of recording equipment.

"AHHHHHH!" A very high-pitched scream came from Mic, sending a piercing pain in Aiko's ears. A flicker of red passed over her lilac eyes before rapidly retreating. "WHO ARE YOU, WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!?" Mic screamed again, although this time his voice was no longer amplified by his quirk.

"Owwww…" Aiko whined rubbing her temples, "I'm a new student, I'm staying on the floor above yours until Nezu gets my living situation sorted out, didn't he mention that?"

"Ohhhh, yeah he might've mentioned something about that… maybe." He said hesitantly.

"You have no clue do you?" Aiko accused.

"Uhhhh"

"You know what, never mind, I don't care. Now, more importantly." Her hair and eyes turned red as she crossed the distance between the two in an instant, grabbing the older pro by the collar and hoisting him up with a fierce glare. "What. In the name of every god and deity out there. Are you doing, using your quirk to sing Queen AT 6:30 IN THE GODDAMN MORNING!"

"Now let's calm down there little listene-."

"I will break every bone in your goddamn body." Aiko threatened as she lifted him a little higher.

"Ack! It's for my radio show!" He yelled, gesturing to the various recording devices around the room, and to the door, which had a red "ON AIR" sign on the front, something Aiko had originally missed due to the deafening noise and incredible pain.

"Wait… are you live right now?"

"Y-yeah."

"Ah…" Was all Aiko could get out as she realized she had just threatened a pro hero in front of thousands of people, all of whom were presumably his fans, she turned back to her usual white and lilac hair and eyes. "I'll let you off the hook this time, mainly because Nezu probably didn't tell you intentionally because he'd find this funny." She put him down and walked to the door before glancing at him over her shoulder. "But seriously, install soundproofing, or next time I'm coming for your kneecaps."

She left the doorway and a few seconds later the ding of the elevator doors opening and closing could be heard, Present Mic just stood there completely still, for a solid minute or two, processing what had just happened.

'That is the exact same way Shouta threatened me the first… and last time he stayed in his apartment… and those red eyes… did Shouta have a secret love child and not tell me!' The voice hero internally monologued. His eyes went wide as he realized he was still ON AIR.

"Sorry there folks, the rat god of UA apparently had a new neighbor move in above me, and elected to not inform me, as you may have heard she wasn't happy with my extraordinary singing skills, or at the very least their volume. Now onto the next song for today, continuing on our theme of Queen, it is, quite appropriately, The Show Must Go On! Hit it!"

"This is as good a time as any to explore campus I guess."

Aiko had made it to the lobby of the apartment and found the time to only be 6:45, and nobody else was in sight. Sighing, she stepped outside the building and activated Float, feeling her weight suddenly disappear she charged up 10% of OFA in her legs and leaped. The familiar feeling of air rushing past her face as she soared upwards into the clouds, the exhilaration of this freedom to go wherever she pleased, no longer bound by even gravity, it was something she had sorely missed during her months on the run, using air force from OFA to propel her she flew through the sky at incredible speeds, deciding to use the UA campus wall as a guideline she flew along the edge of Campus. It wasn't long before she passed by the USJ, now with an extra hole in the roof courtesy of All Might and the Nomu. She flew for about 5 more minutes, then stopped as she saw a large crater in the middle of one of the many on-campus forests.

"... That's odd." She whispered to herself before flying down to investigate, she descended until she was floating just over the center of the crater and saw… "HOLY SHIT!"

She immediately used 25% to propel herself upwards as she recognized the Nomu from the USJ laying in the middle of the crater, she got into a combat stance and watched the crater carefully as she expected the Nomu to leap after her at any moment, but nothing happened.

She waited for what felt like half an hour, but there was nothing, no movement, no noise, and most importantly no Danger Sense alarm. Slowly floating back down she tentatively neared the crater, 25% flowing across her entire body in case she needed to make a quick escape, but nothing happened, as she approached she noticed that the Nomu's eyes were staring straight ahead, but they seemed blank, they were looking, but not seeing. She got even closer, her eyes never leaving the Nomu, she got within arms reach, reached out, and poked it in the eye.

It didn't even flinch. "Is this thing braindead?" She wondered. Every Nomu she had ever encountered in the future had been autonomous at least to a degree, but this thing seemed to only respond when ordered to. "Well, I should probably let Nezu know I found it." She reached into her pocket to grab her phone… which she didn't have. Aiko sighed, "I really need that damn rat to get me a phone… Whatever, I'll ask him at breakfast. She returned her attention to the Nomu, "Now, what to do with you?" She asked herself, a few seconds an evil smile spread out across her face and she let out a menacing chuckle. "Ohhhhh, I know just what to do with you."

Nezu was tapping his foot impatiently as he glanced between the watch on his wrist reading 7:45 and Aiko's empty seat across the table, he had asked everyone to wait patiently to for a 'special guest' to arrive before they began eating, but after 15 minutes she had yet to arrive, and they were growing irritated and hungry, never a good combination. Aiko had not struck him as the type to be late, and yet he supposed kids would be kids.

Sitting around the table from his left to his right were, Present Mic, Midnight, an empty seat for Aizawa, Snipe, Vlad King, All Might (in his deflated form), himself, Power Loader, Lunch Rush, another empty seat for Thirteen, Ectoplasm, Hound Dog and Cementoss.

"Alright eve-" He was about to tell everyone to eat, but was interrupted by a loud thumping noise approaching the door. There was a long pause as everyone looked at the door, expecting it to open, it was Mic who finally broke the silence.

"Uhhhh Nezu is tha-"

"HEY KIDS WANNA SEE A DEAD BODY!" The door exploded inwards as a flying red mode Aiko shoved a terrifying bird monster into the room, causing All Might to spit out blood.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH-!"

"STOP SCREAMING!" Nezu yelled

"-HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhhhh?"

Aiko dropped the monster and began floating around the room cackling.

"Everybody, this is Miss Aiko, the 'special guest' I wanted you all to wait for. Now, Miss Aiko," Nezu pressed on in an all too sweet voice, "Would you mind explaining what the fuck that's doing here?" He pointed at the Nomu.

"Well I was flying around and familiarizing myself with the campus as you suggested, and I found this guy in the middle of a crater about 20 kilometers away from the USJ, thought you might like to know," Aiko explained innocently, casually shrugging her shoulders from where she floated in midair as her hair returned to white.

"And that's all well and good, but why is it here, in this room with us?" Nezu pressed.

"Well, someone in this room hasn't gotten me a phone yet, so I had to tell you somehow, and you can consider this revenge for letting Mic wake me up at 6:30 with his singing for his radio show." She whipped her head to Present Mic, who was currently hiding behind Midnight. "How's that soundproofing coming along Mic?"

"AHHH! It'll be installed tomorrow, female mini Aizawa, please don't hurt me!" Mic shrieked from behind his sentient cover.

'The hell does he mean 'mini Aizawa? I don't act that much like him… do I?'

"... well as many questions as that raises, I still have to ask, why do you bring, the ALL MIGHT KILLING MACHINE, to our staff breakfast!? Nezu yelled, in a rare show of him raising his voice.

"Oh!" Aiko floated back over to the Nomu and punched him on the side of the face, causing some of the people in the room to yelp (Present Mic) "The thing's totally brain dead, I don't think it can do anything without its master's command."

Nezu sighed in exasperation "Next time start with that information please." He took a deep breath. "Now, Toshinori, can you call Tsukauchi and tell him that we have another villain for him to pick up, I understand he was still looking for where that one landed when we spoke yesterday, and Miss Aiko, in the future please refrain from attempting to take half my staff to an early grave from heart failure?"

"I only promise to try!" Aiko responded as she floated down to an empty seat and began munching on waffles.

Nezu snorted, half from exasperation and half from amusement at his new student's antics, he wouldn't admit it as a teacher, but in hindsight knowing that there had been no danger, that prank was actually quite hilarious, he'd have to check the security camera footage when he got to his office to properly enjoy his staff's reaction.

Aiko was hungrily devouring her plate of waffles, the only one to be doing so as the rest of the staff were too unnerved by the hulking monstrosity in the room to eat.

It was about 15 minutes later that All Might returned, with Det. Tsukauchi and a squad of officers in full riot gear in tow. Tsukauchi took one look at the Nomu, and Aiko's shit-eating grin, and shook his head. He instructed the officers to detain the Nomu and walked out, giving Aiko a "I'm watching you" gesture, before disappearing from sight.

There was an awkward silence as the officers escorted the Nomu out of the building, the staff were all looking from Nezu, who seemed to be chuckling to himself, to the new girl, who was downing waffle after waffle at a rate that seemed extremely disproportionate to her size. (And Mic, who still flinched every time she moved suddenly)

It was Midnight who finally spoke up, "So, who's the cute kid?" She said in the sultry voice she was known for. Aiko's hair briefly flashed red in response to the comment.

"This is Aiko, she's a new student joining the hero course here at UA. As the more observant of you may have surmised by her lack of last name, she's an orphan with nowhere to stay, as such she'll be living on campus. At the moment she's staying in Aizawa's apartment that he never uses, but come the start of next week she'll be the "test run" for a new dorm system I've been working on. Speaking of the dorms, Cementoss, are you ready to build the plans I sent you?" Nezu asked

Cementoss, a man who appeared to be made of cement, nodded "Yes sir, I just need to wait for the materials to be delivered."

"Very good." Nezu continued, "Any questions?"

Snipe, a western-style hero with a gas mask, raised a shaky hand, "I'm sorry, did you say she was a student?"

"That's correct!"

Snipe paled behind his mask, 'OH MY GOD I SHOT A STUDENT!' He internally panicked.

Present Mic spoke up next, "Is there any chance she's Eraserhead's secret love child?"

'Ohhhhh, that's what he meant when he said mini Aizawa… wait… what!?' Aiko thought as everyone at the table sweatdropped.

Nezu appeared to be struggling to keep professional by containing his laughter. "Miss Aiko, would you like to take this one? If you'll excuse me for a moment I need to step out." He waddled over to the door and exited the room, as the door closed laughter was heard in the hall.

"I-I… Why do you even think that?!" Aiko yelled

"Um well, the way you threatened me this morning was almost verbatim the same way Shouta threatened me the only time he stayed in his apartment." Mic explained

"I… No, I'm not his secret love child." Aiko sighed as she pressed her hands to her temples.

'That's what Shouta does whenever I say something stupid! I'm on to you two, I'll get one of you to admit it.' Mic thought but just nodded.

Aiko suddenly felt a pair of hands squeezing her cheeks and froze. Midnight, a full-figured woman with long dark hair, had apparently snuck up on her, "Yeah Mic, as if someone as grumpy as Aizawa could make a cutie like this." She pulled on Aiko's cheeks and then noticed that the girl was shaking and barely breathing. "Hey, you okay, kiddo?" She asked, her voice filled with concern as all traces of her sultry personality vanished in an instant.

Aiko blinked, and the shaking stopped as she took a deep breath. "Yeah, I'm okay, you, uh, just scared me a little." She lied through her teeth, a fact that Midnight caught. She frowned but returned to her seat all the same.

At this point Nezu re-entered the room. "Well everyone, there's much to do today because of the attack, even without classes, so let's eat and begin!"

The rest of the week passed by uneventfully, true to his word, Mic set up the soundproofing and Aiko didn't wake up to his singing again. Midnight had taken it upon herself to check up on Aiko every now and then, and Aiko found herself liking the woman, they shared a similar sense of humor, and she seemed to genuinely care about her, and gave her permission to address her as Nemuri outside of school.

On Sunday, she watched the dorm being built by Cementoss and moved in, it was a 5-floor building with 40 total dorm rooms spaced evenly among the top 4 floors, divided into a male and a female side, with the first floor being a common area with a kitchen, rec area, and bathrooms. She was given a room on the 5th floor, it was pre-furnished with a double size bed, a wardrobe stocked with outfits and an end table containing a debit card with a UA symbol on it, which Nezu explained was for her to buy anything she might need, and (finally) a smartphone, it was a sturdy model designed for hero work that Nezu made sure she knew was untraceable.

Aiko settled in, ordered a pizza, and lazed around watching an old comedy about a wacky police precinct. After about 30 minutes the front door opened to reveal Nemuri carrying Aiko's pizza with a hand on her hip and an eyebrow raised.

"You were having a pizza and movie night, and you didn't invite me?" She cried dramatically, "I'm hurt! Sad! Maybe a little hungry!"

Aiko chuckled, "Well I don't know about those first two but I got enough pizza to help with the last one."

Taking that as an invitation Midnight strode over to the couch and plopped down beside her. Placing the pizza on the table in front of them, she opened the box and took a slice. "So, what're we watching?" She said, kicking up her legs across Aiko's lap, for which she received a swift jab in the thigh.

"Some old comedy about cops from the pre-quirk era. Chicago 88 or something." Aiko answered as Nemuri retracted her legs, putting them on the table instead.

"Ooh, I remember this one! It's really good, I like it! What's your favorite episode so far?"

"I'm only on the 1st season, but I really like that Christmas Heist episode."

"Oh yeah, those are the best!"

"Those?" Aiko questioned

"Yeah, they do one every season, but they steadily get more and more ridiculous and over the top." Nemuri explained.

"Sounds like fun, I'll have to binge this when I get a chance." Aiko said, downing her second slice of pizza.

"Invite me when you do, it's got great rewatch value, especially with other people." Nemuri requested, then paused and looked over at the younger girl. "By the way, I've been meaning to ask you something."

Aiko's head began racing at a thousand thoughts a second 'Oh no, have I been acting weird? Did she notice something is off with me? Is she gonna ask me about my reaction to the cheek pinching thing?"

Nemuri had her hands over her mouth 'Oh my god she mumbles that's adorable! Squee!' She internally squealed, unlike Aiko who was unknowingly muttering incomprehensibly. "Aiko!"

Aiko's head shot up "Yes?"

"Don't worry, it's nothing complicated. I just wanted to ask how on earth you eat so much?"

"Oh! Well, it's my quirk, it burns a lot of fat and energy, and I need to eat a lot to counteract that. If I don't then I can't use it as well."

"Oh, so it's to counteract the backlash to your quirk, that makes sense." The two returned their attention to the show for all of 3 seconds before Nemuri continued "What is your quirk?"

"Umm." Aiko thought back to the fake quirk she and Nezu had decided on to explain all her abilities. "It's a form of telekinesis that I can only use on myself. It basically gives me super strength, speed and the ability to fly."

"And what about your whole hair and eye color change thing?"

"That's a thing I think I inherited from one of my parents, whenever I'm passionate my telekinesis changes my hair and eye color, I'm not sure why." Aiko hated lying to her, but she needed to in order for any of this to work.

"So it's a dormant quirk gene? Like if someone has an electricity type quirk, but one of their parents has a fire quirk, so they have better heat resistance than normal?"

"Yes, well that's the theory anyway."

With that they returned their attention to the TV and enjoyed each other's company, they binged all the way to the season 2 finale before realizing it was after midnight, Nemuri went back to her apartment and Aiko to her room.

Aiko lay in her bed, staring up at the ceiling, she smiled. "Tomorrow is gonna be a helluva day," she murmured as she drifted off.

Beep Beep Beep

Aiko's 7:00 am alarm went off in her ear, she got up and pressed the off button. Grabbing a UA uniform from the closet she put it on and ran downstairs, she poured herself a bowl of cereal while setting a cup of coffee to brew, when she was finished eating she grabbed the coffee mug and walked into the communal bathrooms. She quickly downed the rest of her coffee before gargling some mouthwash and then brushing her teeth. She decided to apply a small amount of makeup, just eyeliner, and some lightish red lipstick.

Checking the time on her phone it was 7:15, meaning she still had another half hour until school started, 15 minutes in reality as she had to meet with whoever was covering for Aizawa before class started. She exited the dorms and took to the sky, flying over to the main building, she saw a familiar head of red hair.

"Eh, I've got time." She descended silently until she was horizontally floating directly above him. "Boop!" She said, poking Kirishima on the head.

"AHHH!" He let out a very manly scream, jumping a little and causing Aiko to nearly be stabbed in the eye by his pointy hair. He looked up to see Aiko floating above him.

"Sup." She said

"Jeez Aiko, don't scare me like that, I almost had a heart attack!" He complained, clutching his chest for dramatic effect.

"Oh come on, what's that British hero's motto? Constant Vigilance!" She teased with her tongue stuck out.

"I… never mind, so what're you doing here? I heard from the others that you're not a member of the other class." Kirishima masterfully changed the subject.

Aiko grinned floating upside down and poking Kirishima's nose. "You're right, I'm not in the other class, but as for what I'm doing here, you'll just have to wait and see~," She said in a sing-songy voice, her amusement rapidly turned to confusion as she stared at Kirishima's rapidly reddening face. "What?"

"Uhhh, I-uh, you, are uh… skirt." He stammered out.

'Skirt? What does he mean skir-' It dawned on Aiko that she was wearing a skirt while floating upside down, and she had forgone the tights for her school uniform, she went red, both in her hair and her face. "Eep!" No sooner had she realized what he meant than she was gone, vanished in a blast of air as she flew straight to the roof of the UA building.

Kirishima remained standing completely still in a catatonic state. He stood there for another 10 minutes before he was jolted out of it by a pink finger jabbing his side. He yelped and turned to see Mina, standing there with a confused look on her face.

"You okay Kiri?"

"Uh, y-yeah I'm good Mina." He said 'Huh, her skin's the exact same shade of pink as-'

WHAM!

He cut off that train of thought by punching himself in the face.

"KIRI?!" Mina yelled in shock.

"Don't worry Mina, I'm fine, yep, totally fine!" He said with a thumbs-up. Ignoring the blood dripping down from his nose, and the large bruise now forming beside it.

"...Yeah, c'mon, you're going to come see Recovery Girl." Mina declared.

"But Mina-"

"No buts!"

Aiko pushed open the door to the office she was instructed to meet the teacher at. There was a desk with an empty office chair, off to one side was a series of filing cabinets, standing in the corner was a creepy mummy mannequin in one of Aizawa's sleeping bags, but,

"Hello? I'm here!... hello? She called

"And here I thought you were at least somewhat rational." The "mannequin" said.

Aiko's head slowly rotated to look at the mummy, which was looking back with glowing red eyes. "... Eh?"

"I said that you aren't rational enough." The mummy continued.

'Wait, that sounds like-' "Aizawa?" Aiko asked.

There was a small shift in the bandages as Aizawa raised his eyebrow"Huh, maybe you are at least somewhat rational," Aizawa commented.

"...Thanks?" Aiko said 'Is that a compliment or an insult?' She wondered

"It's a compliment, and one I don't give out often so take it." He answered her unspoken question.

The two stood there in awkward silence, staring at each other, before Aizawa finally got frustrated and spoke again "I won't lie, I don't believe Nezu for a second when he said you were supposed to be at the USJ, the timing is too coincidental, and forgive the stereotype but I don't believe in coincidences." Aiko began to sweat nervously, afraid of where her new teacher was going with this. "However, if you hadn't been there, I doubt I would've survived," Aiko knew for a fact that wasn't true but let the man continue. "The point is, while I don't trust that rat, and I definitely believe you two are hiding something, I won't pry into it, unless I believe that you are a threat to my students, are we clear?" He finished with a glare.

"Yes, Sensei!"

"Good, now follow me, it's time to introduce you to the problem children." With that he began to shuffle out of the office towards classroom 1-A.

Izuku Midoriya sat nervously at his desk, everyone was acting fairly normal despite the fact they had just been attacked by villains (except Kirishima, who seemed out of it for some reason, something about pink.). The main topics of conversation seemed to be who was going to be replacing Mr. Aizawa as their teacher while he recovered, and the mysterious girl in white, Kirishima shared that her name was Aiko, although there were a few conversations between the more observant members of the class about the extra desk that had been added to the back of the room.

The class quieted down as they heard a shuffling noise approaching the door. A moment of dead silence passed before the door slid open to reveal Mr. Aizawa, wrapped in so many bandages he looked like an Egyptian mummy.

"Mr. Aizawa!?" The class, minus Bakugo and Todoroki, yelled.

"Is it really alright for you to be back so soon!?" Someone yelled.

"Of course, I'm fine. Now all of you settle down, I have a couple of announcements to make." The class immediately sat down, though none of them really bought that their teacher was 'fine'. "First of all, your fight isn't over yet."

'Oh no, more villains!?' The class thought in unison.

"The UA sports festival is coming up."

"THAT'S SUCH A NORMAL SCHOOL ACTIVITY!" The whole class screamed.

"Shut it," Aizawa commanded, and then held up his less bandaged arm and hand holding up one finger. "One chance per year, three chances in a lifetime. It goes without saying that this is an important chance that can either give your heroic career an early boost, or a black mark. You have two weeks to prepare, use it rationally." He leveled a glare at the whole class to ensure they understood. "Now, second, as I'm sure some of you may have surmised by the new desk, we have a new student joining us today," This news seemed to shock some of the class more than the sports festival announcement. "I'm sure some of you know her, and all of you will at least recognize her. Get in here, problem child two."

Through the door walked the second subject of conversation, the girl-in-white, Aiko, in a UA uniform. "Hey everyone!" She said with a smile and a wave, Midoriya waved back, but he was the only one, everyone else's face was some mixture of confusion and shock, while Kirishima was looking as red as his hair. Midoriya jumped with a start as the chair in front of him scraped against the floor, Bakugo shooting to his feet, pointing at the new addition.

"THE FU-"

Surprisingly quick update! Also, holy crap I'm finally done, the chapter feels really long, despite the fact that it actually isn't the longest chapter I've written for this story (That would be chapter 4, at almost 7000 words, if you're curious.) I've been going for the 1000 words a day goal to help improve my writing skills. Not all of them will be dedicated to this story, but this is my main project at the moment so most of them will be, which means you can expect longer chapters and more consistent updates. Anyway, any comments, questions, reviews, or challenges to duel to the death on the deck of a pirate ship at high noon are welcome. Also if you enjoy my story please follow or favorite (Seriously, it's super encouraging and I really appreciate it.)
