It's been a long time since I last updated this profile, hasn't it. Before any of you freak out. At least the ones that care. No, I am not leaving. Mostly I just wanted to announce that 2020 was one hell of a year, saw some good things, saw more than most bad things. But I survived, and so did most of you I hope. So to celebrate 2021, I am going to try and wrap up an old story, and continue my others, and maybe even have some fun with some new ones. To 2021!

Sup. I figured I might as well write a bit more about myself while I brainstorm over some stories. Since why the heck not. I am bored and figured I can at least share some thoughts about some of the source material I wrote fanfics from.

Kuroinu: Honestly this started out as me just wanting some karmic brutality. And then I just started having a lot of fun with it. I will return to some stories eventually and might do new ones for experimentation.

Overlord. Neat Anime, have to catch up at some point, mostly because for me it kinda dragged on. And honestly, at some point, I got bored with how op Ainz was. Like I do think I will give it another chance eventually. But for the moment, until it's finished I will hold off on doing any more fanfics in overlord since I don't want to contradict or misunderstand things too much.

Youjo Senki. Tanya is a little shit and I love her. She is a fun character, and I can sympathize with her a lot. Plus being a history nerd, I really love the attention to detail Youjo Senki has, even if some things don't quite line up. And the manga and anime really step it up with better visuals. As for why I haven't updated my more original fanfics for Youjo Senki, mostly it's because I want to do more research on history before just blindly leaping in with alternate history fanfiction. I don't want to blindly make assumptions. As for the Pixie Alchemist Fans, I will return but I want to truly tell the story the best way I can, so I want to get better at my writing before coming back.

Bleach. I and Bleach have a long history of love and hate. Because for all the criticisms I could level at its story post the soul society arc. Bleach was a part of my teenage years. It really shaped things out for me. The story was interesting, I liked the characters. And the battles were insane and over the top. Like the art was also great. And honestly, I still have a soft spot for bleach, even if I have been able to see more cracks in things, and I will be tough on it. But I do love it, and even if I never learn the full behind the scenes story, Bleach still has a place in my shelf. As for why I write Hanataro? Well, I like underdogs, and he is as underdog as they come. Though I wouldn't mind writing other characters as well.

RWBY. Ah my most recent forays into fanfiction writing in fandom. My story with RWBY, I didn't start with RWBY from the beginning. A friend got me into it around season four or five. So I watched the first three volumes and was starstruck then I got into Volume 4 and while I appreciated them trying to tell a more connected narrative. But even then I had problems, for starters, I didn't like the new outfits they had worn, they seemed like a step down from the first three outfits. And then it just kept piling up, and where the action in the first two volumes had been great, amazing, spectacular. Volume 3 did have two decent fights, but overall wasn't on the same level, and every volume onward the fights were just sluggish even with the hype maiden fight in volume 5 or was it 6?

But then after Volume 7, I decided I didn't want to keep watching RWBY anymore. It just lost everything to me. I am surprised I stuck around as long as I did. But I do still watch reviews and crack vids, and other ways keeping up with the story unfolding.

So the thing to realize about me writing RWBY, is I don't ever think I am doing a quote on quote better job than the people that actually worked on it. I don't think I can 'Fix' It. That's not what my fanfics are for. It's more me putting a spin on the idea and playing around with it in a way that is hopefully entertaining for people to read. I have no delusions that I can ever truly create something that can be even close to the sheer awesomeness of Monty Oum era RWBY. But if I can at least make people chuckle a little or enjoy it, than that's enough for me.

NFG started out as that a joke, and I will always consider it a joke not in a derogatory sense mind you.

As for Venemous Rose, which is where Ruby gets a symbiote. I will return to that eventually. I am not a fan of how I rushed some parts, and I know I can do better.

Update Section: So for those that do follow me. I want you to know my plans. Well I am going to be moving very soon. And should start to have more free time to work on stories. But I know what you're thinking, so is he gonna make another new story. The answer is yes, and I don't blame you if you leave.

Now then firstly Kuroinu: I am keeping those two stories, and the update for return of the king is coming sooner than you think. Just been brainstorming how I want a certain chapter to go.

The Veangeful Dead is still in a planning phase. But I will update this profile again when I've made some progress.

Youjo Senki: It's going to be a while longer, I still haven't caught up on the LNs, and I know I techincally don't need them for Pixie Alchemist, but I like to be caught up and see if there's anything more about her character I am unaware of.

RWBY: Venemous Rose is undergoing some planning. Planning arcs, villains, cameos and more stuff for our favorite Duo.

NFG: The Yellow trailer is undergoing another rewrite, I want to do my best for y'all. But afterward, I shall return to NFG.

And finally I am thinking of a new story. Another crossover, Up Up And Away.
