Transformers Dark Of The Moon: Cuervosplicer's Birthright.
Chapter 2: Ironhide vs. Mixmaster.
(Author's notes: In this chapter, Ironhide will be using a replica of Wide Strip's harpoon cannon mode to optionally reprogram the generic Decepticon troops in Detroit before making his way to kill Mixmaster.
Also, I should inform you guys that I want to hear your feedback about the Dark of the Moon story I made as we make our progress towards the seventh chapter, which is the final video game chapter of the story before we progress towards chapter eight, which is the first chapter of the movie. Remember, the first seven chapters take place in the console video game version of DOTM, but before the movie itself.
Additionally, at some point, I'll be featuring the Tyran cluster Autobots who showed up in different books. Such examples include the original iterations of some Tyran cluster Autobots that were made into toys and only showed up in books or in answers to questions on Ask Vector Prime. Such toys and comic book Autobots include the Transformers 2007 Crosshairs with a different name. The Transformers 2007 Air Raid with a different name. Enjoy chapter 2.)
(Autobot Headquarters, currently undisclosed location, third person POV...)
Optimus announced to his fellow Autobots, "Intercepting the Decepticons' transmissions has given us the tactical advantage we sorely needed. Using this data, we have located and reprogrammed or terminated Decepticons across the globe. Despite the insistence of human leaders who refuse to see the truth, our work is far from over, Autobots. Remember, Megatron and his remaining forces remain at large. We must act to stop their remaining plans."
Every Autobot in the base – including reprogrammed Decepticons – all murmur in agreement.
Major Reynolds suddenly contacts Optimus as he says, "Major Reynolds to Optimus Prime. Come in."
Optimus replies, "Prime here. Go ahead."
Major Reynolds explains with video footage of his report, "We've got major Decepticon activity in Detroit, Michigan. The whole city's been damaged and turned into a war zone. We're planning an evacuation with the local authorities, but we could use some help."
Optimus calls out, "Ratchet?"
Ratchet answers, "Yes, Optimus."
Optimus continues, "I need you to provide assistance with the evacuation efforts." Optimus then contacts his weapons specialist, "Ironhide!"
Ironhide answers, "Here, Prime!"
Optimus finishes, "Locate and neutralize the Decepticon threat."
Ironhide replies, "I'm on it!"
Optimus finishes further as he says, "The humans didn't ask for this war. We must protect them, at all costs."
Optimus disconnects the call as he turns to Cuervosplicer.
The Prime asks, "Cuervosplicer, are the Wide Strip replicas ready?"
Cuervosplicer replies, "Yes, and even though I was pressed for time, I managed to create fully functioning replicas of Wide Strip's harpoon cannon mode."
Ironhide comes up and asks, "Then you won't mind if I take one, would you?"
Cuervosplicer replies, "No, of course not. Go ahead."
Ironhide picks up one of the harpoon cannons, transforms to vehicle mode and drives out of the base to Detroit.
(Streets of Detroit, third person...)
As Ironhide makes his way to a N.E.S.T checkpoint, Optimus calls him over the commlink and says, "Ironhide, this is Optimus. Remember, your mission is to locate and destroy and/or reprogram Decepticons within the city while Ratchet evacuates the humans across town. And keep the collateral damage to a minimum!"
As Ironhide transforms to robot mode, the weapon specialist replies, "That's not exactly playing to my strengths, Prime."
Optimus replies back, "Old friend, we need to earn the humans' trust again. Just do your best."
Ironhide observes the collateral damage and remarks, "Well, Detroit's definitely seen better days."
While continuing on his way to the N.E.S.T checkpoint, one of the N.E.S.T soldiers remarked, "Give 'em hell, Ironhide!" Meanwhile, another soldier added, "Go kick some tin!" and another one added, "Pop one for me!"
A N.E.S.T solider on a megaphone says to the remaining citizens of the city, "Attention, citizens! Decepticons are still at large! Do not wander deeper into the city until we have given the official okay. For those who are waiting, please form a single line in a single file. Everyone will have a turn. If you are filing a damage claim, please see the clerk on the south side."
Ironhide makes his way to Ratchet and the Autobot medic remarks, "Ironhide! Glad to see Optimus sent you here."
Ironhide replies, "I'm sure you are. What's the latest?"
Ratchet states, "Megatron's forces are wreaking havoc on the city! Get to the attack site and blast or reprogram any Decepticon you see."
Ironhide asks, "And what about you?"
Ratchet replies, "I'm heading to the other side of the city with a N.E.S.T convoy. We've got civilians to evacuate! I'll contact you later and we can compare progress."
As Ironhide starts to progress towards a busted up building, the Autobot weapons specialist remarks, "All right, Decepticons. Now don't be shy. Ratchet! These Decepticons don't want to come out and play."
Ratchet replies over the commlink, "Try playing nicer."
Ironhide replies back, "I don't think so."
After making it into the busted up building, Ironhide shoots the window sill to make a big enough entrance for him.
Ironhide mutters, "That certainly didn't help the city's image. Maybe Cuervosplicer will fund repairs and renovations for the whole city."
After making it through his impromptu exit and made his way through another city block, Ironhide asks, "This doesn't feel right. Where are those 'Cons?"
Once he comes upon an ordinary gray Lamborghini Reventon sports car, the car itself transforms to robot mode, revealing itself to be a new type of Decepticon Soldier. Ironhide knew that if Cuervosplicer was there, he would've said, "This type of Decepticon Soldier, as far as I can see and as far as I can remember off the top of my helm, closely resembles a combination of the Dark of the Moon Dread Drone and the Stunticon Scout without the door wings."
Ironhide fires a harpoon from the harpoon cannon at the Decepticon Soldier, turning it into an Autobot Soldier, as indicated that the Soldier's armor was shown with an added coat of blue paint.
Soon, Ironhide is besieged by more Decepticon Soldiers, who are immediately reprogrammed.
As Ironhide makes it to the next street, he fails to see Beetlewing transporting the new Autobot Soldiers to Autobot Headquarters.
After making it to another open street, Ironhide is besieged by more Decepticon Soldiers and is contacted by Wheeljack. The Autobot scientist says, "Ironhide, this is Wheeljack. Remember to use your Heavy Iron Rifle when outnumbered. It's perfect for fighting in open spaces."
Ironhide deploys his Heavy Iron Rifle as he replies, "Thanks for the tip, Wheeljack."
Ironhide shoots at the Decepticon soldiers while making sure not to shoot at any of the cars or the remaining buildings.
One by one, the Decepticon Soldiers went down after a bullet or two.
After progressing to another part of the block, Wheeljack contacts Ironhide again and says, "Ironhide, this is Wheeljack. Activate your Grenade Blossom when outnumbered. They seek out enemy targets and explode on impact."
Ironhide replies again, "Thanks, Wheeljack."
Ironhide activates his Grenade Blossom ability and the remaining Decepticons on the street in the block were decimated.
After progressing towards a dead end with a fuel tank next to a building, Ironhide muses, "I'll have to shoot that fuel tank to continue."
Ironhide shoots the fuel tank, blowing a hole in the building.
Optimus contacts Ironhide and asks, "Ironhide, WHAT did I tell you about collateral damage?!"
Ironhide replies sheepishly and matter-of-factly at the end, "Sorry, Optimus. I just couldn't help myself. And besides, blowing a hole in this building was the only thing I can think of to provide a new path."
Optimus replies back, "True, but save it for the Decepticons! And next time, be sure to ask Cuervosplicer for instructions on how to progress through the city of Detroit."
After progressing out of the building and onto a straight path pointing to the left at the end, Ironhide is attacked by more Decepticon Soldiers as Ratchet contacts him and says, "Ironhide, we are evacuating 2nd Street. Keep any Decepticons from interfering with the effort, would you?"
Ironhide asks in reply, "What if I were to just shoot them?"
Ratchet replies back, "That would work."
Ironhide reprograms the Decepticons that just tried to sneak attack him, and once again fails to see Beetlewing transporting them to base.
Upon making it to a section of the city with a train overpass, two Decepticon Soldiers knock over the train cars and open fire on Ironhide.
Ironhide casually reprograms them.
Ironhide mentally chortles, "Heh. Cuervosplicer's replicas of his first Weaponizer Mini-Con are making ending the war much easier than before."
Suddenly, a Decepticon Rocket Trooper bursts out of the wall of a building behind Ironhide, causing him to turn around and remark, "Well, I didn't see that coming. Where were you hiding?"
The Rocket Trooper opens fire on Ironhide, but he shrugs off the rockets and reprograms the Rocket Trooper.
While jumping into the building using a bus to help out, Ironhide fails to see Beetlewing transporting the new Autobots to Autobot Headquarters once again.
Then, Ironhide comes across a cracked wall leading outside the building.
Ironhide remarks, "Hmmm. I'll have to make a path through here. Well, aside from Cuervosplicer, I don't think anyone will notice."
Ironhide bursts through the wall and is contacted by Ratchet.
Ratchet says, "Ironhide! We've only got one city block left to evacuate!"
Ironhide mutters in response, "Great. One more place I can blow up without worrying about collateral damage."
As he starts progressing to the next mission marker Cuervosplicer provided, Ironhide is attacked by a new bunch of Decepticon Melee Warriors that are smaller than him, who start firing miniature rockets and leaping to attack him.
Despite their small statures and speed, the new Decepticon Melee Warriors didn't stand a chance against Ironhide's new toy.
One of them manages to dodge the smaller harpoons, causing Ironhide to sneer, "Pesky little things!"
As Ironhide reprograms the Decepticon troops, he follows the mission marker, only for more Decepticon Melee Warriors to burst out of a building wall leading to a construction site.
Then, Ironhide gets contacted by Optimus again as the Autobot leader says, "Ironhide, report!"
Ironhide replies, "Decepticons are punching holes in the city left and right, Optimus! It's probably gonna take more than just Cuervosplicer's donations of billions of American dollars to renovate the entire city. And please don't blame that last one entirely on me!"
Optimus replies, "We'll sort it out later. Just be more careful. And you don't need to worry about how Cuervosplicer will be able to provide the amount of money needed to fund repairs and renovations for the entire city. I have complete faith in my Lieutenant Commander. He's always got a backup plan for almost every situation involving the Decepticons because of his foreknowledge of our dimension. That's how he was able to save Arcee, Armorhide, Beachbreak, Blazemaster, Brawn, Breacher, Soundraker, Hotrazor, Voltdash, Camshaft, Clocker, Chromia, Elita One, and Evac among others."
After reprogramming the rest of the squadron sent to intercept him, Ironhide progresses to the construction site, literally continuing to fail noticing Beetlewing transporting the new Autobots to base.
As Ironhide begins reprogramming the Decepticon troops placed in the construction site, he gets contacted again by Ratchet.
Ratchet asks, "Ironhide, this is Ratchet. What's your status?"
Ironhide replies, "Just carefully mopping up the streets, one reprogrammed Decepticon punk at a time."
Ratchet replies back, "Well, to echo Optimus, please try to restrain yourself. Blowing things up left and right will upset the humans."
Ironhide answers back, "I'm well aware, Ratchet, and I needn't a reminder of how dangerous Cuervosplicer is when he gets really angry."
Ironhide soon had to prepare for a fight against a new breed of Combaticon Warrior, the first of which he encounters was carrying a mini-gun.
Ironhide remarks, "Well, I guess he figures that size matters."
It took Ironhide about six harpoons to reprogram the Combaticon Warrior, but it worked nevertheless.
After progressing through the hole in the building, Ironhide comes across a sort of freight truck yard full of freight trailers for freight trucks.
Then Ratchet contacts him and says, "Ironhide, I've completed the human evacuations. But I'm detecting some unusual activity in a factory nearby. I'm going to investigate."
While contending with more Decepticon Soldiers and Scouts, Ironhide replies, "Be careful, Ratchet."
After progressing through the freight yard, one Decepticon Soldier is heard shouting, "Autobots! Show yourselves!" And another Decepticon Soldier is heard shouting, "We'll knock this whole city down if we have to! Come out and fight!"
After contending with three more Decepticon Soldiers, Ironhide progresses to another part of the freight yard.
Ironhide fails yet again to notice Beetlewing transport the reprogrammed Decepticons to Autobot Headquarters.
Ratchet contacts him and exclaims, "Ironhide! I am trapped in a large factory surrounded by Decepticons! I don't think I can hold them off! Mixmaster is here! I repeat, Mixmaster is here!"
Optimus contacts Ironhide and adds, "Quickly, Ironhide! Ratchet needs your help!"
Ironhide replies, "I'm on it!"
Suddenly, Ironhide is besieged by thirteen more Decepticon Soldiers and three more Combaticon Warriors.
Thankful that the harpoon cannon can shoot its harpoons in six shot bursts, Ironhide manages to reprogram the Decepticons trying to stop him.
Upon coming to a stop at a locked door, Ratchet contacts Ironhide again and says, "Ironhide, this is Ratchet! Come in! I sure could use a little help here, Ironhide!"
Machine gun fire from a Heavy Machine Gun similar to a Scrapmaker is heard on Ratchet's end of the commlink, as he killed two Decepticon Soldiers.
Ironhide states in response, "Don't get your gears in a bind, I'm coming!"
Ironhide grabs the door and forces it open, thus enabling him to enter the factory.
Ironhide manages to sneak a glance at Beetlewing transporting the reprogrammed Decepticons to base this time, and Beetlewing smiles at the weapon specialist in response to the glance.
Upon going into the factory, Ironhide remarks, "This must be the factory Ratchet was talking about."
While going further, Ironhide hears a Decepticon Soldier growl, "I'm sick of waiting for that Autobot to show up!"
Another Decepticon Soldier sneers, "Keep your grill shut and be ready!"
After progressing through the only balcony in the entrance to the factory, Ironhide comes across the next room as quietly as possible.
Upon spotting multiple Decepticon Soldiers, Decepticon Melee Warriors and Rocket Troopers, Ironhide quietly fired multiple harpoons at them in silenced six shot bursts.
As Ironhide progresses, he keeps coming across more and more Decepticon Soldiers and Rocket Troopers, but he managed to reprogram them all.
After progressing to the next room, Ironhide comes across more Decepticon Melee Warriors.
They got reprogrammed, as well.
Ratchet contacted Ironhide yet again and says, "Ironhide, they're closing in on me! Hurry!"
Ironhide replies, "Just sit tight, Ratchet, I'm on my way!"
Upon entering the next room in the factory, Ironhide reprograms the remaining Decepticons.
Ironhide continues progressing towards different rooms, reprogramming the different Decepticon troops that gets in his way.
After getting onto a factory balcony, Ironhide finally makes it outside.
After reprogramming the next Decepticon Melee Warriors, Ironhide remarks, "Now, where is that old pile of bolts?"
Ironhide comes across a sewer pipe, switches to vehicle mode and uses his boosters to get to the other side of the pipe.
He emerges at another side of the factory, and reprograms the Decepticons stationed at that part of the factory.
Ironhide goes into another sewer pipe and emerges at the sight of Ratchet's coordinates.
Ironhide calls out, "I'm coming, Ratchet! Hang in there!"
Ironhide reprograms the Decepticons stationed at the other entrance, and Beetlewing transports them to Autobot Headquarters.
Ironhide continues into the factory, and sees Mixmaster thrashing Ratchet around.
Ironhide growls, "Ratchet! Let him go, Mixmaster!"
Mixmaster replies, "Sure thing, Ironhide!"
Mixmaster throws Ratchet to the side.
The leader of the Constructicons snarls, "Now, it's your turn! Decepticons, destroy this Autobot!"
Ironhide and Beetlewing immediately reprogram Mixmaster's Decepticon troops while simultaneously teleporting them to Autobot Headquarters.
Mixmaster growls, "Uggh! Guess I'll have to eliminate you myself, Ironhide!"
Mixmaster jumps down and brings up his shields while remarking, "You'll never pierce my shields, Ironhide!"
Ironhide moves out of Mixmaster's way as Ratchet calls out, "His shields are too strong! Use Heavy Iron on those gears!"
Ironhide manages to easily use his Heavy Iron rifle on the gears while Beetlewing served as a diversion to distract Mixmaster.
As Mixmaster follows Ironhide onto the lift without its gears, Mixmaster's weight causes the whole thing to crumble as it descends sharply like an elevator without its counterweight cables.
Mixmaster screamed in fury as he was trapped underneath the now useless cargo elevator.
Mixmaster snarled, "I'll shred you to pieces, Ironhide!"
Ironhide remarks, "There's no way he could've survived that! He's a little tougher than I thought."
Ironhide and Beetlewing go over to Ratchet as the Autobot medic exclaims, "Ironhide, Beetlewing, I need assistance!"
Ironhide asks, "Ratchet, are you all right?"
Ratchet replies, "Ugh... this is bad. My damage level is... critical. Must initiate emergency self-repair. But... the Decepticons are almost here!"
Ironhide replies back, "Don't worry, Ratchet. Me and Beetlewing have you covered."
Ratchet points to the right side of the factory and exclaims, "Here they come!"
Ironhide and Beetlewing deal with an armada of Decepticon Soldiers as Ratchet's emergency repairs start.
Ironhide managed to deal with the first wave... by simply using their reprogramming harpoon cannons.
Ratchet remarks, "This is... more difficult than I had originally thought. Keep them off me a bit longer."
Beetlewing replies, "Please, take all the time you need."
Ironhide and Beetlewing managed to deal with the next armada of Decepticons by simply using their reprogramming harpoon cannons.
Ratchet remarks again, "Excellent! I am nearly at half my normal power now. Keep it up, old friend!"
Ironhide replies, "No worries, Doc. This is only target practice."
Ironhide and Beetlewing managed to successfully reprogram the Rocket Troopers into Autobot Rocket Troopers.
Ratchet announces, "There. My core functions are back online! Now let me return the favor!"
Ironhide remarks, "About time!"
Ironhide, Beetlewing and Ratchet dispose of the next Decepticon armada while simultaneously reprogramming the majority of the Decepticon troops into Autobot troops.
As Beetlewing transports the new Autobots to Autobot Headquarters, Ratchet says, "Listen, Ironhide. Wheeljack has created an upgraded version of your Heavy Iron rifle. It should be strong enough to penetrate Mixmaster's shields."
Ironhide replies, "Now we're talking! But how will we find him?"
Ratchet replies back, "While he was busy taunting you, I fired a small radioactive isotope into his grill. My sensors should have no trouble tracking him. There! He's in the scrapyard ahead!"
Beetlewing opens the door leading to the train yard, surprising Ironhide and Ratchet with how strong she is.
As the three Autobots make their way outside, Ratchet states, "Lead the way, Ironhide. I'll cover you and Beetlewing this time."
Ironhide replies, "Indeed, Ratchet. Keep your Energon Repair Ray ready."
Upon making it to a second right hand turn leading to the train yard, multiple Decepticon Melee Warriors open fire.
Beetlewing casually reprograms them while Ironhide leads the way to the train yard.
After teleporting the new Autobots to base, Wheeljack contacts Ironhide again and says, "Ironhide, this is Wheeljack. I've just put the finishing touches on your new weapon. It's being flown by helicopter to your position as we speak."
Ironhide replies, "Meet you at the drop zone."
Upon making it to the train yard, the three Autobots are besieged by multiple Decepticon Rocket Troopers, Decepticon Soldiers and Stunticon Scouts.
After taking out a couple of Scouts, Ironhide calls out, "Keep firing!"
After taking out the Rocket Trooper, Ironhide remarks, "You need to shoot more, Ratchet!"
Ratchet retorts back, "And you could do to aim more!"
While taking out the remaining Decepticons, Ironhide asks the Autobot scientist, "Wheeljack! Where is this delivery? I'm a sitting duck over here!"
Wheeljack replies, "The N.E.S.T chopper will be there soon! Just hold on!"
After dispatching/reprogramming the remaining Decepticon troops and teleporting them to Autobot Headquarters, a N.E.S.T helicopter arrives carrying the Heavy Iron 2.0 rifle and a soldier says, "Ironhide! I have a special delivery just for you! I would've gotten here sooner, but I had to deal with some Decepticons on the way."
Ironhide grumbles, "Great. I've got to deal with them the REST of the way."
The helicopter drops the briefcase carrying Ironhide's new gun as the N.E.S.T soldier says on the commlink, "Wheeljack, the package has been delivered. Heading back to base. Give them hell, Ironhide!"
Ironhide opens the briefcase, picks up his new Heavy Iron rifle, and remarks, "And now I can do some REAL damage."
Wheeljack contacts Ironhide and says, "Ironhide, I've sent you the Heavy Iron 2.0. Go on, it's fully charged. Fire as you please."
Ironhide replies, "If you hadn't noticed, I do that anyway."
Wheeljack replies back, "Either way, this is exactly the type of firepower you'll need to dispose of Mixmaster."
Ironhide responds with, "Thank you, Wheeljack. This is going to come in handy."
After Ironhide tests out his new weapon on some Decepticon Soldiers and some Combaticon Warriors who are reprogrammed immediately afterwards, Ironhide says to Ratchet, "All right, Ratchet, I've got this. Rejoin the N.E.S.T forces and evacuate the rest of the civilians from this area. I've got a feeling that this is going to be rather messy."
Ratchet replies, "With your aim? I would expect nothing else. Good hunting, Ironhide!"
Ratchet runs off to rejoin the N.E.S.T forces as Ironhide asks Beetlewing, "And what about you, Beetlewing?"
Beetlewing replies, "Cuervosplicer sent me here to reprogram as many generic Decepticon soldiers as I can. I'm not leaving until every generic Decepticon soldier is reprogrammed permanently."
Ironhide declares to himself, "All right, Mixmaster, your number is up!"
Ironhide opens the door leading to the scrapyard.
As Ironhide and Beetlewing enter the scrapyard, they are both contacted by Optimus as he asks, "Ironhide, Beetlewing, what's your status?"
Ironhide answers, "For me, a couple of scratches, but I'm ready to roll."
Beetlewing adds, "As for me, nary a scratch nor a dent."
Optimus states, "According to our scans, you two have reached the Decepticons' base of operations in Detroit. Stay alert – Mixmaster must be destroyed."
Ironhide replies, "Then you've got the right Autobots for the job."
While progressing through the scrapyard, Beetlewing orders her clones to take whatever sort of intact cars they can find and bring them to Cuervosplicer so he can rebuild them, refurbish them and transform them into new Autobots with the power of the Allspark.
They even did a fantastic job to the point where when Beetlewing and Ironhide started reprogramming the remaining Decepticons left and right, nobody else seemed to notice.
In the process of the Decepticons being reprogrammed, Ironhide contacts Ratchet and asks, "Ratchet, do you have a fix on Mixmaster yet?"
Ratchet answers, "He must've removed the isotope. He shouldn't be far!"
Cuervosplicer adds, "Judging by my Energon signal scans, Mixmaster must be hiding behind one of the walls of the junkyard. So stay alert."
Beetlewing replies, "Roger that, sweetspark."
Ratchet adds again, "Remember, Mixmaster's shields are vulnerable to the new Heavy Iron. Once his shields have been destroyed, he won't be able to defend himself against your normally conventional weapons."
Ironhide replies, "Good. Time to make this guy hurt."
After contending with Decepticon Soldiers and two more Combaticon Warriors, Ironhide and Beetlewing stand in front of the wall that Mixmaster is behind of, not that they were going to know about it for a few more seconds.
Ratchet advises, "Stay alert. Mixmaster is close."
Ironhide asks, "How close, exactly?"
Mixmaster bursts through the wall, grabs Ironhide and Beetlewing and answers, "THIS close!"
Mixmaster throws the two Autobots into his personal playground and asks tauntingly, "How do you two expect to defeat me now, if you couldn't do so before?"
Mixmaster throws a car at Ironhide, prompting him to shoot it with his new Heavy Iron as he replies, "For starters, I've got THIS!"
As the battle commences, Beetlewing does her part by temporarily freezing time long enough for her clones to gather the remaining junk cars and bringing them to Cuervosplicer at Autobot Headquarters.
Once the battle really starts, Ironhide starts blasting away at Mixmaster's shields while staying on the move.
After nearly a half minute, Mixmaster's shields crumble.
Mixmaster roars as he shouts, "RRRAAWWWWR! Autobot! YOU WILL PAY!"
Mixmaster goes all out to kill Beetlewing and Ironhide, but because the odds are against him and because he no longer has any shields, Mixmaster went down easy.
Once the last bullet from Beetlewing's Heavy Machine Pistol did the trick, Mixmaster shouted, "Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!"
Once Mixmaster got to his knees, Ironhide approaches while cocking his gun.
Ironhide sneers, "That was for Ratchet!" He aims at Mixmaster's head and finishes, "And this is for me!"
He pulls the trigger, executing Mixmaster gangland style.
Ironhide contacts Optimus and says, "Optimus, Mixmaster has been disposed of."
Optimus replies, "Well done, old friend. And good job on keeping the collateral damage to a minimum."
Soon, Cuervosplicer made progress in donating vast amounts of American dollars amounting to countless billions to repair and renovate the entire city of Detroit, with approval from the President of the U.S. and the mayor of Detroit.
And soon, Cuervosplicer used his powers to bring the former junk cars to life as a new Autobot Grounder squadron while taking them throughout time to train them in everything they needed to know.
The next night, Sideswipe's transmission comes to the Autobot base as he says, "Optimus, I've found a hidden Decepticon base here in the Amazon jungle of South America. The hidden base looks like some kind of giant launching pad. I'm staying on the move to avoid detection, but the Decepticon patrols and their security is tight, and I've only got so much time before they find me. Send backup, fast!"
Optimus turns to his chosen squadron for the task and says, "Cuervosplicer, Bumblebee, Cliffjumper, Tailgate, Tracks, Blowpipe, Hoist, Longarm, prepare to rendezvous with Mirage in South America and rescue Sideswipe. Prepare to roll out for South America."
The End.
(Author's notes: I hope you all like this chapter. I'm sorry for not being able to update this story. You know how it is when a writer has more than six stories at a time, no matter if some of them are complete or not.
Additionally, in chapter three, which I have titled as South American Rescue Mission, Mirage and Optimus' South American away team will have to work together to avoid the likes of Starscream, the Combaticon Snipers and the Decepticon Assaulters to rescue Sideswipe.
Also, for the small-sized Decepticon Soldiers who fire miniature rockets and miniature bullets on their shoulder-mounted guns and rocket launchers that first show up in chapter 2 of the game, I couldn't find any information on what kind of Decepticon Soldiers they are. Mostly because no such information is available on the Transformers Wiki in terms of which generic foot soldiers are in the game aside from the Aerialbot Scouts, the Aerialbot Warriors, the Protectobot Snipers, the normal Autobot Soldiers who look like Mirage, the Rocket Troopers, the Omnibot Scouts, the Omnibot Warriors, the Decepticon Enforcers, the Decepticon Assaulters, the Combaticon Snipers, the Combaticon Warriors and the Hatchlings. So, I had to improvise until such information comes to light – which I find highly unlikely to happen, even in these days.
Lastly, if you're wondering what Cuervosplicer had in mind for the punishments of Dylan Gould, Dylan's associates, Dylan's coworkers, and his father before the events of the movie in this story, I'll give you all two hints and you'll have to guess for yourselves. First hint: Cuervosplicer snitching to the secret Transformers-based organizations – Sector Seven and the Order of the Witwiccans – involves time travel. And second hint: Cuervosplicer's punishment for ALL of the Decepticons' human allies is 99% similar to the punishments of Harold Attinger and James Savoy, but also 1% completely different.
See you all in chapter 3.)
