Transformers Dark Of The Moon: Cuervosplicer's Birthright.
Chapter 8: Long Buried Secret Discovery.
(Author's notes: In this chapter, there'll be a discovery similar to the chronological discovery of the Ark. Only this time, there'll be the discovery of both the Ark and a starship called the Longlancer Beastclaw, an Autobot spaceship inspired by a combination of the Generation 1 version of the Ark, the Dark Of The Moon version of the Ark, the Unicron Trilogy version of the Ark, the Generation 1 version of the Nemesis, the War For Cybertron/Fall Of Cybertron/Primeverse versions of the Nemesis, Galvatron's Revenge from Generation 1, and the Alchemor. The reason why there is another Autobot ship is simple: Sentinel Prime may still be an Autobot, but when you make an alteration to the primary timeline by successfully convincing one of the main antagonists to change before it's too late, another main antagonist will take their place. That's one of the many ways as to how the universe maintains balance in that one specific change to the timeline. The captain of the SECOND Autobot ship is called Steelflight Prime. He's an Autobot leader and Triple Changer inspired by a combination of the Transformers Power Of The Primes Inferno, the Energon Inferno, the Generation 1 Inferno, the War For Cybertron Fireflight, the Generation 1 Fireflight, the Robots In Disguise 2001 Fireflight, and the Revenge Of The Fallen Fireflight.

(Flashback: Cybertron, during the final days of the Great War, narrated by Optimus Prime first, and then by Cuervosplicer.)
We were once a peaceful race of intelligent mechanical beings.
But then came the Great War between the Autobots, who fought for freedom, and the Decepticons, who dreamt of tyranny.
Overmatched and outnumbered, our defeat was all but certain.
But in the final days of the Great War, two Autobot ships managed to escape the battle. They were respectively carrying components of a special cargo that could've changed our planet's fate.
A desperate mission. Our final hope. A hope that vanished.
Sometime before we installed the virus in the Decepticon Transmitter in South America, I secretly used my time travel and absolute evasion powers to not only make sure that the stolen Space Bridge pillars were retrieved, but I also made sure that the Decepticons' human allies would become my sleeper agents. With two exceptions.
When I found Dylan Gould and his father alone in their mansion, I literally murdered them through the only known means possible.
Side-note before I continue: the Dynasty of the Primes found out how much I admired the Ghost Rider's Penance Stare in the Ghost Rider comics and other forms of Ghost Rider fiction. So they secretly gave me most of the powers and abilities of the various Ghost Rider hosts, sans their demonic transformation so as to not cause a copyright infringement. They gave me those powers without me knowing, and they gave me the ability to merge with my Ghost Rider costume – consisting of the Johnny Blaze spiked jacket with additional spikes from Danny Ketch's jacket, the Johnny Blaze jacket sharing design elements from Robbie Reyes' jacket, and everything else that come with the male Ghost Rider costumes – to make me look like one and act like one without anyone being able to tell the difference between a Ghost Rider cosplayer and the real deal that crossed over to the real world. End of side-note.
I used my new Cosmic Penance Stare on Mr. Gould and his son, and I burned them alive while wiping the memories of their coworkers to make them my agents.
Yeah, take that, Megatron.
Anyway, because of my actions, in this timeline, the Space Race continued after the success of Apollo 17 in 1972, and because Dylan Gould died thanks to me, it wasn't ever gonna be too expensive for the Space Race to continue.
But that also meant that the astronauts had to continue searching every sector of the Ark after each mission to the moon in order to search for a crash vault.
Thankfully enough, none of the astronauts thought to try to revive the crews of the Ark and the Longlancer Beastclaw.
I always made sure to do these things at the right time while making sure to cover my tracks as thoroughly as possible.
Anyways, after the Space Race finished, I made my way to the Longlancer Beastclaw and found Sentinel Prime's antagonistic replacement, Steelflight Prime.
As it turns out, the universe literally had Sentinel Prime replaced by Steelflight Prime as the main antagonist of this story due to Sentinel Prime's redemption from the very beginning after having his spark time travel to the past with his foreknowledge of his decisions and future intact to make things right – the RIGHT way.
In any case, I don't know if Steelflight Prime will actually kill anyone, but when the time comes, Saber Pax will be the one to exterminate this traitor and Prime-wannabe before he does kill anyone. Especially if he tries to go for either my sparkmate, my children, or even Ironhide.
I just hope that I can make a final power play to revive Cybertron sooner. Everything in existence hinges upon this.
(Present day, Washington DC, Cuervosplicer's POV...)
If someone told me five years ago that I would be transported into Michael Bay's Transformers films as an Autobot, helping Optimus Prime's crew defeat the Decepticons and becoming the guardian of the Allspark Cube, I'd believe that someone would have had some wishful thinking because I didn't think such a thing was possible.
Anyway, in the past five years since I met Optimus and his army, my new home has seen much changes.
Now, Energon detectors guard the cities of the world while long-range defense systems watch the skies.
At the same time, we also took the time to take out potential political enemies of the United States.
I also made sure to persuade the world leaders to let us do what we can for the human race, even if it means making more and more enemies out of people who run illegal nuclear power plants, people who engage in weapons dealings, and so forth.
We also work in other secret missions around the globe while waiting for signs of the Decepticons preparing to return.
(The middle of Ukraine, third person POV...)
Cuervosplicer's human clones took care of Laserbeak while the real Cuervosplicer in human form managed to convince Alexei Voshkod to reveal to the N.E.S.T soldiers and the three Autobots – Cuervosplicer, Optimus Prime and Ratchet – what was really going on.
At the same time, Cuervosplicer made sure that Laserbeak was gone before the Autobot Lieutenant Commander used his code word to make sure that Alexei was revealed to be one of Cuervosplicer's numerous sleeper agents.
Mr. Voshkod said to Colonel Lennox, "I am Voshkod, General Counsel with Ukrainian Department of Energy. My government will officially deny we're having this discussion. At one of our decommissioned facilities, an astonishing discovery was made, which I fear is literally... alien in nature. The facility's name is quite familiar. It's Chernobyl."
Cuervosplicer, Optimus Prime and Ratchet drove with Alexei Voshkod and Colonel William Lennox to the abandoned nuclear facility Chernobyl, where Cuervosplicer revealed that the "nuclear disaster" was a cover story invented by the Order Of The Witwiccans to cover up the real source of the disaster.
Once Lennox exited the cab of Optimus' vehicle mode – which now has a trailer that contains his weapons and Omega Combat Armor since the battle in Siberia, the N.E.S.T commander remarks, "So, uninhabited since 1986. And I hear it won't be livable again for another twenty thousand years, correct?"
Alexei replies, "At the very least. Ukraine was the most fertile land. It's a true tragedy. This way, Colonel."
Lennox says to his crew, "Gear up! We have sixty minutes on the ground. Watch your radiation levels."
Colonel Lennox notices Alexei putting on his own radiation suit.
After fixing his radiation helmet, Alexei says to direct the N.E.S.T troops, "Here, through the school."
One of Alexei's men comes as the councilman explains briefly, "Yuri will take us below."
The N.E.S.T soldiers are escorted inside and their guides help them navigate the demolished research facility.
A N.E.S.T soldier says, "Keep moving. Stay tight."
Upon finding the engine part of the Ark and a control panel part of the Longlancer Beastclaw, the guide Yuri calls out, "Okay, right here. These are the objects that are responsible for the 1986 disaster."
Lennox says on the commlink, "Optimus, we got a visual. It looks like the objects are clamped in some sort of metal harness."
The N.E.S.T soldier looks at something and wipes off some dust as he asks, "What's this? Guys! Why does this thing have Soviet space program markings on it?"
Colonel Lennox asks, "Sputnik?"
Just then, a handheld Energon Detector starts beeping.
A N.E.S.T soldier says, "Energon readings, sir. It's strong... below us. It's coming fast."
Suddenly, the tentacles of the Driller come out of the ground, demolishing everything in sight to distract the N.E.S.T soldiers while managing to grab the ship parts.
The Driller escapes, prompting Lennox to call out, "Get topside now! Move, move, move!"
As Optimus and Cuervosplicer drive alongside the abandoned nuclear facility, they see for themselves the Driller worm.
Cuervosplicer snarls, "So, Shockwave's come knocking again. Well, he won't get away with those parts, no matter what foreknowledge I possess."
The Driller bursts out of the nuclear facility and busts up the road, making Optimus and Cuervosplicer to start going up, forcing them both to transform to robot mode.
Optimus and Cuervosplicer don their battle masks and they respectively grab two weapons each: Optimus grabs an Energon Sword and shield, and Cuervosplicer grabs an Energon Shield and a Sword Of Fury.
As Lennox calls out, "Weapons up! Heavy weapons up!" Cuervosplicer calls out to the soldiers, "Get behind us quickly!"
The N.E.S.T soldiers start to get harassed by the Driller, even despite Ratchet's efforts to help fight the tentacles.
Eventually, Cuervosplicer and Optimus managed to slice off the tentacles holding the control panel part and the engine part.
As Lennox calls out for the heavy weapons, Shockwave emerges from a door in his pet and snarls, "Optimus! Cuervosplicer!"
Cuervosplicer roared like a Primeverse Predacon and prepared to charge just as the Driller crawled away.
Cuervosplicer growled, "GGRRRR! COME BACK HERE AND FIGHT, YOU COWARD!"
Colonel Lennox comes up to the three Autobots and asks, "What the heckle was that thing?"
Cuervosplicer answers, "That was Shockwave and his Driller worm."
Colonel Lennox then asks, "Why was he after these?"
Optimus replies in shock before explaining, "It's impossible. This is an engine part and this is part of a control panel... from two long lost Autobot ships."
Cuervosplicer interjects, "The reason why we were lied to was because this type of information was for Director Only Clearance at Sector Seven. And I have a feeling that Director Mearing has the majority of the answers for us."
Optimus grumbles before saying in response, "Very well. We will ask Director Mearing about this information."
Meanwhile, Laserbeak was finally driven off when he finally realized that attempting to "thank" Alexei Voshkod was a no-go.
Cuervosplicer says to the General Councilman, "It was a pleasure doing business with you, sir. You can expect to find 266615.00000 Ukrainian hryvni in your account."
Cuervosplicer left, with Alexei Voshkod looking astonished when he checked his bank account and found out Cuervosplicer was telling the truth.
But before he could thank the Autobot Lieutenant Commander, he was already gone. Same with his clones.
Meanwhile, in Washington D.C., Samuel James Witwicky is getting ready for work at N.E.S.T Headquarters.
Ever since the Battle for Egypt and ever since graduating from college, Sam was employed for active consultation duties at N.E.S.T Headquarters by President Obama himself.
Sam immediately found new friends in the form of several N.E.S.T soldiers, including the ones who initially got involved in the Cybertronian Civil War on Earth thanks to Blackout.
But Sam also made himself a target of Director Charlotte Mearing because she thinks that the President made a mistake in "employing a teenager who has no contributions to offer in the services of N.E.S.T or the Autobots' campaign on Earth."
But when the President forced Director Mearing to back down, only for her to refuse, she was fired almost immediately... something that Cuervosplicer secretly celebrated due to the fact he hated Charlotte Mearing on an equal level to currently deceased Director Theodore Galloway. Speaking of whom, just shortly after Shockwave returned, Director Galloway was inevitably killed by the Decepticon scientist cyclops even after Cuervosplicer's previous efforts to make the presidential liaison behave had worn off.
Anyway, Sam managed to have a stable relationship with Mikaela Banes, even after she got a job for Hutchkiss Investments.
The reason why Hutchkiss-Gould Investments is now called Hutchkiss Investments is simple: Dylan Gould and his father are dead for allying with the Decepticons, among other crimes they respectively committed.
Once Sam got to work, he knew that his story was gonna take a whole new spin.
And Cuervosplicer's story was far from over.
The End.
(Author's notes: Yes, Cuervosplicer has the majority of the powers that every host of the Ghost Rider possesses, but that doesn't mean this story is automatically becoming a crossover between this story and the Ghost Rider franchise. That wouldn't exactly be a good thing for the reputations of the Ghost Rider or the Autobots.
Next chapter, everything about the Ark and the Longlancer Beastclaw ships are explained and Cuervosplicer reveals what the Dynasty Of The Primes had warned him about just two weeks before.
See you all in chapter 9.)
