In the sheep-populated dam, Nella and his friends didn't know what to think about all of this...
Garrett: It looks like... these two are beavers!
Nella: Thank you both for saving us from that bad man and his sheep army.
Both beavers gave a silent nod.
Tricksy: May we ask what your names are?
Slight Taller Beaver with Purple Nose: I'm Norbert.
Slight Shorter Beaver with Red Nose: And I'm Daggett.
Norbert: We're both brothers, from Wayouttatown, Oregon.
Daggett: Welcome to the Sheep Industrial World, which houses the Futuristic City.
Blaine: So that's why there's lost of sheep here!
Dag: Yes, there's here a flock of them around our dam.
Norb: Do you guys want anything to eat. We have plenty of jalapeno peppers and Yahoo soda in the kitchen.
Nella: That sounds great, but could I just have some bread and butter instead of jalapeno peppers? That stuff is a bit too spicy for me.
Nella's friends had agreed with her. Norbert and Daggett got themselves some jalapeno peppers while Nella, Blaine, Garrett, and Tricksy had bread and butter, with everyone having a bottle of Yahoo soda. The whole team had introduced themselves to the beavers. Afterwards, Nella and her friends wanted to know what the two elderly beavers were doing there. They looked around, and saw that their living room has cobwebs and spiders all around the place.
Norb: Many years back, when we first moved into our dam, we had trouble sleeping that night, because we weren't tired.
Dag: So, I had suggested that we'd try to stay up all night, since we didn't live with our parents anymore.
Norb: At first, we were having a good time, but soon sleep deprivation settled in, and we started hearing things in our kitchen. We fought was we thought was a monster, but it just ended up being our kitchen sink dripping.
Dag: After we messed up our kitchen, this game was delivered to our dam, and somehow, we had played it for an incredibly long time.
Norb: so long, however, that we lost track of time.
Dag: And eventually, we discovered that our clock got unplugged, to where we've been awake for years!
Nella, Blaine, Garrett, and Tricksy gasped in horror...
Blaine: So, what happened after that?
Norb: Well, we traveled back to our own time to try to get a full day's worth of sleep, hoping that everything would go back to normal. Initially, after taking a hot shower, counting sheep, painting, and other things that I can't remember, both of us finally fell asleep...
Dag: Unfortunately, after we woke up, we saw that we ended up back in this place again. Because we had stayed up for many years, we also slept for that long, too!
Garrett: So, when did you find out you were in this game?
Norb: We discovered shortly thereafter, that we were trapped in the game world by that man, Klump Swift, when we start playing.
Dag: Our goal is to fly a plane to a very tall mountain, and then hike and climb up to the top. This meant that you would win the game, and then you'll be able to get out of here.
Tricksy: How far away is this tall mountain?
Norb: It's 5 miles east from here. Unfortunately, we've tried to take off on that plane, but each time, Klump and his sheep army caught us in the sky and shot us down.
Dag: We've even tried ways of tricking them, but they always found out and stopped us. After 4 attempts, we then found out we were to the point of dying in this game.
Both Dag and Norb showed the team their right arms, with one mark on each of them.
Norb: We knew that, because we were much older and slower, we weren't going to get out of here by ourselves.
Nella: How long have you been stuck in this game?
The two older beavers looked at each other, with Dag replying, 'We first moved into our dam on April 19th of 1997. However, I feel our time is twice as long because the two of us stayed up and slept the same amount of time.
Blaine took a deep breath, and said to the two beavers, sadly, 'Guys, the world has greatly changed since you've been trapped here.'
Garrett: Smartphones, computers, and high-definition TV's have replaced the old technology you have here.
Tricksy: There's a serious disease going on right now that is called 'coronavirus'.
Nella: (points to her mask, which is pulled down) And that's why we're wearing these masks right now.
Blaine: It's now the year 2020 where were from. Because of that, you both have been stuck in this game for 23 years!
Norb and Dag were shocked at hearing that new information...
Norb: (in sadness) Oh, wow... I never thought the whole whole would be that different.
Dag: (shakes his head) And our family never found out we had disappeared. Our last interaction with our mother was a prank phone call...
The team thought that if they would work with the two beavers to beat the game, they could leave together...
Nella: Norbert, Daggett, I have an idea. If you would work with us, we could beat Klump Swift and his sheep army, then we could all leave the game together!
Norb and Dag perked up slightly, but then pouted when they thought of a different problem...
Norb: Nella, I don't know if we can do this. Klump Swift is certainly someone who won't be taken down easily!
Dag: Plus, if either of us gets one more hit, we're done! I don't want to die in this futuristic city!
The princess knight saw despair in the beavers' eyes, and with her encouragement, the whole team gave a motivational speech to them...
Nella: Listen, guys, Klump and his sheep army are tough, but if we work together, we could beat them for good!
Garrett: I've know Nella my whole life, and when she became a princess knight, she because much more fearless than she was before! I think I can count on her.
Blaine: Without Nella, I don't think I'd be any more braver to face stuff like she has.
Tricksy: A few months ago, Nella saved my sparkly castle from being bulldozed and turned into a storage shed. If it wasn't for her, I might have been homeless and living outside in the forest. I owe her my gratitude and thanks by helping her and her friends to beat this game.
Norb and Dag had heard everyone's reply, with Norb saying, 'There's an old airplane just left on that patch of isle just outside the city. If we can distract Klump and his sheep army, we might be able to get to the tall mountain that way.'
Everyone walked out the front door of the beavers' dam, ready to be facing Klump and his sheep army...
