Apologies for leaving this story for so long, but I got frustrated with ffn's layout. However, I started using AO3 and it is easier for me to use so I will be reposting an... altered... revised version of this story there. Post Dark of the Moon (2011), Samuel James Witwicky somehow manages to find himself sentry to the past when he was first dragged into the Autobot and Decepticon fight on earth. He has chosen to not keep the future as it once was and should be, but to change it in hope that he would be able to prevent the eventual end of the Cybertronian race.
