Nodoka has learned of Genma's fiancée scams and has decided that she, not Ranma, must pay the price of Honor. Kasumi has a plan to intercede, but she must also deal an Oracle pronouncing the doom of Ranma Saotome. Meanwhile, Ranma is stuck in the Cat Fist and in his female form courtesy of Genma.
