Yang wasn't used to leadership, but she wasn't going to accept Ozpin's suggestion of mandatory rest either. Not when it meant losing her spot on Team RWBY. If she had to lead a rookie squad of police officers against the White Fang to prove she could still fight, then so be it. Too bad no one told her the VSPR was made up of Vale's worst criminals, many of which she knew by name.

Uhh, Oops? Move over, Cinder.

In a world where your allies can be just as dangerous as your enemies, sometimes it can be difficult for a criminal mastermind to find a little stress relief. That blonde idiot, Jaune, was just unimportant enough, just malleable enough, to be a viable option. It was meant to be a one time thing, an easy lay. Emotions were never supposed to get involved.

Short bits of randomness from Coeur Al'Aran's story "Professor Arc," which has Jaune as a professor of Beacon Academy. Non-canon to that story, of course, but on the plus side, this story is recommended by four out of five doctors as a good source of your daily intake of craziness.

Jaune tells Ren his side of the story of how a small accident with Ruby nearly led to an untimely death, and did lead to jumping out of perfectly good bullheads, shopping, and getting blown halfway across the harbor after being taken hostage by terrorists.
