The city is in repairs at the moment and the Galactic Empire is helping, Djibril is dead and thus putting an end to Blue Cosmos and LOGOS. Anyway what's is left to deal with is ZAFT and the Sith Empire, the idea is to fend off the Sith Empire back to their Dimension then they will have to eliminate Durandal and put an end the 2nd Bloody Valentine War once and for all.
Many Imperial Mobile Suits and other vehicles are removing wrecked and destroyed ZAFT MS away from the area and dump them somewhere else for scrap or for parts.
Cagalli is about to broadcast her message on the war against LOGOS and the Sith Empire. Lord Nihilus is aware that Meer Campbell is about to interrupt with lies again but he is about to intervene and expose her to everyone in Cosmic Era.

"Yes Meer Campbell now it's time that your masquerade as Lacus Clyne", Lord Nihilus said holding a Vial with some green liquid in his right hand.
"Just how do you attempt to do that?" Meer ask in a terrified way before Lord Nihilus turns attention to every channel that's playing everywhere in Cosmic Era.

"What's happening!?" Meer screams in fear as her entire body starts glowing green and when the green light finally fades away Meer wonders what just happened and she notice everyone in every channel have their eyes wide as dinner plates.
"Why is everyone looking at me like that?" Meer wonders until a Storm Trooper hands her a mirror to see why, Meer's eyes goes into shock and become horrified because that green liquid that Lord Nihilus use on her has actually reverted her back to her true self.
"NO! NOT MY REAL FACE! NOT MY REAL FACE! AHHHHHHHHHH!" Meer's panic and break down then gets silences when the Storm Troopers hits her in the back with their E-11 Blaster rifles and knocks her out with a stun shot.
"Get Meer to a medical room and have her restrained to the medical bed."
"Yes Lord Nihilus", Storm Troopers picks up and takes Meer away.

Conille Almeta and her Rebels have been upper handed and arrested by Imperial Desert Forces just as they are trying to debate on what they just seen and heard from Lord Nihilus. Conille and her Rebels are refusing to doubt Durandal due to being saved previously by ZAFT against EA Forces, eventually Conille and Rebels are shown a footage of who actually gave the location of the EA Base which ZAFT attacked and liberated the slaves from them just as they are boarding the Imperial Action Transport Ships.
It turns out to be Shogo Makishima of the Sith Empire who reveal the location of the EA Military Base, Storm Sand Troopers continue to tells them that Sith Empire can pawn anyone they want even those who follow them.

Location where the PLANTS Are
The large Fleet Sith Imperial Forces have gathered to where the PLANTS are located and they are planning something very bad, Harrower-Class Dreadnoughts armed up their cannons with Shark face missiles "Targets locked", and fires at one of the PLANTS. The Missiles strikes but it does not detonate at all, it just get stuck there nothing else, it's not over yet one of the Sith Empire's Mobile Suits CAMS-13 MS-Rai fires it's Vulcan Guns that hit the missiles and it explodes thanking the entire PLANT along with all it's inhabitants with it.

Coming up next, the Galactic Empire has to deal with the Sith Empire that plans to slaughter everyone in the one PLANT they left standing after they blew up the rest.
The green liquid that Lord Nihilus use to revert Meer Campbell back to her original self is like the Transformation Virus in Beast Machines which caused the Maximals to lose their Transmetal Forms. I have no idea what Meer's real voice sounds like so I'm sticking with the Lacus Clyne voice.
