![]() Author has written 10 stories for Harry Potter, Star Wars, and Teen Wolf. My name is Taylor, I'm a twenty-one year old English major. I watch far too much television and drink way too much soda. I've been into Harry Potter, Teen Wolf, Star Wars, The Claidi Journals (which everyone should read but seemingly very few ever have), The Raven Cycle, and many other (embarrassing) things. If I'm not obsessing over and nitpicking some form of media, I'm probably reading or crying about fictional characters. 4/30/13 UPDATE if anyone actually sees this... we'll see I guess. Wow so I've just happened to see the view count on The Death Eater's Daughter (18,677 hOW) and I wanted to let everyone know that I am very thankful to all of you! I've lost the story outline that I originally drafted and for the life of me I can't remember what was meant to happen, which means it can go one of two ways: I can just decide on another course and edit the already posted chapters accordingly, or I can leave it as it is. If anyone has a preference feel free to PM me or whatever, but if not I'll see what I can do because I do have some ideas. In any case, thank you so much to all the people who put the story on their alerts and in their favorites! I'm thinking about editing the last two chapters anyways just because they bother me and I basically wrote them just to do something with it, so I'd like to go back and improve that even if I don't end up going on with the story. 2/8/15 UPDATE Okay I'm rehauling the stories and I'm continuing with The Death Eater's Daughter. Possibly Firsthand as well. I've decided this, and it will happen. I'm drafting an outline for TDED now, but expect major changes to the first few chapters on account of (1) the fact that I have no clue where I was originally going with it and the likelihood of me writing the same story is statistically infinitesimal and (2) the vast improvements I've made as a writer (I pray/hope/dream/wish/long/etc.). Thank you all for sticking it out, to those of you who have (I know you're out there, and I still smile every time I get an email letting me know about story followers. I see you. I feel you. Someday we will get to the end of this fic, together. This is the point where you turn on "This I Promise You" by N*SYNC and play it softly in the background. Light a few candles, too - I'm going for a bit of romance here.) SOCIAL MEDIA TO COME HARASS ME ON IF (WHEN) I DON'T LIVE UP TO MY PROMISES: tumblr: livejournal: ao3: aflowerforlydia (I wish I could say that I did not cringe while writing that out but that would be a damn lie. If you could see me right now, you'd see me shaking my fist at the sky yelling obscenities at an invisible Jeff Davis. Also: please do not under any circumstances read my Teen Wolf fanfiction. I beg you. Genuinely. I'm only putting it here in case I post anything there that you might actually WANT to read in the future & also because I felt like I'd be lying somehow if I didn't.) |
